Description

【0001】

[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram showing a lighting control device for a man conveyor according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a man conveyor, 2 denotes a lighting device provided on a balustrade, and 3 denotes a lighting device for illuminating a comb portion of a man conveyor entrance. Reference numeral 4 denotes a passenger detection device installed at the entrance, which detects a passenger, that is, a user of the man conveyor 1 by blocking the beam 5, and activates the man conveyor 1 by a control device described later. Reference numeral 6 denotes a display device installed in the passenger detection device 4, which is installed for the purpose of guiding the passengers to the automatic operation and the driving direction. Reference numeral 10 denotes a control device that controls the man conveyor 1 and the lighting devices 2 and 3 based on the detection output of the passenger detection device 5. This control device 10 is generally installed in the machine room below the upper manhole, but FIG. 1 shows a case where it is provided near the upper portion of the man conveyor 1. Any place that can secure a space for the installation may be provided, for example, it may be provided near the lower portion of the man conveyor 1.
[0011]
FIG. 2 is a functional block diagram illustrating a specific example of the control device 10.
In FIG. 2, reference numeral 11 denotes an operation mode discriminating unit for discriminating whether or not the conveyer 1 is in an automatic operation, and 12 indicates whether or not the passenger detection device 4 is operating when receiving the automatic driving mode from the operation mode discriminating unit 11. A passenger detection device operation determination unit 13 for determining whether or not the passenger detection device operation determination unit 12 controls the man conveyor 1 according to the determination result of the passenger detection device operation determination unit 12, and 14 is a determination of the passenger detection device operation determination unit 12 similarly. The lighting device control unit controls the lighting devices 2 and 3 according to the result.
[0012]
Next, the operation will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
First, the operation mode switching unit 11 determines whether or not the external operation mode switching signal is the automatic operation mode (step S1). If the automatic operation mode is not set, the operation waits. If the automatic operation mode is set, the operation of the passenger detection device is determined. The unit 12 determines whether or not the passenger detection device 4 has been activated (step S2). If the passenger detection device 4 is activated, that is, if the passenger detection device 4 detects a passenger, a user presence signal is generated. (YES in step S2) The man conveyor 1 is activated by the man conveyor control unit 13, and at the same time, the illuminance of the lighting devices 2 and 3 is increased by the lighting device control unit 14 (step S3), and the process proceeds to the next step S5. On the other hand, if the passenger detecting device 4 is not operating in step S2, that is, if the passenger detecting device 4 has not detected a passenger, a no-user signal is generated (NO in step S2), and the man conveyor 1 operates. It is determined whether or not there is (Step S4), and if it is operating, the process proceeds to Step S5.
[0013]
In step S5, the passenger detection device operation determining unit 12 determines whether or not the set time A has elapsed since the passenger detection device 4 no longer detects a passenger, and when the set time A has elapsed, that is, from the passenger detection device 4, When the no-user signal continues for a certain period of time, the operation of the man conveyor 1 is stopped by the man conveyor control unit 13 (step S6).
[0014]
Next, after the operation of the conveyor 1 is stopped, it is determined by the passenger detection device operation determination unit 12 whether or not a predetermined set time A has elapsed since the passenger detection device 4 stopped detecting a passenger. Then, the operation of the man conveyor 1 is stopped by the man conveyor control unit 13 (step S6). After the operation of the conveyor 1 is stopped, the passenger detecting device operation determining unit 12 determines whether or not a predetermined set time B has elapsed (step S7). After the set time B has elapsed, the passenger detecting device 4 detects the passenger during this time. If not detected, the illuminating device controller 14 controls the illuminating devices 2 and 3 to reduce the illuminance and dimm the light (step S8). Thereafter, when the passenger detection device 4 detects a passenger, the conveyor 1 is activated and the illuminance of the lighting devices 2 and 3 is increased to the original illuminance.
[0015]
In this manner, in the present embodiment, it is possible to save energy by adjusting the illuminance of the lighting device of the conveyer and the display device according to the presence or absence of a passenger, and to extend the lamp life by dimming the illuminance. it can.
[0016]
Embodiment 2 FIG.
In the first embodiment, the lighting devices 2 and 3 have been described as an example of the lighting device. However, all the lighting of the conveyer 1, for example, a demarcation light that illuminates from the lower side of the step of the conveyer 1 at the entrance / exit. It goes without saying that these are also included. It is also possible to perform dimming control not only on the man conveyor 1 side but also on the ceiling lighting on the building side where the man conveyor 1 is installed.
[0017]
Further, in the first embodiment, the dimming control is performed after the set time B has elapsed after the stop of the man conveyor 1, but it goes without saying that the dimming control may be performed at B = 0, that is, immediately after the stop of the man conveyor. In the first embodiment, for convenience, only the passenger detection device 4 on the boarding side has been described, but the same applies to the reverse boarding side. However, it may not be necessary to increase the illuminance of the illuminating device when the illuminating device is dimmed when reverse entry occurs.
[0018]
The display device 6 is installed in the passenger detection device 4 and is installed for the purpose of guiding the passenger to the automatic driving and the driving direction, etc. As in the first embodiment, the display device 6 has no user. , And the original illuminance can be obtained with the user. However, since this display device 6 is for the purpose of guiding passengers, it may be better to perform reverse illuminance control, unlike the illumination device related to the conveyor 1. That is, since it is not necessary to guide the passengers with the passengers, it is dimmed, and the passengers are guided by increasing the illuminance without the passengers.
[0019]
Further, in the first embodiment, the example in which the man conveyor 1 is started and stopped according to the presence or absence of the passenger has been described. However, the speed of the man conveyor 1 may be changed according to the presence or absence of the passenger. It is also possible to adjust the illuminance of the lighting devices 2 and 3.
[0020]
Further, in the above-described first embodiment, an example in which the lamp illuminance is controlled to a preset lamp illuminance in accordance with the presence or absence of a passenger has been described. However, an illuminance detection device (not shown) is installed on the man conveyor 1, It is also possible to set the respective illuminance values according to the passenger presence / absence state and control the illuminance of the man-conveyor lighting device. This is because, in many cases, the illuminance on the man conveyor 1 is affected by the juxtaposed man conveyor only by controlling the illuminance of the man conveyor 1 alone. The default values of the illuminance with passengers and the illuminance without passengers are set, whereby the illuminance on the conveyor 1 can be kept constant at all times.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, according to the present invention, various lighting devices provided on a man conveyor, a building-side lighting device for illuminating the man conveyor, and a man conveyor provided at the entrance / exit to detect a user of the man conveyor A passenger detection device, and a control device for activating the man conveyor by a user presence signal from the passenger detection device and stopping the man conveyor when a user absence signal from the passenger detection device continues for a certain period of time. A lighting control device for a man conveyor, wherein the control device reduces the illuminance of the lighting device when the user absence state continues for a certain period of time, and when the passenger detection device detects a user presence signal, the control device controls the man conveyor. Since it is activated and the illuminance of the lighting device is increased, it is possible to reduce the illuminance when no passengers are present, thereby saving energy and reducing the illuminance. There is an effect that it is possible to extend the lamp life by.
[0022]
Further, according to the present invention, the control device varies the speed of the man conveyor by a user presence / absence signal of the passenger detection device, and sets the man conveyor to a stopped state or a low speed operation by a user absence signal, The speed of the conveyer is increased by the presence of a signal to operate at rated speed, and the illuminance of the lighting device is adjusted according to the presence / absence signal of the user of the passenger detection device. This has the effect of contributing to the prolongation of life.
[0023]
Further, according to the present invention, the control device includes an operation mode determination unit that determines whether the man conveyor is in automatic operation, and the passenger detection device if a determination result of the operation mode determination unit is an automatic operation mode.
