Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a magnet switch for supplying a battery current to a motor, and is particularly suitable for a starter magnet switch.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-219136, a conventional magnet switch is for engaging a pinion gear connected to a starter motor with a ring gear connected to an engine when the starter switch is turned on. It generates power and supplies battery current to the starter motor.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in order to reliably push out the pinion gear, the above-described magnet switch uses an exciting coil that generates a strong magnetic force and a plunger having a large mass. Further, the face of the plunger facing the stator core directly collides with the stator core over the entire surface. Therefore, there is a problem in that a large impact force is generated at the time of collision between the plunger and the stator core, and a large impact sound is generated. Further, there is a problem that the durability of the plunger and the stator core is reduced.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has as its object to provide a magnet switch that can improve reliability by reducing an impact force generated when a plunger collides with a stator core.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problem, in
[0006]
With this configuration, the impact noise generated when the plunger collides with the stator core is reduced. Further, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the durability of the plunger and the stator core. Therefore, a magnet switch with improved reliability can be provided.
[0007]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, in a portion where the plunger or the stator core comes into contact with the shock absorbing member, recesses (23, 24) with which the shock absorbing member comes into contact are formed, so that the plunger and the stator core come into contact with each other. It is characterized by being touched.
[0008]
According to this configuration, when the plunger collides with the stator core, the thickness of the shock absorbing member is released by the concave portion, so that the plunger and the stator core come into contact with each other. Thereby, the plunger and the stator core can be magnetically held.
[0009]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the shock absorbing member is a bowl-shaped leaf spring (11) provided in a plurality in the circumferential direction, and the axial distance to the plunger is gradually reduced toward the inner diameter side. Features.
[0010]
With this configuration, when the plunger comes into contact with the plunger, the leaf spring can absorb the force drawn toward the stator core side of the plunger while deforming. In addition, the effect is great because a plurality are provided in the circumferential direction.
[0011]
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, the leaf spring is formed of a magnetic material.
[0012]
With this configuration, when the plunger and the stator core abut via the leaf spring, the plunger and the stator core can be magnetically brought into close contact with each other. The holding force can be secured.
[0013]
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, the shock absorbing member is a rubber (12) or a shock absorbing spring (13). According to the eighth aspect, the height (h2) from one end to the other end in the axial direction of the rubber or the length (h3) from one end to the other end in the axial direction of the spring is determined by the depth of the concave portion in the axial direction (h). h1, h4).
[0014]
With these configurations, when the plunger collides with the stator core, the rubber and the shock absorbing spring can be crushed into the concave portion and contracted.
[0015]
According to the ninth aspect, the impact force is dispersed by causing a part of the face (26) of the plunger facing the stator core to collide with the stator core, and then bringing the entire face of the face into contact with the stator core. It is characterized by.
[0016]
With this configuration, the stator core does not receive an impact force from the entire opposing surface of the plunger. Thereby, the impact sound generated when the plunger collides with the stator core can be reduced.
[0017]
Further, in the tenth aspect, the opposing surface of the plunger has a first tapered portion (25), and the stator core has a second tapered portion abutting on the first tapered portion, It is characterized in that a part of the first tapered part collides with a part of the second tapered part.
[0018]
With this configuration, when the plunger collides with the stator core, only a part of the plunger collides with the stator core. This makes it possible to prevent the stator core from receiving an impact force from the entire opposing surface of the plunger.
[0019]
In the eleventh aspect, the opposing surface of the plunger or the surface of the stator core opposing the plunger is formed obliquely. The twelfth aspect is characterized in that the plunger itself is provided obliquely.
[0020]
With this configuration, when the plunger collides with the stator core, only a part of the plunger can collide with the stator core.
[0021]
According to a thirteenth aspect, a load is applied to the plunger from one side in the radial direction to the other side.
[0022]
With this configuration, the plunger itself can be provided obliquely.
[0023]
Further, in the fourteenth aspect, the stator core is formed in a concave shape having a peripheral wall portion (54) and a bottom portion (55) so as to cover the plunger, and the thickness of one side of the peripheral wall portion is set in the axial direction. It is characterized in that the peripheral wall portion is formed so as to gradually increase at a predetermined ratio, and the thickness of the other side of the peripheral wall portion is gradually reduced in the axial direction.
[0024]
With this configuration, on the bottom side of the stator core of the plunger, one side of the peripheral wall is thicker than the other side, so that a force is generated on one side of the peripheral wall. Further, on the side opposite to the bottom of the stator core of the plunger, a force is generated on the other side of the peripheral wall because the thickness of the other side of the peripheral wall is larger than the thickness of one side. This allows the plunger itself to be tilted obliquely as the plunger approaches the stator core.
[0025]
According to a fifteenth aspect, the impact force is absorbed by a structure having an elastic force in the stator core.
[0026]
With this configuration, the impact force generated when the plunger collides with the stator core can be absorbed by the stator core.
[0027]
In a sixteenth aspect, a cross-shaped hole (51) is formed in the stator core.
[0028]
With this configuration, a structure can be provided in which the stator core itself has elasticity.
