本発明は、電球を設置している鉄柱等の先端部分から地上付近の適当な高さまで鉄柱内外等を滑車等を介してワイヤー等を通し、電球等を設置しているケースを吊り上げ、吊り下げが出来るように改善し、電球等の故障の場合は、地上付近の適当な高さに設置した電動または人力のワイヤーリール等を操作してケースを地上まで下ろし、修理の後、吊り上げて鉄柱の元の位置にセット出来るようにする。吊り上げの際ケース部分が回転等しても簡単に元の位置に納まるように、ケース及び同ケース収納部分の形状及び電気接点等の位置を前後、左右対称にする等工夫しておけば操作は簡単であり、特に技量を要するということはない。

【発明の効果】
電球等の故障を修理する場合、高所作業車等による作業の必要がなくなり時間と費用等が節約できる。また、通行車両等に対する片側通行等の制限を実施する必要がなくなり交通安全上極めて効果的であると同時に、故障復旧時間が短縮されることにより、交通渋滞等がなくなり車両のスムースな流れを確保出来る。
