【0001】
【0037】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fuel supply control device for an internal combustion engine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, it is possible to solve the problem that when the internal combustion engine is started at a high altitude where the atmospheric pressure is high, the temperature of the internal combustion engine is extremely high, and the fuel cannot be appropriately supplied after the start when bubbles are contained in the fuel. For this reason, the amount of fuel supplied to the internal combustion engine at the time of starting is increased and corrected (for example, see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-167046). Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-167046 discloses that an atmospheric pressure is detected, and an increase correction value is increased in accordance with a decrease in the atmospheric pressure, so that a stable drivability can be obtained even when the internal combustion engine is restarted at a high temperature at a high temperature. Techniques for securing are disclosed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-167046 is a control for increasing the supplied fuel only when the condition that a bubble is likely to be satisfied is satisfied. There is still the possibility of a shortage of fuel. In this case, the air-fuel ratio of the internal combustion engine becomes lean, which causes a problem such as emission deterioration.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fuel supply control device for an internal combustion engine that can suppress deterioration of emission after high-temperature restart at high altitude.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The fuel supply control device for an internal combustion engine according to the present invention is a fuel supply control device for an internal combustion engine that increases the amount of fuel supplied to the internal combustion engine at the time of starting and increases the increase value as the altitude increases. The air-fuel ratio feedback control for setting the air-fuel ratio of the internal combustion engine to the target air-fuel ratio is started earlier than in low-altitude areas.
[0006]
In the fuel supply control device for an internal combustion engine according to the present invention, the start timing of the air-fuel ratio feedback control at a high altitude is earlier than the start timing at a low altitude. It will be kept to a minimum. As a result, it is possible to suppress the deterioration of the emission after the high temperature restart in the highland.
[0007]
Further, the air-fuel ratio of the internal combustion engine is detected, and the air-fuel ratio feedback control is started when the detected air-fuel ratio is in a predetermined state. It is preferable to start the air-fuel ratio feedback control after a lapse of a predetermined period from the start even if it is not in the state. With this configuration, the start timing of the air-fuel ratio feedback control at a high altitude can be more simply and reliably advanced than the start timing at a low altitude. Also, even at high altitudes, when the detected air-fuel ratio is in a predetermined state, the air-fuel ratio feedback control is started without waiting for the predetermined period to elapse, thereby suppressing deterioration of emission. Can be.
[0008]
In addition, the increase value is decreased at a predetermined decay speed, and the larger the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient calculated based on the detected air-fuel ratio of the internal combustion engine is on the side of increasing the amount of fuel supplied to the internal combustion engine, the lower the decay speed becomes. Is preferably slowed down. In such a configuration, the attenuation speed is reduced in a state where the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient is on the side of increasing the supply fuel, that is, in a state where the supply fuel is insufficient, so that the increase period becomes longer. On the other hand, if the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient shifts toward the side where the amount of fuel supplied to the internal combustion engine is reduced due to excessive increase, the damping speed is increased, and the increase period is shortened. As a result, optimal increase control can be effectively realized.
[0009]
In addition, the increase value is decreased at a predetermined damping speed, and the change amount of the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient calculated based on the detected air-fuel ratio of the internal combustion engine becomes larger as the amount of change in the fuel supplied to the internal combustion engine increases. It is preferable to increase the decay rate. With such a configuration, in a state where the amount of increase correction is too large, the amount of increase can be rapidly reduced, and the excessive increase can be quickly eliminated. On the other hand, in a state where the increase is insufficient, for example, a state where the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient is large on the side where the supply fuel is increased is corrected, the increase state is continued. As a result, optimal increase control can be effectively realized.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A fuel supply control device for an internal combustion engine according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of an engine system including a fuel supply control device for an internal combustion engine according to the present embodiment. The engine (internal combustion engine) E includes an

[0015]
Here, among the air-fuel ratio controls executed by the electronic control unit ECU to control the air-fuel ratio of the air-fuel mixture of the engine E, the outline of the air-fuel ratio feedback control for feedback-controlling the air-fuel ratio to the target air-fuel ratio will be briefly described. Will be described.
[0016]
The air-fuel ratio is a ratio between air and fuel in the air-fuel mixture, and is determined by the amount of intake air and the amount of fuel injection. The intake air amount is adjusted by the above-described
[0017]
Among such correction coefficients, there are an air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF used for air-fuel ratio feedback control and a high-temperature restart increase coefficient used for increase control described later. The air-fuel ratio of the engine E is controlled by the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF so that the air-fuel ratio of the mixture becomes the target air-fuel ratio (in many cases, the stoichiometric air-fuel ratio).
[0018]
The above-described air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF is calculated based on the output of the
[0019]
Further, the
[0020]
While the air-fuel ratio is determined to be a rich air-fuel ratio (rich determination), a value for gradually decreasing the fuel injection amount is given to the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF, and the air-fuel ratio is changed from rich to lean. Is changed to a rich skip value for increasing the injection amount in a skip manner in consideration of the improvement of the response. On the contrary, while it is determined that the air-fuel ratio is a lean air-fuel ratio (lean determination), a value for gradually increasing the fuel injection amount is given to the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF. Is changed from lean to rich, a lean skip value for skipping the fuel injection amount is given in consideration of improvement in responsiveness.
[0021]
The median value of the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF is 1.0, and when this value is at this value, the basic fuel injection amount is not corrected. If a value larger than the median value 1.0 is given to the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF, in the air-fuel ratio feedback control, control is performed to inject more fuel than the basic fuel injection amount. It becomes. Note that even if control is performed to inject more fuel than the basic fuel injection amount by the air-fuel ratio feedback control, the final fuel injection amount becomes smaller than the basic fuel injection amount depending on other correction components. It is possible. The upper limit and lower limit of the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF are guarded to predetermined values.
[0022]
Next, a description will be given of a high-temperature restart control increase control executed in the electronic control unit ECU. FIG. 2 shows a flowchart for this increase control.
[0023]
First, based on an output from an ignition switch (not shown), it is determined whether or not the engine E has been started by turning on the ignition switch (S101). When it is determined that the engine E has started, it is determined whether or not the engine water temperature is higher than a predetermined threshold (THW1) based on the output of the water temperature sensor 29 (S103). When it is determined that the engine water temperature is higher than the predetermined threshold value (THW1), it is determined whether the intake air temperature is higher than the predetermined threshold value (THA1) based on the output of the intake air temperature sensor 19 ( S105). When it is determined that the engine E has not started, when it is determined that the engine coolant temperature is equal to or lower than a predetermined threshold (THW1), or when it is determined that the intake air temperature is equal to or lower than a predetermined threshold (THA1). In this case, it is determined that it is not the time of the high temperature restart, and the increase control is ended.
[0024]
If it is determined that the intake air temperature is higher than the predetermined threshold value (THA1), the output of the
[0025]
After the initial increase value is determined, the air-fuel ratio feedback control start time T1 is determined based on the detected atmospheric pressure (S111). The air-fuel ratio feedback control start time T1 is determined based on the map having the characteristics shown in FIG. 4, and is set so as to be shorter as the atmospheric pressure becomes lower, that is, as it goes to higher altitudes.
[0026]
Then, based on the output of the

When the air-fuel ratio feedback control is started, the decay speed D1 of the increase value is determined based on the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF (S119). This damping speed D1 is determined based on the map having the characteristic shown in FIG. 5, and the smaller the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF is on the side of increasing the amount of fuel supplied to the engine E (+ side), that is, the lower the damping speed D1, that is, the slower Is set to
[0029]
When the decay speed D1 is determined, a reflection coefficient K1 of the decay speed D1 is determined (S121). The reflection coefficient K1 is determined based on the map having the characteristics shown in FIG. 6, and increases as the change amount of the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF increases toward the side (− side) for reducing the fuel supplied to the engine E. That is, the damping speed D1 is set to be high.
[0030]
When the decay rate D1 and the reflection coefficient K1 are determined, the final decay rate D2 (= D1 × K1) is determined (S123), and the increase value is decreased based on the determined final decay rate D2 (S125). Then, it is determined whether or not the increase value has decreased to 0 (S127). When the increase value has become 0, the increase control ends. When the increase value is not 0, the processing of S119 to S125 is repeated, and the increase control is continued until the increase value becomes 0. Thus, until the increase value becomes 0, the electronic control unit ECU outputs the control signal Si so as to extend the valve opening time of the
[0031]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the start timing of the air-fuel ratio feedback control at a high altitude is set earlier than the start timing at a low altitude, so that a failure due to an expected increase in supplied fuel such as a lean air-fuel ratio is minimized. It will be kept to the limit. As a result, it is possible to suppress the deterioration of the emission after the high temperature restart in the highland.
[0032]
Further, in the present embodiment, even when the air-fuel ratio of the engine E is not determined to be in a rich state by the
[0033]
Further, in the present embodiment, the damping speed D1 is determined so as to become slower as the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF increases toward the + side, so that the final damping speed D2 also decreases as the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF increases toward the + side. Become. As a result, as shown in FIG. 7, in a state where the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF is on the + side, that is, in a state where the amount of supplied fuel is insufficient, the decay speed of the increase value is slowed, and the increase period is lengthened. On the other hand, when the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF shifts to the negative side due to excessive increase, the increase rate decay speed is increased, and the increase period is shortened. As a result, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to effectively and optimally increase the amount of fuel at the time of high-temperature restart. Note that the broken line shown in FIG. 7 indicates a change in the increase value when the damping speed is constant.
[0034]
Further, in the present embodiment, the reflection coefficient K1 is determined so as to increase as the amount of change in the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF increases to the negative side, so that the final damping speed D2 is such that the amount of change in the air-fuel ratio feedback coefficient FAF is smaller. The larger the value on the negative side, the faster the speed. As shown in FIG. 8, when the activity of the

Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above. For example, in the present embodiment, the degree of high altitude is detected using the
[0036]
Further, the characteristics of the initial increase value, the air-fuel ratio feedback control start time T1, the damping speed D1, and the reflection coefficient K1 are not limited to the characteristics (the characteristics that change linearly) shown in FIGS. It is also possible to adopt a characteristic that changes in shape, a characteristic in which the change is guarded, and the like.
