Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a suspension swing detection device that detects the swing of a suspension suspended from a base of a hoist, a crane, or the like by a suspension member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In a factory or the like, as a luggage transfer device, a hand-operated suspension (elevating platform, etc.) using a suspension material such as a wire belt from a movable carriage (equivalent to the base) running along a rail arranged near the ceiling ) Is suspended so as to be able to move up and down, and a suspended lifting device (a so-called hoist, crane, or the like) that uses the hand to hold and transport the luggage is used. In such a hoist or the like, when the moving carriage moves or when the hanging portion is raised and lowered by adjusting the amount of unwinding (winding amount) of the suspension material by a predetermined winding device, Although the hanging part swings, if the hanging part swings more than a predetermined amount, it is necessary to stop the operation of the suspension type lifting device to ensure safety.
Conventionally, as a method of detecting the swing of the hanging portion, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 8-175786 (No. 1), 9-257475 (No. 2), and 11-3350071 (No. 3) ) And the like, there is disclosed a technique for detecting a relative position, a swing angle, and the like of the hanging portion with respect to the movable cart. In these conventional techniques, light from a light source or light retroreflecting means (corner cube or the like) provided in the hanging portion is transmitted to a camera or a semiconductor position detecting element (PSD: position sensing device) provided in the movable carriage. By receiving the light, the two-dimensional position of the suspension and the deflection angle of the suspension are detected.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the techniques disclosed in the above publications require a camera, an image processing unit, a PSD, and the like for detecting the two-dimensional position of the suspension, and have a problem that the apparatus is complicated and expensive. . In particular, in the
Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a suspension swing detection device capable of detecting the suspension swing regardless of the extension length of the suspension material with a simple device configuration. To provide.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a suspension swing detection device for detecting the swing of a suspension suspended from a base by a suspension member, comprising: a light emitting unit installed on the base or the suspension. A reflecting means installed on the hanging part or the base to reflect light from the light emitting means; a light receiving means installed on the base or the hanging part to receive light from the reflecting means; And a swing detecting means for detecting the swing of the hanging part based on the light receiving level.
Thus, the suspension unit is provided with a simple device configuration in which a reflection type optical sensor such as a photocoupler having the light emitting unit and the light receiving unit is provided without providing a camera, an image processing unit, a PSD, or the like on the base. Can be detected. In addition, when the light receiving means detects the light receiving level of the reflected light from the reflecting means, there is no need for fine focus adjustment as in the case of performing position detection by image processing or PSD, etc. The swing of the hanging part can be detected regardless of the extension length.
[0005]
Further, the suspension swing detection device may be configured such that the base is a movable carriage that travels along a predetermined rail, or that the suspension is adjusted by adjusting the length of the suspension material that is extended from the base. One that is configured to be able to move up and down, for example, one that is applied to a crane, a hoist, or the like can be considered.
Further, if the swing detecting means detects a swing of the suspension lower than a predetermined value, the running operation of the base and / or the adjusting operation of the extension length of the suspension material is stopped. This is a safety device when abnormal swinging occurs in the hanging part.
