TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 6, the air-conditioning duct and the ventilation duct are riveted to a flange F having a bolt hole (not shown) on the outer peripheral surface of the connection end of the duct D to be connected, and between the two flanges F. In general, connection is made by screwing and tightening a nut N to a bolt B inserted into a bolt hole of both flanges F with the packing P interposed therebetween, but is transmitted through one duct D to be connected. If it is not desired to transmit the mechanical vibrations and the like to the other duct D side, the connection between the ducts D is performed via a duct connecting vibration isolating member such as a vibration isolating rubber.
[0003]
Examples of such a duct connection vibration isolating member include those shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b). The duct connecting

However, since the

Also, the duct connection
[0009]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a vibration damping member for duct connection which is excellent in workability and workability and can be manufactured at low cost in view of the above-mentioned problems.
[0010]
Means for Solving the Problems and Their Effects
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention connects the ducts to each other by fastening flanges respectively attached to connection ends of the ducts with bolts and nuts inserted into bolt holes formed in the flanges. A vibration isolating member for duct connection used at that time, wherein the bolt is inserted in a state of being inserted into the bolt hole of the flange and a band-shaped plate formed of an elastic body, which is sandwiched between the flanges. A bush formed of an elastic body, and a washer sandwiched between the head of the bolt and the bush, wherein the plate has a predetermined interval so as to correspond to the bolt hole formed in the flange. And a plurality of bolt insertion holes formed in the bush, and the bush is formed from a cylindrical portion through which the bolt is inserted and one end of the cylindrical portion. And out tension on the side, there is provided a duct connecting anti-vibration member has a flange portion which is sandwiched between the flange and the head of the bolt through the washer.
[0011]
When connecting ducts using the duct connection vibration isolator configured as described above, first set the plate according to the length of each piece of the flange attached to the connection end of the duct to be connected. Is cut into a predetermined length, and is sandwiched between the flanges so that the bolt insertion holes of the respective plates match the bolt holes of the flanges. Then, after the cylindrical portion of the bush is inserted into the bolt hole of one flange, the bolt passed through the washer is inserted into the bush, protruded from the bolt hole of the other flange, and tightened with a nut. Are connected to each other.
[0012]
The bolts and nuts that connect the two flanges to each other come into direct contact with the other flange, but the presence of the elastic bush prevents the bolt from directly contacting one of the flanges. Vibration is not propagated from one flange (duct) to the other flange (duct) via bolts and nuts, and a plate made of an elastic body is interposed between the two flanges. Vibration does not directly propagate from one flange to the other.
[0013]
As described above, the band-shaped plate sandwiched between the two flanges is formed of an elastic body, and since a rigid member such as a metal plate is not fixed, it can be easily cut by a cutter or the like, and the metal plate is fixed. The cutting workability is better than that of the conventional vibration damping member for duct connection. In addition, since the strip-shaped plate itself made of an elastic material has flexibility, it can absorb a certain dimensional error by appropriately bending even if it is cut a little longer, so that the workability is excellent. ing.
[0014]
In addition, since the duct connecting vibration isolating member adopts a configuration in which the bolt for flange connection is used as it is, a conventional duct connection in which a plurality of bolts are fixed to a rubber elastic body in advance via a metal plate. It can be easily manufactured as compared with the vibration isolating member for use, and the product cost can be reduced.

Since the vibration-proof function of the bush is deteriorated when the rubber elastic body forming the bush is too hard, it is necessary to form the bush with a soft rubber elastic body to some extent.
