<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for binding having a good hand tearability without giving a group of scars to a base material. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape comprises a polyolefin film as a base material which is biaxially oriented with a transverse-direction draw ratio higher than a longitudinal-direction draw ratio or is transversely monoaxially oriented and a pressure-sensitive adhesive face formed on one side of the base material. The pressure-sensitive adhesive face comprises a nontacky part formed longitudinally at both edge sections of the base material and a pressure-sensitive adhesive part formed longitudinally at the central section of the base material from a pressure-sensitive adhesive which, when the base material is hand teared in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, does not substantially form a stretched film or stretched threads. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

Description

【0001】

【0051】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an adhesive tape used for binding relatively light objects such as a bundle of vegetables and a plastic bag containing food, and which can be easily cut by a finger in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction with a finger. .
[0002]
Problems to be solved by the prior art and the invention
BACKGROUND ART Adhesive tapes are used to bundle bundles of vegetables such as spinach and asparagus, and to bind the openings of plastic bags containing food items such as bread.
It is desired that the adhesive tape for bundling be easily torn with fingers without using a tool such as a cutter so that the final consumer can easily remove the bundling.
[0003]
As a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having good hand tearability, a non-adhesive part is provided along one edge of a tape base material in JP-A-10-237400, and a fine scar group is continuously formed on the non-adhesive part. A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape provided linearly has been proposed. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-5956 proposes an adhesive tape in which a group of scars is provided along a longitudinal direction at a central portion separated from an edge of a tape base material. In any of these adhesive tapes, a scar is provided on the tape base material to reduce the strength of the base material so that the tape can be easily cut with fingers.
[0004]
However, the method of improving hand tearability by scratching is that the adhesive tape is cut when the user tries to pull out the tape when performing the binding work or the winding tension in the adhesive tape manufacturing process due to the decrease in the strength of the base material due to the scratch. In some cases. In addition, in the production of the adhesive tape, the position and the scar of the scar group are devised and adjusted not only to increase the number of the scratching process of scratching the base material but also to hinder the manufacturing process and the binding work of the adhesive tape. It was troublesome because it was necessary.
[0005]
On the other hand, as a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having good hand tearability without damaging the support, a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape using a cellophane film as a base material has been conventionally known. However, cellophane films tend to absorb moisture and have a property of decreasing their strength due to moisture absorption, and therefore cannot be used for binding water-containing substances such as vegetables.
[0006]
Biaxially stretched or transversely uniaxially stretched polypropylene film, in which the stretching ratio in the width direction is larger than the stretching ratio in the longitudinal direction, as an adhesive tape imparted with hand tearability without a decrease in strength due to moisture absorption and without attaching a scar group. A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape using a base material has been proposed (for example, JP-A-2000-34450).
However, even if a base material having good hand tearing properties is used as described above, even if a base material that is easy to cut without being stretched even when cut is used, depending on the type of the adhesive, the hand tearing property is also good due to stringing of the adhesive. May not be.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive tape for binding that has good hand tearability without imparting a scar group to a substrate.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The adhesive tape for bundling of the present invention is characterized in that an adhesive surface is provided on one surface of a base material made of a biaxially stretched or transverse uniaxially stretched polyolefin film having a stretch ratio in the width direction larger than a stretch ratio in the longitudinal direction. The surface comprises a non-adhesive portion extending to both side edges of the base material, and an adhesive portion extending along a longitudinal direction of the base material at a central portion of the base material, The agent portion is formed of an adhesive that does not substantially form a stretch film or stretch yarn when the base material is manually split in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
[0009]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive part is preferably formed of a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive containing 10 to 100 parts by mass of a filler with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber-based polymer.
[0010]
In the rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive, 50% by mass or more of the rubber-based polymer is preferably a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, and the plasticizer capable of plasticizing a styrene domain of the styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer is a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer. It is preferably contained in an amount of 1 to 10 parts by mass based on 100 parts by mass of the thermoplastic thermoplastic elastomer.
[0011]
Further, the adhesive tape for binding of the present invention preferably has an adhesive force to an adherend of 2 to 8 N / cm and a self-adhesive force of 5 to 15 N / cm. Further, it is preferable that the tack measured in the ball tack test of JIS Z0237 is a ball number of 4 to 20, and the self-adhesion holding force is 30 ° C., when a 500 g load is suspended for 40 minutes under the condition of an adhesion area of 20 mm × 10 mm. Is preferably 5 mm or less.
[0012]
The width of each non-adhesive part is preferably 2 to 5 mm.
The substrate preferably has a thickness of 20 to 80 μm, a tensile strength at break in the longitudinal direction of 10 to 30 N / cm, and a breaking elongation of 20 to 200%.
[0013]
In the adhesive tape for binding of the present invention, colored printing or letters, numbers, patterns, figures, photographs, etc. may be printed on one or both sides of the base material. When printed on one side of the base material, the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion may be provided on the printed surface, or the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion may be provided on the non-printed surface.
[0014]
Further, instead of coloring and printing on the base material, the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion may be constituted by a colored pressure-sensitive adhesive.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a raw material obtained by winding the adhesive tape for binding according to the present invention in a roll shape.
As shown in FIG. 1, the adhesive tape for bundling of the present invention uses a biaxially stretched or transverse uniaxially stretched polyolefin film having a stretch ratio in the width direction larger than a stretch ratio in the longitudinal direction as the substrate 1. One side of the material 1 is provided with an adhesive surface, and the adhesive surface includes a non-adhesive portion 3 extending along both edges and an adhesive extending along the longitudinal direction at a central portion. The pressure-sensitive adhesive portion 2 is made of a pressure-sensitive adhesive that does not substantially form a stretched film or a stretched thread when the base material 1 is split by hand in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
[0016]
First, the substrate 1 will be described.
The polyolefin film used for the base material is a biaxially stretched or uniaxially stretched polyolefin film in which the stretch ratio in the width direction is larger than the stretch ratio in the longitudinal direction, and has low water absorption and high tensile strength as the polyolefin film. In this respect, a polypropylene film is preferably used, and more preferably, a biaxially stretched polypropylene film is used.
[0017]
The stretching ratio may be any as long as the stretching ratio in the width direction is greater than the stretching ratio in the longitudinal direction. However, it is preferable that the stretching ratio in the width direction is at least two times the stretching ratio in the longitudinal direction. As described above, a film having a high stretching ratio in the width direction has a smaller tensile strength in the longitudinal direction than the tensile strength in the width direction, and thus is easily torn in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. Therefore, it can be easily torn and cut with fingers.
[0018]
Specifically, it is preferable that the base material is a polypropylene film having a thickness of 20 to 80 μm and a tensile strength at break in the longitudinal direction of 10 to 30 N / cm, and a breaking elongation in the longitudinal direction of 20 to 200%. More preferably, the base material thickness is preferably 20 to 60 μm, the tensile strength at break in the longitudinal direction is 15 to 25 N / cm, and the elongation at break in the longitudinal direction is preferably 30 to 150%.
[0019]
If the tensile breaking strength in the longitudinal direction is less than 10 N / cm and the breaking elongation is less than 20%, the adhesive tape may be cut when pulled out from the rolled adhesive tape, which hinders the binding operation. . On the other hand, if the strength is more than 30 N / cm and the elongation is more than 200%, the strength and the elongation of the film are too large, and the tearability is deteriorated.
[0020]
On one surface of such a base material, a product name, a manufacturer name, instructions for use, numerical values such as the date of manufacture, characters, patterns, figures, photographs, and the like may be printed. Further, the base material may be colored (solid printing), or a colored film may be used as the base material. Further, in printing, a surface treatment such as a corona discharge treatment or an easy adhesion treatment may be appropriately performed in order to enhance the printability of the base film.
[0021]
One side of the substrate 1 having the above-described configuration is an adhesive surface, and the adhesive portion 2 is provided in the center of the substrate 1 along the longitudinal direction. Are non-adhesive portions 3 to which no adhesive is applied.
[0022]
The non-adhesive part 3 is provided so that a finger can be hooked on this part when tearing the adhesive tape to facilitate the tearing operation. Therefore, the width of the non-adhesive part is preferably about 2 to 5 mm. This is because with such a degree, the edge of the tape can be pinched with a finger. On the other hand, if the non-adhesive part is too large, the area of the adhesive part becomes relatively small, so that the adhesive strength to the adherend is too low and the tape is unsuitable.
[0023]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for binding according to the present invention is formed of a pressure-sensitive adhesive that does not substantially form a stretched film or a stretched thread when the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion 2 is cleaved by hand in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. Therefore, when the non-adhesive part is pinched and hand-teared, the base film is torn in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction based on its properties, and the adhesive of the adhesive part is not in a stringing state. , And can be easily separated and cut from the adherend.
[0024]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive portion 2 may be a rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive that does not substantially form an elongated film or a stretched thread when the hand is split in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the adhesive portion. A rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive containing 10 to 100 parts by mass, preferably 30 to 80 parts by mass of a filler with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber-based polymer is preferably used, and 50% by mass or more of the rubber-based polymer is SBS. , SIS, SEBS, SEPS, or other styrene-based thermoplastic elastomers. More preferably, a plasticizer capable of plasticizing the styrene domain of the styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer is added in an amount of 1 to 100 parts by mass of the styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer. 10 to 10 parts by mass, especially 1 to 5 parts by mass.
[0025]
Here, the SBS thermoplastic elastomer is a block copolymer in which a polystyrene block (S) and a polybutadiene block (B) are bonded in an SBS type, and the SIS thermoplastic elastomer is a polystyrene block (S) and a polystyrene block (S). Isoprene block (I) is a block copolymer in which SIS type is bonded, SEBS thermoplastic elastomer is a hydrogenated product of SBS thermoplastic elastomer, and SEPS thermoplastic elastomer is SIS thermoplastic elastomer. Hydrogenated product.
[0026]
Examples of the filler include metal oxides such as calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, and red iron oxide; metal hydroxides such as calcium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide; calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, and the like. Silicates such as silicates such as white carbon, hydrous aluminum silicates such as clay, and magnesium silicates such as talc; organic metal salts such as magnesium stearate, zinc stearate and lead stearate; sulfuric acid Inorganic metal salts typified by barium, zinc borate and the like; carbon black and the like.
[0027]
By including such a filler in an amount of 10 parts by mass or more based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber-based polymer, the adhesiveness of the rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is reduced, and a stretch film or a stretch yarn is formed when the base film is torn by hand. Can be suppressed. On the other hand, when the content of the filler with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber-based polymer exceeds 100 parts by mass, the tackiness of the rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is excessively reduced, and the self-adhesive force as the adhesive tape for binding and the adhesion to the adherend are reduced. You cannot secure power.
[0028]
When the styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer is used in an amount of 50% by mass or more of the rubber-based polymer, a cohesive force of the rubber-based polymer is reduced by adding a plasticizer that plasticizes the styrene domain of the styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, and When tearing by hand, it is possible to prevent the adhesive from forming a stretch film or stretch yarn. Examples of the plasticizer that can be used for such a purpose include phthalates such as dioctyl phthalate (DOP) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP); sebacates such as dioctyl sebacate (DOS); adipates such as dioctyl adipate (DOA); dioctyl An azelate type such as azelate (DOZ); a trimellitic acid type such as trioctyl trimellit (TOTM); and other ester plasticizers and epoxidized soybean oil.
[0029]
In the pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the present invention, when using a polymer other than the styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, as the other polymer, natural rubber, isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber , Acrylic rubber, ethylene / acryl rubber, acrylate copolymer, liquid rubber, and the like.
[0030]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the present invention preferably contains a silane coupling agent and a tackifier in addition to a rubber-based polymer, a filler, and a plasticizer, which are pressure-sensitive adhesive components. This is because the silane coupling agent can increase the affinity between the rubber-based polymer and the filler, and enhance the dispersibility of the filler in the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
[0031]
As the tackifier, rosin-based, rosin ester-based, rosin phenol-based, terpene phenol-based, polyterpene-based, petroleum-based resins and their hydrogenated resins, etc., used in the field of solid-state and liquid-form pressure-sensitive adhesives. Used tackifier resin can be used.
[0032]
Further, in the pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the present invention, in addition to the above components, an antioxidant can be appropriately used. The pressure-sensitive adhesive of the present invention is prepared as a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive in which these components are mixed and melted, or as a solvent-based pressure-sensitive adhesive in which these components are dissolved in a solvent such as toluene.
[0033]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive having the above configuration may be transparent or may be appropriately colored. When coloring is desired, a filler colored in a desired color may be selected as the filler. For example, when it is desired to obtain a white adhesive, a desired amount of titanium oxide may be contained as a filler. Further, other pigments and dyes can also be used.
[0034]
The pressure-sensitive adhesive having the above-described configuration is applied to one surface of the substrate so as to leave a space of 2 to 5 mm at both side edges of the substrate, thereby forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive portion. The thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesive part is preferably 15 to 50 μm. The non-adhesive part may be a part to which no adhesive is applied, or an adhesive is first applied to the entire surface of the base material, and then the non-adhesive material is applied to both sides of the adhesive-applied part at 2 to 5 mm. The non-adhesive portion may be formed by providing a thin film (eg, a thin film or ink).
[0035]
When characters or the like are printed on the base material, the adhesive portion may be provided on the printing surface of the base material, may be provided on the surface on which the printing is not performed, or may be printed on both surfaces of the base material. Alternatively, an adhesive portion may be provided on one of the printing surfaces.
[0036]
When uniform information such as product names, precautionary statements, and trademarks are printed in large lots, it is common to print on the base material in advance and apply an adhesive to the printed base material, The adhesive portion may be formed on either the printed surface or the non-printed surface. Gravure printing is preferably used for printing the substrate.
[0037]
In some cases, printing is performed on a daily basis, such as the date of manufacture. Further, in recent years, consumers have tended to prefer producing farmers for vegetables, and in order to meet such demands, there are cases where it is desired to appropriately print a photograph of the producing farmers on a binding tape. In the case of printing in such a small lot, a method in which an adhesive is first applied to a base material to produce an adhesive tape, and then printing is performed as necessary, which is convenient for production. Therefore, printing is performed on the surface on which the adhesive portion is not provided, and flexographic printing is preferably used.
[0038]
The printing may be one-color printing or multi-color printing. When the pressure-sensitive adhesive is colored, the effect of two-color printing can be obtained by making the color of the pressure-sensitive adhesive appear in an unprinted portion by one-color printing.
[0039]
The adhesive tape for binding of the present invention may have an adhesive portion directly provided on one side of the substrate, but the surface of the substrate is smoothed, the adhesive is prevented from penetrating into the inside of the substrate, and the substrate and the adhesive are For the purpose of improving the adhesiveness with the adhesive, adjusting the adhesive force and the peeling force to the adherend, etc., if necessary, after applying a primer to the surface of the base material, an adhesive portion may be provided on the undercoat layer. Good.
As the undercoating agent, a rubber-based graft copolymer is mainly used.
[0040]
The adhesive tape for bundling of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and is prepared so that the self-adhesive force is 5 to 15 N / cm and the adhesive force to the adherend is 2 to 8 N / cm. Is preferred. More preferably, the self-adhesive force is 8 to 12 N / cm, and the adhesive force to the adherend is 3 to 5 N / cm. Further, the tack measured by the ball tack test of JIS Z0237 is 4 to 20, preferably 10 to 15, and the self-adhesion holding force is 30 ° C., and a 500 g load is 40 under the condition of an adhesion area of 20 mm × 10 mm. It is preferable that the displacement length when suspended for 5 minutes is 5 mm or less, preferably 1 mm or less.
[0041]
Here, the ball tack measured according to JIS Z0237 is a maximum ball number that stops within a measurement range when the measuring part on the adhesive surface is 100 m with an inclination angle of 30 degrees (the ball number is specified in JIS). The diameter of the bearing steel ball is 1 inch and the number is 32, that is, 32/32 is 32, 30/32 is 30, and 2/32 is 2 and so on. Value. In addition, the self-adhesion holding force was determined by bonding the adhesive surfaces at approximately the center of a test piece having a width of 20 mm and a length of 100 mm to each other by 10 mm, and reciprocating the roller with a load of 2 kg once at 5 mm / s. Means the displacement length (mm) when suspended under a load of 500 g for 40 minutes in an atmosphere of.
[0042]
The adhesive tape for bundling of the present invention is suitable for a specification of a type in which, after bundling an adherend, the adhesive surfaces at the start and end of the adhesive tape are bonded together, and the adhesive force to the adherend is 2 to 8N. / Cm, preferably in the range of 3 to 5 N / cm, the adhesive tape is easily peeled off from the adherend when the adhesive tape is cut by hand based on the characteristics of the base film in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. Moreover, the adhesive can be cut sharply without substantially forming the stretched film or the stretched yarn at the time of cutting. And by setting the self-adhesive force in the range of 5 to 15 N / cm, preferably 8 to 12 N / cm, the original binding tape of bundling the bundle of adherends despite the low adhesive force to the adherend. Can play a sufficient role. In addition, by adopting a specification in which the adhesive surfaces are bonded to each other, information on the product such as the date of manufacture and a trademark printed on the adhesive tape can be easily seen by the customer.
[0043]
The adhesive tape for bundling of the present invention is not limited to the specification of self-adhesive bonding in which the adhesive surfaces are adhered to each other, but can also be applied to a specification in which the adhesive tape is adhered to the back surface (the surface on the side other than the adhesive surface) of the tape. In this case, the self-back surface adhesive strength is preferably in the range of 0.5 to 4 N / cm, more preferably 1 to 3 N / cm.
[0044]
【Example】
(Measurement evaluation method)
(1) Tack
The test was performed according to the inclined ball tack test of JIS Z0237.
That is, a test piece having a width of 15 mm and a length of 200 mm was attached to an inclined ball tacking device having a tilt angle of 30 degrees so that the adhesive surface was on the top, and a film for a runway (100 mm in length) was placed on the adhesive surface of the test sample. ) Was attached. Next, the ball was rolled over the film for the runway, and the maximum ball number that stopped on the adhesive surface of 100 mm was measured.
[0045]
(2) Self-holding force (mm)
At approximately the center of the adhesive tape test piece having a width of 20 mm and a length of 100 mm, the adhesive surfaces were bonded together at 10 mm, and a roller with a load of 2 kg was reciprocated once at 5 mm / s and pressure-bonded. A load of 500 g was applied to the lower part of the sample, and the shift length (mm) when the sample was suspended for 40 minutes was measured.
[0046]
(3) Self-adhesive force (N / cm)
The test piece having a width of 20 mm and a length of 600 mm is folded almost from the middle, and the adhesive surfaces are bonded together about 200 mm from the folded point, and both ends of the test piece are allowed to play by 100 mm. Next, the bonded test piece is reciprocated once at a speed of about 300 mm / min with a roller and pressed. Then, the play portion of the test piece is folded back at 90 degrees, peeled off by about 25 mm, and left for about 20 to 40 minutes. Each end of the test piece is sandwiched between upper and lower chucks and peeled off at a speed of about 300 mm / min. The force at every 20 mm peel was read to determine the self-adhesive force.
[0047]
(4) Adhesive strength to adherend (N / cm)
A 180 ° peel adhesion test was performed on a JIS Z0237 test plate.
That is, a test plate of SUS304 steel plate was used as an adherend, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape having a width of 20 mm and a length of 250 mm was reciprocated on the test plate by reciprocating a roller having a weight of 2 kg at a compression speed of about 5 mm / s. Then, the play portion of the test piece is turned 180 ° and peeled off by about 40 mm. Then, the lower end of the test plate is sandwiched by the lower chuck of the tester, and the play portion of the test piece is sandwiched by the upper chuck. In this state, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape was peeled off from the test plate by operating a tensile tester, and the adhesive strength was measured.
[0048]
(5) Hand tearability
The adhesive tape test piece was gripped by the non-adhesive part and was torn by hand in a direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction to examine the ease of tearing.
"◎" indicates the case where no stringing or stretching film of the tearing adhesive is easily generated, and the case where the threading or stretching film of the tearing adhesive is slightly visible but does not substantially affect the sharpness, etc. Can be torn, but the stringing or stretch film of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is formed at the tearing portion, and if the sharpness is not good, it is difficult to tear by hand with normal force. The case was evaluated as "x".
[0049]
(6) Bundling workability
The operation of attaching the adhesive tape to the binding machine and manually binding 10 asparagus bundles was performed 100 times. "○" indicates that the adhesive tape did not break or break at the time of tape feeding, but "△" indicates that it was less than 5 times, but the adhesive tape was broken and the tip must be attached to the device again. The case where the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape was broken more than once was evaluated as “×”.
[0050]
(7) Binding power
The adhesive tape was set on a binding machine, and a bundle of ten asparagus was manually bound such that the start and end of the adhesive tape were self-adhered. One of the asparagus bundles was grabbed to see if it could get out of the bundle.
The above test was performed on 100 bundles, and the ratio of falling out of the bundle was examined. The case where there was no omission at all was indicated by “○”, the case where omissions of 1 to 3 bundles were found was “△”, and the case where omissions of 4 or more bundles were matched was “×”.

[Manufacture of adhesive tape for binding]
Adhesive tape No. 1-8:
As a film substrate, a biaxially stretched polypropylene film “Trefane BO (YT-42)” (manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.) (width 620 mm, thickness 40 μm, tensile strength in longitudinal direction 21 N / cm, elongation 120%) was used. A primer is applied to the center along the longitudinal direction, leaving an edge of 2 mm on both sides of the film substrate, and then an adhesive having a composition shown in Table 1 is applied, and then wound and cut to a width of 20 mm. An adhesive tape having a length of 100 m (width of the adhesive portion 16 mm, thickness 20 μm) was produced.
The prepared adhesive tape was measured and evaluated for tackiness, self-adhesive holding power, self-adhesive power, adhesive power to an adherend, hand tearability, binding workability, and binding power based on the above-described measurement and evaluation method. Table 1 also shows the evaluation results. In Table 1, the base film “Trefane BO (YT-42)” is indicated as “A”.
[0054]
Adhesive tape No. 9:
As the film substrate, No. 2 was used except that a biaxially oriented polypropylene film “OPP # 40” (width 620 mm, thickness 40 μm, tensile strength at break in the longitudinal direction 40 N / cm) manufactured by Nimura Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. was used. In the same manner as in Example 1, an adhesive tape was produced.
[0055]
At approximately the center of the non-adhesive part of the prepared pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, a scar group was formed using a processing roll in which diamond abrasive grains of 110 to 120 mesh were fixed in two rows on the circumferential surface according to JIS while maintaining an interval of 5 mm. Wearing. .
In Table 1, the base film “OPP # 40” is indicated as “B”.
[0056]
[Table 1]
Figure 2004010760
[0057]
As can be seen from Table 1, no. Each of the adhesive tapes 1 to 3 has good tying workability, and in the hand tearing property of the tied tape, it can be easily torn without forming a stretch film or a stretch yarn of the adhesive at the time of tearing. It was. However, the SIS elastomer had a ratio of 30% by mass and contained no plasticizer for plasticizing the styrene domain. No. 3 is No. 3 in which the proportion of the SIS elastomer is 70% by mass or more. 1 and No. 1 Compared with No. 2, the self-holding power, the self-adhesive strength, and the adhesive strength tended to be slightly inferior.
[0058]
No. Nos. 4 to 6 are cases where a hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive using an SIS elastomer as a rubber-based polymer was applied. Although the self-adhesive force and the adhesive force were slightly changed due to the difference in the content of the tackifier, the No. 2 adhesive was not used. The same hand tearing property, binding workability, and binding force as in No. 1 were exhibited.
[0059]
No. No. 7 is No. This is the case where the content ratio of the filler to the rubber polymer is smaller than that of No. 1, and when the film is torn by hand, the stretched film of the pressure-sensitive adhesive part is formed. Not only does it not cut well, but it is easy to creep due to high viscosity. In the self-adhesion holding force test, the load dropped after 30 minutes.
[0060]
No. No. 8 is No. This was a case where the content ratio of the filler to the rubber-based polymer was higher than that of No. 1, and the hand tearing property was excellent, but the adhesive strength was too low and the binding power was inferior.
[0061]
No. Reference numeral 9 denotes a structure in which a group of scars is attached to a base material, and the tensile strength of the original base film itself is larger than that of the base material A, but after the scar group is applied, the tensile strength becomes smaller and cutting is performed during the binding operation. And the workability of binding was not good.
[0062]
【The invention's effect】
The adhesive tape for bundling of the present invention can be torn by hand with fingers from the non-adhesive portions on both side edges of the tape, and since no stretch film or stretch yarn of the adhesive portion is formed when tearing by hand. , Sharp. Moreover, since the tape itself has a sufficient breaking strength necessary for the binding operation, it does not hinder the binding operation, though it is easy to tear by hand and sharp.
Therefore, the adhesive tape for bundling of the present invention is a convenient adhesive tape for bundling, even for a site user who performs a bundling operation by pulling the adhesive tape on site, and also for a consumer who tears a bundle bundled with a tape by hand. It is.
