Description

【0001】

[0001]
The present invention relates to a mechanism for developing a small amount of hand-manufactured manual brushes of various designs, such as toothbrushes, body brushes, kitchen brushes, clothes brushes, etc., with a small initial investment. The head 2 having a brushing function and the main body 3 having a grip function are individually connected to each other.
[0002]
2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 2, most conventional manual brushes have a shaft 1, a head 2 and a main body 3 integrally formed, so that the whole brush is made of a material and a manufacturing method of the head 2. It is a mass-production type subject to restrictions.
[0003] Other conventional manual brushes include a head 2 integrated with a shaft 1 and a main body 3 as shown in FIG. B. C. It is possible to separate only the part 4 (flocked portion) having a brushing function in the head 2 from the head 2 so that only this part can be replaced. There are foreign products E, etc., which also have specifications based on mass production.
In particular, this foreign product E has a new method of manufacturing a portion 4 (flocked portion) having a brushing function in the head 2 and is based on a small-quantity production method of various designs using conventional equipment. I haven't.
[0004]
Most of the conventional manual brushes are new products because the head 2 having a brushing function, the shaft portion 1 and the main body 3 are formed as a single product or a two-piece product. Each time development is performed, a large initial investment (mold cost) is required each time, and if the head 1 having the brushing function is damaged, the entire brush must be discarded, which results in a high environmental load and economy. It is not preferable from the viewpoint of the quality.
[0005]
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a manual brush with reduced initial investment at the time of product development and reduced environmental load using existing manufacturing equipment.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, the shaft 1, head 2 and main body 3 constituting a manual brush are manufactured without specifying the material and manufacturing method thereof. The part 2 and the main body 3 are provided with a function that can reliably and easily combine and separate. The structure of the function is such that protrusions or depressions for individually coupling the head 2 and the main body 3 to both ends of the shaft 1 are provided at both ends, the head 2 and the main body 3 of the shaft 1.
Specifically, the head 2 is provided with a convex b which is fitted and coupled with the concave a provided at one end c of the shaft portion 1, and the coupling method is (a) coupling by concave-convex coupling, (b) ) A physical (mechanical) method such as a screw connection, (c) a connection using the above (a) and (b) in combination, or the like is used.
Also, the main body 3 is provided with a convex g to be fitted and coupled with the concave e provided at the other end d of the shaft portion 1, and the shaft portion 1 and the main body 3 are combined. However, the relationship between the concave and the convex as referred to herein indicates a means for connecting them together, and does not indicate only a simple shape. The method of connection is the same as the connection method of the head 2 described above, (a) connection by fitting a concave and a convex, (b) connection by a screw, (c) combination of the above (a) and (b) In addition to the method of physical (mechanical) connection such as bonding by the method described above, methods such as adhesion and welding are also included.
[0007]
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. (FIG. 4)
For example, the coupling between the head 2 and the shaft portion 1 will be described by way of an example of a method of coupling the head 2 and the shaft 1 with a concave and a convex. A shaft having a convex b provided on the head 2 and a concave a provided so as to fit therewith If one end c of the part 1 is press-fitted so as to fit into the protrusion b of the head 2, the protrusion b provided on the lower part of the inner wall h of the shaft part insertion part of the head 2 is pressed by the tip of the shaft part 1 and When bending and press-fitting are further performed, the convex b is restored, and the concave a of the shaft portion 1 is fitted with the convex b of the head 2 to complete the connection. The same applies to the case where the relationship between the concave and convex is reversed.
Separation is possible by forcibly removing the shaft 1 and the head 2.
To replace the head 2, the head 2 is first withdrawn in the manner described above, and then a new head 2 is pressed into the shaft 1 in the same manner as described above.
Note that the relationship between the concave and convex in the above description does not indicate a specific structure of coupling and separation, but merely describes (examples) means of coupling and separation.
The connection between the main body 3 and the shaft portion 1 is performed by press-fitting the other end d of the shaft portion 1 into a projection g provided on the upper portion f of the main body 3 and fitting them together. The shaft portion 1 is prevented from coming off from the main body 3 by (a) coupling by fitting a concave and a convex, (b) coupling by a method using a screw, and (c) a method of using the above (a) and (b) together. And so on.
Note that the relationship between the concave and convex in the above description does not indicate a specific structure of coupling and separation, but merely describes (examples) means of coupling and separation. The same applies when the relationship between the concave and the convex is reversed.
[0009]
According to the present invention, various effects as described below can be obtained by separating the head 2 having the brushing function of the manual brush from other parts and standardizing it (standard parts).
(1) The mold having only the head 2 is very compact, so that the initial investment (mold cost) during development can be greatly reduced.
(2) The material and manufacturing method of the shaft portion 1 and the main body 3 can be freely selected without being restricted by the material and manufacturing method of the head 2, thereby facilitating the development of small-quantity products with various designs.
(3) The mechanism for constructing manual brushes of various designs facilitates the development of unique products that add value other than functionality, and thus new markets other than conventional manual brushes that emphasize functionality. Can be developed.
(4) If the brushing function of the head 2 deteriorates and replacement is required, only the head 2 needs to be replaced, and the shaft 1 and the main body 3 can be used continuously and green products with less environmental impact can be provided. It becomes. This also has the economic effect that the consumer can reduce unnecessary expenses.
