Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a karaoke live performance distribution service method for distributing all of a karaoke live performance in real time. <P>SOLUTION: A computer attached to a karaoke device registers program information on a content of the live performance in a service guide site opened on the Internet. The service guide site arranges program information of a plurality of persons who want to appear in the live performance and makes an accessing user computer refer to information. Information on the specified program desired to be viewed/listened is integrated and a performance giving command is informed to the computer attached to the karaoke device. Multicast distribution for sending data from the specified computer attached to the karaoke device to the computer of a person who desires the specified viewing/listening is prepared. The computer attached to the karaoke device causes the karaoke device to play a karaoke musical piece of the designated program at time designated from the service guide site, and transmits stream data including video and singing voice of a live performer to a multicast distribution system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

この発明は、カラオケ装置を使って実施されるカラオケライブの始終を視聴希望者のコンピュータにリアルタイム配信するためのカラオケライブ配信サービス方法に関する。

【発明の背景】
カラオケは、実際に楽曲に合わせて声を出して歌うという身体的な体験と、人前で歌うという行為を通して高揚感・陶酔感を味わうという精神的な体験とを同時に経験できる数少ない娯楽である。カラオケ愛好者の中には、身体的体験を通して歌唱力が向上するのに従い、自身のカラオケ歌唱の有様（カラオケライブ）を一般の人たちにも広く披露してさらに大きな精神的体験を得ようと希望する人（ライブ出演希望者）がいる。

このようなライブ出演希望者の願望を叶えるためには、自身のカラオケライブを実況放送してもらうことがが最も適当であるが、ＴＶ局などが主催するオーディションやカラオケ大会に参加するには大げさであるし、予選や抽選があれば必ずしもこれらのイベントに参加できるとは限らない。

特開平１１−１９４７８７号公報には、ライブ出演希望者の願望を叶えるために、カラオケライブを所定形式の映像音声（ＡＶ）データにして「録画」し、そのＡＶデータのファイルを所定のＷｅｂサイトで公開するカラオケオーディション装置が開示されている。また、その公開内容を見た一般視聴者が各カラオケライブについて審査しその審査結果をカラオケライブの出演者に通知するオーディション方法についてもその技術が開示されている。しかし、この開示技術ではカラオケライブを「生放送」することができない。言い換えれば、やり直しが可能となる。したがってライブ出演者は、自分のカラオケ歌唱がリアルタイムで視聴されているという緊張感・高揚感・陶酔感を味わうことができない。また、審査結果は後日ライブ出演者に通知されるため、出演者は自身のライブに対する他人の評価に実感が湧かない。ライブを視聴する側にとっても、録画されたカラオケライブを自分の都合に合わせて何時でも視聴できるため、ライブの一部始終を見逃さないように真剣に視聴しようとする積極性がない。したがって、審査を行ったとしても、その審査する態度自体がいい加減なものになる。

【発明の開示】
最近では、広帯域（ブロードバンド）通信回線を使った常時インターネット接続環境が一般家庭にも広く普及し、ストリーミング配信やマルチキャスト配信に対応した通信インフラや閲覧ソフトウエアも充実してきた。したがって、カラオケライブを視聴希望者のコンピュータへリアルタイムで配信することはそれほど難しいことではない。それよりも、各地に散在するカラオケ会場でそれぞれ任意に行われるカラオケライブの開催を広く一般に予告したり、視聴希望者が任意に選択したカラオケライブをその開始時点から視聴できるようにしたりすることのほうが重要である。また、カラオケライブを始めから終わりまで通してリアルタイムで視聴できるようにすることは、視聴者がカラオケライブに対する評価や審査を真剣に行ったり、その結果をライブ実演者にフィードバックしたりするためにも必須の条件となる。

本発明はカラオケライブ配信サービス方法であって、つぎの事項（１）〜（５）により特定されるものとする。
（１）カラオケ装置に付属するコンピュータや一般利用者のコンピュータと通信するサービス案内サイトをインターネット上に開設する。
（２）カラオケ装置付属コンピュータはサービス案内サイトと通信し、ライブ出演希望者の演目と公演実施カラオケ装置の識別情報や公演希望時間などの演目情報を登録する。
（３）サービス案内サイトは、多数のライブ出演希望者の演目情報を整理し、アクセスしてきた利用者コンピュータに閲覧させ、視聴希望演目を特定させるとともに視聴希望者コンピュータのアドレス情報を認知する。
（４）サービス案内サイトは、利用者コンピュータからの視聴希望演目の情報を集約し、公演実施指令を該当のカラオケ装置付属コンピュータに通知するとともに、該当のカラオケ装置付属コンピュータから送出されるデータを該当の視聴希望者コンピュータに届けるためのマルチキャスト配信の準備をする。
（５）カラオケ装置付属コンピュータは、サービス案内サイトから指定された時間に指定された演目のカラオケ楽曲をカラオケ装置で演奏させ、ライブ出演者の歌声および姿を含んだ映像音声ストリームデータを生成し、準備されたマルチキャスト配信系に送出する。

サービス案内サイトが、演目情報中の公演希望時間を整理してカラオケ装置が演目のカラオケ楽曲の演奏開始時刻を設定してこの演奏開始時刻を前記公演実施指令にて該当のカラオケ装置付属コンピュータに通知するカラオケライブ配信サービス方法。

【発明の実施の形態】
＝＝＝ネットワーク構成＝＝＝
図１に本発明の実施例におけるサービス方法が適用されるネットワーク構成図を示し、図２にカラオケ店内における装置やコンピュータの接続図を示した。各地のカラオケ店１０には複数の客室１１があり、それぞれの客室１１には１台のカラオケ装置１２、パーソナルコンピュータと同様の客室コンピュータ１３、ビデオカメラ１４が設置されている。

各客室１１にあるカラオケ装置１２は、利用者がリクエストしたカラオケ曲の伴奏音楽とマイクロホン１５からの歌唱音声の混合音声をスピーカ１６から音響出力するとともに、歌詞画像を付帯するディスプレイ１７に出力する。また音声信号出力端子を備えて前記混合音声信号をこの端子から出力する、客室コンピュータ１３は、同じ客室１１にあるカラオケ装置１２とＲＳ２３２Ｃ規格などの所定のインタフェースを介して接続されて適時にデータ通信を行うとともに、ビデオカメラ１４からの撮影映像信号とカラオケ装置１２からの混合音声信号とを取り込みながらストリーミング形式のデジタルＡＶデータにリアルタイム変換する。

カラオケ店１０にはＬＡＮが敷設されている。各客室コンピュータ１３はＬＡＮに接続され、利用者入力により受け付けた各種データや前記ＡＶストリーミングデータをＬＡＮ上に送出する。また、ＬＡＮには店内の客室コンピュータ１３を統括制御するとともに、インターネット側のコンピュータとＬＡＮ上のコンピュータとのデータ通信を仲介する店舗サーバー２０が設置されており、各客室コンピュータ１３を制御して送出させた各種データやＡＶストリーミングデータをインターネット上に中継・転送する。

一方、インターネットには、Ｗｅｂサーバー１や一般利用者のパーソナルコンピュータ２などが接続されている。あるＷｅｂサーバー１にはカラオケ事業者により管理運営されているＷｅｂサイト（サービス案内サイト）１ａが開設されている。このサイト１ａはＷｅｂページ上で各地で実施されるカラオケライブについての開催予告や視聴希望者の募集を行うとともに、各地の店舗サーバー２０から送られてくるＡＶストリーミングデータをカラオケライブ番組として、それを視聴希望する人のパーソナルコンピュータ（視聴希望者コンピュータ）２に宛ててマルチキャスト配信するカラオケライブ配信サービスを提供している。

＝＝＝ライブ出演の受け付けと開催予告＝＝＝
本実施例では、各地で公演されるカラオケライブについて、それぞれに視聴希望者を募り、特定のカラオケライブの視聴希望者にそのライブの公演開始時点からリアルタイムでストリーミング配信するようになっている。そのためには、ライブに出演希望する旨を各地のカラオケ装置の利用者から受け付け、カラオケライブについての演目やライブ開始時間などをサービス案内サイト１ａに登録する必要がある。

客室コンピュータ１３は、ＡＶストリーミングデータの作成処理に加え、利用者の操作入力により、カラオケライブを実施する旨、演目（楽曲識別子）、ライブ出演希望者自身についての情報（自己紹介情報）、公演希望時間などを受け付け、これら受付情報に同室のカラオケ装置１２の識別情報を加えたライブ演目情報をＬＡＮ上に送出する処理も実行する。なお本実施例では、自己紹介情報としてライブ出演希望者の個人情報（氏名・年齢・性別など）やメッセージ文などのテキストに加え、出演希望者自身が自己紹介する映像と音声（ＡＶメッセージ）も登録している。このＡＶメッセージの登録方法としては、客室コンピュータが演目や公演希望時間などの文字情報を一通り受け付け終えると、ビデオカメラ１４およびマイクロホン１５からの映像と音声とを取り込む準備をし、自己紹介シーンを録画するように出演希望者を促す。そして、所定の利用者入力に従って所定時間分の映像と音声を取り込んで所定形式のＡＶデータファイルに作成し、先の文字入力された情報とこのＡＶデータファイルを演目情報に含めてＬＡＮに送出する。各地のカラオケ店舗１０における店舗サーバー２０は、各客室コンピュータ１３からのライブ演目情報をサービス案内サイト１ａに実装されている所定のプログラムに宛てて送出する。

サービス案内サイト１ａは、各地の店舗サーバー２０から集信した多数のカラオケライブについての演目情報を集約し、各ライブについての演目情報をその公演希望時間に従って順番に一覧にしたライブ番組表を作成し、これをＷｅｂページ上に公開する。図３と図４に、サービス案内サイト１ａに集約された演目情報の概略構成図と、それに基づいて作成されたライブ番組表のＷｅｂページの画面とをそれぞれに示した。本実施例では、多数のカラオケライブを複数の時間帯に割り振り、公演開始時間が近い複数のカラオケライブが所定の時間帯に開始・終了するようにしている。そして、複数の時間帯のそれぞれに複数のカラオケライブが実施されるように実際のライブ開始時間を調整している。具体的には、各カラオケライブの演目情報の公演希望時間と演目となるカラオケ楽曲の演奏時間とに基づいて、各カラオケライブを複数の時間帯のいずれかに割り振り、ある時間帯に割り振ったカラオケライブが一通り終わる時点以降につぎの時間帯を設定している。また、公演希望時間と実際のライブ開始時間との時間差があまり大きくならないようにして、ライブ出演希望者の待機時間をできる限り短くしている。

また、ライブ番組表のＷｅｂページ（番組表ページ）には、カラオケライブ毎に番組欄３０が割り当てられ、各番組欄３０には演目３１・ライブ開始時間３２・公演時間３３・文字による自己紹介情報３４・ＡＶメッセージの画像見本（サムネイル）３５が掲載されているとともに、番組を視聴する旨を記入するチェック欄３６が配設されている。そして、同じ時間帯の番組欄３０が上下列方向に配置され、前後の時間帯の番組欄３０が左右行方向に配置されている。したがって、視聴希望者は各列から一つだけライブ番組を選択することになる。なお、番組欄３０中のサムネイル３５には該当のＡＶメッセージを取り寄せるためのリンクが設定されており、視聴希望者コンピュータ２にてあるサムネイル３５が指示されると、該当のＡＶメッセージがこのコンピュータに送達され、所定のストリーミング再生プログラムが起動する。それによって、ＡＶメッセージの映像と音声が出力される。

視聴希望者コンピュータ２により、あるライブ番組欄３０にあるチェック欄３６を指示してチェックマークを表示させた上で「決定」ボタン３７を指示すると、チェックされた番組の識別子がサービス案内サイトにおける所定のプログラムに送達される。このプログラムは、送達された番組識別子とこの識別子を送付してきたコンピュータのＩＰアドレスとを取得して記憶し、番組の視聴予約を受け付けた旨のＷｅｂページを返送する。また、同じ時間帯の番組が複数指示された場合には、一つの時間帯からは一つの番組しか選択できない旨と前の番組表ページに戻ってチェックし直す旨とを記載したＷｅｂページを返送する。そして、サービス案内サイト１ａは視聴希望者コンピュータ２からの番組識別子を集計し、各番組毎の視聴者数を計算する。もちろん、各番組の視聴者数を同じ時間帯の全番組の視聴者数で割れば視聴率が計算できる。

＝＝＝カラオケライブの開催＝＝＝
サービス案内サイト１ａは、カラオケライブの開催予告や視聴者の募集を行うとともに、各店舗サーバー２０に対し、カラオケライブ毎の開始時間と視聴希望者数や視聴率を通知し、店舗サーバー２０はこれらの情報を該当する客室コンピュータ１３に転送する。

客室コンピュータ１３は、開始時間が間近になったカラオケライブについて、カラオケライブの開始準備をライブ出演者に促す旨のメッセージと、当該カラオケライブの視聴者数（あるいは視聴率）を表示出力する。このとき、同じ時間帯に並行して行われる他のカラオケライブについての視聴者数や視聴率を表示出力してもよい。そして客室コンピュータ１３は、ライブ開始時間になると演目となるカラオケ楽曲の演奏指示をカラオケ装置１２に与え、該当楽曲の伴奏音楽と歌詞画像とをカラオケ装置に付帯するスピーカ１６とディスプレイ１７とに音響出力させる。ライブ出演者はビデオカメラ１４に向かって歌唱することでカラオケライブを実演する。

＝＝＝カラオケライブ番組の配信＝＝＝
本実施例において、視聴希望者コンピュータ２は、ＡＤＳＬなどの広帯域の通信回線を介して常時インターネットに接続されているとともに、コネクションレス型の所定のプロトコルに基づいてアクセスしてきたコンピュータについては、そのアクセスを受け付けるように設定されているものとする。そして、ブラウザに加え、所定のプロトコルに基づいてアクセスしてきたサービス案内サイト１ａからＡＶストリーミングデータが配信されてくると、そのストリーミングデータを前記ストリーミング再生プログラムに与えるための専用ソフトウエア（カラオケライブソフト）が実装されているものとする。このカラオケライブソフトは視聴希望者コンピュータ２に常駐し、コンピュータ２の起動ととともに起動してサービス案内サイト１ａからのアクセスを監視している。

客室コンピュータ１３はカラオケライブが開始されると、そのＡＶストリーミングデータを店舗サーバー２０に送出する。店舗サーバー２０は、そのＡＶストリーミングデータをサービス案内サイト１ａに中継・転送する。サービス案内サイト１ａは、各店舗サーバー２０から送付されてくるＡＶストリーミングデータを先に取得した番組識別子とＩＰアドレスに基づいて該当する視聴希望者コンピュータ２に宛ててマルチキャスト配信する。視聴希望者コンピュータ２では前記カラオケライブプログラムが起動しており、サービス案内サイト１ａからＡＶストリーミングデータが送付されてくると、ストリーミングビデオ再生プログラムが起動し、カラオケライブの映像と音声とがリアルタイムで出力される。図５に以上説明したカラオケライブ配信サービスの提供過程に示した。

上記実施例において、視聴希望者コンピュータのインターネット接続環境は、コネクションレス型のプロトコルを受け付けるように設定され、サービス案内サイトは視聴希望者コンピュータに一方的にＡＶストリーミングデータを配信していた。コネクション型のプロトコルしか受け付けない接続環境であっても、インターネットに接続している限りサービス案内サイトと常時接続状態を維持する専用のソフトウエアを視聴希望者コンピュータに実装しておけば、起動中にある視聴希望者コンピュータはバッククラウンドで常にこの専用ソフトがサービス案内サイトとのセッションを維持しているため、ＡＶストリーミングデータが送られてきても視聴希望者コンピュータはこれを受け付け、カラオケライブを映像音響出力することができる。
サービス案内サイト側でマルチキャスト配信系を準備する代わりに、各店舗サーバーや客室コンピュータが直接複数の視聴希望者コンピュータに宛ててＡＶストリーミングデータをマルチキャスト配信する構成としてもよい。なお、この場合には、サービス案内サイトからマルチキャスト配信処理を受け持つコンピュータに事前に宛先が通知されることになる。

視聴者がカラオケライブについて審査を行い、その審査経過や審査結果を出演者にリアルタイムでフィードバックすることもできる。具体的には、得点入力欄に入力された得点をフォームデータとして返送させる機能を含んだＷｅｂページをサービス案内サイトに用意しておく。サービス案内サイトは、あるカラオケライブが現に視聴されている視聴希望者コンピュータがこのＷｅｂページを取り寄せて得点を返送してくると、各得点または返送されてきた得点の合計や平均値を該当の店舗サーバー経由で特定の客室コンピュータに送付し、客室コンピュータはこの得点を表示出力する。もちろん、客室コンピュータに同じ時間帯に実施されている全カラオケライブについての得点状況を送付すれば、ライブ出演者は、他のカラオケライブの得点を確認できる。もちろん、得点は視聴希望者コンピュータから返送されてきた全得点の平均値であってもよい。

なお、本発明のサービス方法が実施されるネットワーク構成としては上記実施例に限らず、カラオケ装置が１台だけ設置されている店舗であれば、店舗サーバーの機能と客室コンピュータの機能とが実装されたコンピュータをカラオケ装置に付属させておけばよい。もちろん、カラオケ装置自体にこれらのコンピュータの機能を実装させることも可能である。

サービス案内サイトがＡＶストリーミングデータを視聴希望者コンピュータに一方的に配信する実施形態の他に、例えば、サービス案内サイトに視聴希望者別の専用Ｗｅｂページを用意しておき、この専用Ｗｅｂページを取り寄せた視聴希望者コンピュータに該当のカラオケライブをその開始時点から視聴させることもできる。

図６に専用Ｗｅｂページの一例を示した。この専用Ｗｅｂページには開始間近のカラオケライブの視聴を促すメッセージが記載されているとともに、視聴希望者が先に番組表ページにて選択したカラオケライブの番組欄４０が配設されている。また、ＡＶストリーミングデータの配信準備が整っているカラオケライブについては、その番組欄４０内に「視聴」の文字が書かれたボタン４１が配設されているとともに、このボタン４０への指示操作が有効になっている。配信準備が整っていない番組については「待機中」の文字が書かれたボタン４２が配設され、当該ボタン４２への指示操作が無効になっている。「視聴」ボタン４１には該当のＡＶストリーミングデータを配信してもらう旨のリンクが設定されており、視聴希望者コンピュータにて「視聴」ボタン４１が指示されると、該当するカラオケライブのＡＶストリーミングデータが配信され、カラオケライブの模様が映像音響出力される。なお、カラオケライブの開始前に「視聴」ボタン４１が指示された場合、サービス案内サイトはあらかじめ用意しておいた「暫くお待ち下さい」と言う主旨のＡＶストリーミングデータを送出する。
なお、視聴希望者コンピュータが専用Ｗｅｂページを取り寄せるためには、専用Ｗｅｂページ毎に異なるＵＲＬを対応付けしておき、このＵＲＬを該当の視聴希望者コンピュータにあらかじめ通知しておけばよい。あるいは、周知のＣｏｏｋｉｅを用い、サービス案内サイトがカラオケライブの識別子を送付してきた各視聴希望者コンピュータにそれぞれ固有のＣｏｏｋｉｅを送付し、各Ｃｏｏｋｉｅに専用ＷｅｂページのＵＲＬを対応付けしておく。そして、Ｃｏｏｋｉｅとともにアクセスしてきた視聴希望者コンピュータに該当の専用Ｗｅｂページを送達すればよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明のカラオケライブの配信サービス方法によれば、カラオケ装置を使って実施されるカラオケライブの始終をリアルタイムで視聴希望者に配信することができる。そのため、ライブ出演者は緊張感・陶酔感・高揚感を味わうことができる。視聴者にとってもカラオケライブを真剣に視聴しようとする意欲が湧く。
