Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a trolley-type transporter that is used in a ski resort, a steep slope, a factory, or the like, and travels along rails by, for example, a lift vehicle being supplied with power from a trolley. The present invention relates to a trolley-type transport machine that is prevented from being short-circuited.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The trolley-type transporter has a vehicle running along a rail, provided with a current collecting unit having a current collector attached thereto, and a trolley to which the current collector is joined is attached to the rail. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-295232 discloses a lift vehicle used for a suspension-type trolley-type transporter in which a vehicle is suspended by rails and travels, and this will be described with reference to FIGS. The lift vehicle S is hung not on a straight rope but on a horizontal H-shaped rail 1. By curving the rail 1, the lift vehicle S can travel not only in a curved manner but also in a lift vehicle S. It is characterized in that it can run and stop every time.

[0009]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a trolley-type transport device in which dust, raindrops, snow, and the like do not enter the duct without restricting the movement of the current collector.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The trolley-type transporter of the present invention is a trolley-type transporter in which a vehicle traveling along a rail is provided with a current collecting unit having a current collector attached thereto, and a trolley to which the current collector is joined is attached to the rail. A trolley is housed inside, and a duct provided with an opening through which a part of the current collecting unit is provided on the lower side, and the opening of the duct is closed so that the part of the current collecting unit can be moved while being sandwiched. And a deformable flexible closure band.
[0011]
According to this trolley-type transporter, the flexible closing band closes the opening of the duct in which the trolley is housed, so that dust, raindrops or snow does not enter the duct, and the trolley has dust, raindrops or the like. Snow and the like can be prevented from accumulating. In addition, since the closed band is flexible and deforms so as to sandwich the current collecting unit, the current collector attached to the current collecting unit is joined to the trolley, and a part of the current collecting unit is sandwiched by the closed band. While traveling through the opening.
[0012]
The duct has a main body portion formed in a downward U-shape including an upper surface portion and a pair of side surface portions protruding downward from both sides of the upper surface portion, and a diagonal direction from each of the side surface portions toward a center below the main body portion. And a pair of inclined portions whose edges face each other with a wider interval than the current collecting unit, and the closed band is a pair of band-shaped plates, It is preferable that an upper end portion is fixed to the inclined portion, and inner surfaces of the lower end portions are joined to each other.
[0013]
When the upper end is fixed to each inclined portion of the duct, each lower end is inclined downward toward the center of the duct, and the flexible, band-shaped closing band used in a pair is used. By joining the inner surfaces, the opening of the duct is closed. Since the closure band is flexible, the end of the closure band is bent at the portion without the current collection unit to close the opening of the duct by joining, and the portion of the current collection unit at the portion with the current collection unit The opening is closed by bending to sandwich the opening. Since a part of the current collecting unit can be advanced while being sandwiched by the closed band, the state where the opening of the duct is closed is maintained even when the current collecting unit is advanced.
[0014]
A heater may be housed in the duct. If this trolley-type transport machine is installed in a cold region, the trolley and the current collector may freeze, but the heater inside the duct will prevent the trolley from being closed by a heater. The trolley and the current collector are not frozen, and smooth running can be ensured.
