Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention:
The present invention relates to a technique for fixing plate materials such as a solar cell module, a liquid crystal panel, a radio wave absorption panel, a glass plate, and a building panel to a frame using a dry gasket.
[0002]
Conventional technology:
Conventionally, as a method of fixing a plate material to a frame, a wet method using an irregular sealant and a dry method using a gasket having a predetermined shape are known. FIGS. 8A and 8B show an example of the dry method.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 8A, first, the edge of the
[0004]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a frame gasket, a fixing structure of a plate material, and a method of mounting the plate material, in which the operation of mounting the plate material on the frame material is easy and the mounting operation can be automated.
[0005]
Summary of the Invention
In order to achieve the above object, a frame gasket of the present invention includes a mounting portion (top portion) and a pair of contact portions connected to the mounting portion, has a substantially uniform cross-sectional shape, and has a mountain shape (angle). ).
[0006]
The plate is fixed to the frame using the gasket as follows.
First, a frame gasket mounting portion is mounted in advance near the entrance of the groove of the frame material. In this pre-mounting step, the opening is formed at the edge of the plate material so that the frame gasket does not enter into the depth of the groove and the plate material can enter through the opening between the tips of the pair of contact portions. It is assumed that it is wider than the thickness.
Next, after the pre-mounting, a pushing step of pushing the edge of the plate material into the groove of the frame material via the frame gasket is performed. That is, in the pushing step, the edge of the plate material is pushed through the opening between the pair of contact portions of the frame gasket toward the bottom surface of the groove. Thus, the plate is fixed to the frame.
[0007]
That is, in the fixed state, the mounting portion is pushed into the depth of the groove by the end face of the plate material, and is in proximity to or in contact with the bottom surface of the groove. On the other hand, the pair of contact portions are in contact with the front surface or the back surface of the edge of the plate material, respectively.
[0008]
According to the present invention, the plate material can be fixed to the frame material by a single pressing operation, so that the mounting operation is easy and the mounting operation can be automated.
[0009]
In the present invention, the gasket for the frame is essentially formed of a (form) elastomer having a predetermined shape.
In the present specification, the term "elastomer" refers to a material that easily deforms when an external force is applied, and restores its original shape in a short time when the external force is removed. A thermoplastic elastomer as one component can be used. In addition, as the elastomer, a material having excellent electrical insulation, weather resistance, compatibility with a frame material, and the like is used depending on the application.
The gasket may be composed mainly of a regular elastomer, and may be used in combination with an irregular adhesive or an adhesive tape.
[0010]
In the present invention, there is no clear boundary between the mounting portion and the pair of contact portions. That is, the mounting portion can enter the groove when the gasket is pre-mounted in the groove, and in this pre-mounting, a portion of the contact portion near the mounting portion may also enter the groove.
