Description
【0001】
φ=−2tan−1(ω・R・C5) …(3)
【0050】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is to prevent sound waves from a noise source such as a passage on which a vehicle travels, such as a road on which an automobile runs and a track on which a railroad vehicle travels, from being transmitted to a private house beside the passage. The present invention relates to a sound insulation device that is suitably implemented.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The frequency band of the noise generated from the motorway is relatively wide, and particularly the noise in the frequency band closer to the low frequency deteriorates the environment such as a private house along the road. In the prior art, it is insufficient to block such noise from a frequency band closer to a lower frequency band to a higher frequency band.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a sound insulation device capable of blocking noise over a wide frequency band.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a microphone that detects sound from a noise source,
A speaker that generates sound toward an area where sound from the noise source is diffracted;
In response to the output of the microphone, in the diffraction region by the speaker, a phase control device that outputs sound from the speaker with a phase shifted with respect to the sound from the noise source from the speaker, and shuts off the sound.
The speaker is located on the opposite side of the noise source and extends downstream of the speaker along the direction of sound generated from the speaker, and does not propagate sound from the noise source to the opposite side of the speaker from the noise source. And a sound insulation member that performs sound insulation as described above.
[0005]
According to the present invention, the amplitude of the sound wave from the noise source detected by the microphone is converted into an electric signal and given to the phase control device, and the phase control device converts the sound wave from the speaker into the sound wave from the noise source. The speaker is driven so as to cancel. In this way, the sound from the noise source is reduced, and so-called active noise control (abbreviated as ANC) is achieved.
[0006]
The sound insulation member is arranged on the opposite side of the speaker from the noise source (for example, on the side of a private house). The sound insulation member may be a rigid plate or the like that does not vibrate due to sound waves from a noise source. The sound insulating member functions to prevent sound from the noise source from propagating to the opposite side of the speaker with respect to the noise source, thereby isolating the sound. The sound insulating member extends downstream (for example, above in FIG. 3) from the speaker along the
[0007]
This sound insulation member is disposed only on the opposite side of the speaker from the noise source, and is not disposed on the noise source side of the speaker. Therefore, the sound from the speaker propagates widely to the noise source side. Therefore, at the position where the speaker is arranged and closer to the noise source than the position, the contact time with the sound wave from the speaker during propagation of the sound from the noise source can be lengthened. Therefore, low-frequency sounds included in the noise can come into contact with the sound from the speaker for a relatively long time. Are in contact with each other, and the noise from the loudspeaker allows the noise to be reduced with a large attenuation rate. That is, in the
[0008]
The microphone may have a configuration for detecting sound and other vibrations, and the speaker may have a configuration for outputting vibrations such as sound. The sound insulation member may have a configuration other than a plate shape.
[0009]
The sound insulating device may be provided on an upper portion of a sound insulating wall erected on the side of a track of an automobile road or a railway vehicle, or may be provided on an upper portion of a sound insulating wall provided on a side of another passage, or In addition, it is provided above a partition called a partition that partitions a plurality of conference rooms indoors, and can prevent noise from propagating between adjacent conference rooms. The sound insulation device of the present invention can be widely implemented in still other fields.
[0010]
Further, according to the present invention, the microphone is arranged at the same or behind the speaker along the

The microphone is arranged at a substantially central position along an arrangement direction of an arrangement range in which the speakers of each support are arranged.
[0015]

[0016]
According to the present invention, for example, a speaker and a microphone are provided on each of a plurality of hollow box-shaped supports, and these supports are moved along the longitudinal direction of the noise source, for example, in the traveling direction of the automobile on the motorway. Along or along the direction in which the railcar tracks are laid. In this way, noise can be prevented from propagating to the private house for a desired length.
[0017]
The microphone is provided with a
[0018]
A single speaker may be provided on the support, but a plurality of speakers may be provided, and one microphone may be provided for each of the plurality of speakers. The microphone is provided, for example, at a substantially central position along an arrangement direction of an arrangement range in which a plurality of speakers are arranged, whereby a sound from a noise source common to the plurality of speakers can be detected. The generation of the sound whose phase is inverted by each sound from the speaker is performed, so that the noise can be easily suppressed.
[0019]
Further, the present invention is characterized in that the sound insulation frequency band is 300 Hz to 2.5 kHz.
[0020]
According to the present invention, the sound reduction frequency band of the sound from the noise source according to the present invention is, for example, 300 Hz to 2.5 kHz as shown in FIG. 10, and particularly, in the present invention, the low frequency noise of 300 to 700 Hz is used. It was also confirmed that sound could be reduced with a large attenuation of 10 dB or more. According to the experiment of the present inventor, the attenuation due to noise reduction is insufficient at 3 dB, and the sound reduction effect is preferably confirmed by being reduced at an absolute value larger than 4 dB. It was confirmed that by reducing the sound with an absolute value larger than 10 dB, a good environment with low noise can be obtained in a place such as a private house where noise is suppressed.
[0021]
Further, the present invention is the sound insulating wall device, wherein the sound insulating device is provided above a sound insulating wall erected on a side of a passage on which a vehicle travels.

[0062]
The present invention is capable of the following embodiments.
(1) In a phase control device for driving a vibration generating means for generating vibration in response to an output of a detecting means for detecting vibration and canceling the vibration, an output of the vibration detecting means is set in a frequency band of the vibration to be canceled. A
[0063]
Conventionally, noise has been detected by a microphone to generate noise in the opposite phase to the detected noise, and the sound from the noise source has been directed to the area where the sound from the noise source is diffracted, in order to actively cancel the noise and to block the noise. To prevent the noise from diffracting and propagating to places that should be kept quiet, such as private houses. In the prior art, the signal detected by the microphone cannot be shifted from the speaker by an optimum phase and output from the speaker, the phase to be shifted is fixed, and when the phase is changed, the gain also changes. Therefore, although phase control is important for active noise reduction, a sufficient noise reduction effect cannot be achieved.
[0064]
In order to solve this problem, an output of a vibration detecting means for detecting vibration of a microphone or the like is provided to a phase control device, whereby a vibration generating means for generating vibration such as a speaker is driven, and the vibration detecting means detects the vibration. The deviation of each phase between the generated vibration and the vibration generated by the vibration generating means is accurately changed and adjusted. The output of the filter circuit and the output of the phase variable circuit are mixed by a mixing circuit, and a vibration generating means such as a speaker is driven. As a result, vibration such as noise detected by the vibration detecting means can be actively and largely reduced. According to the inventor of the present invention, it has been confirmed that it is much more important for such active sound reduction to accurately adjust the phase than the amplitude generated by the vibration generating means. Was done.
[0065]
The filter circuit is realized by, for example, a low-pass filter, and filters the output of the vibration detecting means by passing the output in a frequency band of the vibration to be canceled, for example, 300 Hz to 2.5 kHz. A phase variable circuit is provided in connection with this filter circuit, and the phase between the input and output of the filter circuit can be continuously changed and adjusted by this phase variable circuit, so that the noise and the like can be actively changed. It is possible to effectively cancel the vibration by vibration such as sound waves from the vibration generating means.
[0066]
By combining the filter circuit and the phase variable circuit, the phase of the output from the vibration detection means such as a microphone can be continuously shifted to change and adjust, and the vibration generation means such as a speaker can be driven. This makes it possible to reliably reduce vibration such as noise. In order to reduce such vibrations such as noises, it is important to adjust the phase of the vibration rather than the amplitude of the vibration by the vibration generating means. Confirmed by experiments. According to the present invention, it is possible for the first time to greatly reduce such vibrations as noise.
[0067]
A plurality of phase variable circuits, for example, two first and second active all-pass circuits φ1 and φ2 are connected in association with a filter circuit, and continuously change and adjust only the phase without changing the gain. Can be.
[0068]
The filter circuit may be a low-pass filter, but may be another type of filter, such as a band-pass filter or a high-pass filter. These second active all-pass circuits φ1 and φ2 can be realized by a phase delay circuit having an integrating capacitor. In another embodiment of the present invention, the phase can be realized by a phase lead circuit. It is possible. These active all-pass circuits φ1 and φ2 may be realized by a first-order, second-order, or even higher-order circuit.
[0069]
The vibration detecting means may be realized by the microphone as described above, but may be realized by another configuration for detecting vibration, or may be realized by a sensor for detecting acceleration. The vibration generating means may be realized by a speaker as described above, but may be realized by a hydraulic or electric actuator or the like, or may be realized by another configuration.
[0070]
(2) The phase variable circuit includes a first active all-pass circuit φ1 connected in parallel to the filter circuit, and a second active all-pass circuit φ2 to which an output of the filter circuit is provided. Phase control device.
[0071]
(3) The phase control device, wherein the filter circuit is a low-pass filter that filters a vibration frequency to be canceled, and the first and second active all-pass circuits φ1 and φ2 have a phase delay circuit.
[0072]
(4) The first and second active all-pass circuits comprise
[0073]
【The invention's effect】
