【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、流体移送装置に関し、特に、放射性物質や危険物質又はウィルスなどを含有する液体の移送などに用いられる流体移送装置に係るものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、PET(陽電子断層撮影法)実験が知られている。このPETは、放射性トレーサの陽電子崩壊に伴うγ線による励起を検出することにより、投与したトレーサの分布を作成するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述したPET実験において、定量的解析を行うためには、サルなどの実験動物に放射性薬剤を投与した後、動脈採血を行い、血液中の放射能量の経時変化を測定することが不可欠である。この採血操作は、実験者が被曝する可能性が高い。したがって、従来より、動脈採血の自動化が望まれている。

また、上記PET実験において、放射性薬剤の分注操作は不可欠である。この操作も、実験者が被曝する可能性が高い。したがって、従来より、分注操作の自動化が望まれている。

更に、上記PET以外においても、危険な物質を含有する液体の移送や病原性のウィルスを含有する血液のサンプリングなどに自動化を必要とされるケースが多々ある。

本発明は、斯かる点に鑑みて成されたもので、実験者が被曝などの危険にさらされることなくPETの各種操作などを行えるようにすることを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
具体的に、第1の発明は、流体を2つの流体源と1つの流体受けとの間で移送ラインを介して移送する流体移送装置を対象としている。そして、上記移送ラインは、一端に第1の流体源が接続されると共に、該第1の流体源から少なくとも3つの切換手段が順に接続されている。更に、上記各切換手段は、3つの接続部を備えて3つの流通方向に切換えるように構成されている。上記第1の切換手段における第1及び第3の接続部が移送ラインに接続され、第2の接続部が流体受けに接続されている。上記第2の切換手段における第1及び第3の接続部が移送ラインに接続され、第2の接続部が流体を吸引及び圧送する第1の吸引圧送手段に接続されている。上記第3の切換手段における第1の接続部が移送ラインに接続され、第2の接続部が流体を吸引及び圧送する第2の吸引圧送手段に接続され、第3の接続部が第2の流体源に接続されている。加えて、上記各切換手段及び各吸引圧送手段を制御して流体を移送する制御手段が設けられている。

【発明の実施の形態1】
以下、本発明の実施形態1を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

図1に示すように、本実施形態は、本発明の流体移送装置1をPET(陽電子断層撮影法)実験に用いられる採血装置に適用したものである。

上記流体移送装置1は、例えば、サル動脈11から採取した血液をコレクタ2に定量ずつ収容するものである。そして、上記流体移送装置1は、1つの移送ライン3と4つの三方活栓41,42,43,44と2つのシリンジユニット5,6とを備えている。

上記移送ライン3の一端は、サル動脈11に接続され、つまり、上記移送ライン3のメインライン31の一端がサルの動脈に穿刺されている。このサル動脈11が、流体源であって、採血される採血源となる。

〈採血動作〉
次に、上述した流体移送装置1によるFDG(fluoro−deoxy−glucose)を対象とした採血動作について説明する。

上記18−F−FDG(以下、単にFDGという。)をサルに静注した場合、FDGを静注した後、例えば、1分が経過するまでは10秒毎(0sec〜60sec)の7点の採血ポイントがあり、3分が経過するまでは1分毎(2min及び3min)の2点の採血ポイントがあり、以下、5min、7min、10min、15min、20min、30min、45min、60minの8点の採血ポイントがある。これらの採血時間は、任意に設定できるものである。そして、事前準備を含めた操作手順は下記の通りである。

(1)先ず、コントローラ8により、予め等張液を移送ライン3の全体に満たす。

上述した操作手順に従ってサルを対象に行った実験結果は、図2に示すとおりである。この図2に示すように、従来と同様なマニュアル操作で行なったときと比較して、同等の結果が得られた。本実施形態1の装置では、5秒あたり0.4mlの速度でサンプリングした場合、ロスした血液を含めても必要な血液量は約7mlで、実験に用いたサルの負担も少なく実用性の高いシステムであることが判明した。
