本発明は上記のレナード法によるマイナスイオン発生方法において、多くのマイナスイオン発生装置は、水の微細化を図るため、微細水滴発生ノズルと該微細水滴を更に微細化する方法として、圧力空気を利用して、水と空気の衝突効果による微細化を行ったので、圧力空気による風切り音を発生し、その遮音手段を組込む等、装置が大型化すると共に販売価格の高騰を招く結果になり、購買層が一般大衆から一部高額所得層に偏重されることから、普及型のマイナスイオン発生装置が望まれていた。
