Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention generally relates to the structure of fittings such as sliding doors and various doors, and functional panel materials for buildings and furniture including partitions, folding screens, partitions, wall panels, and the like. More specifically, the present invention relates to a structure of a functional panel material which mainly improves aromaticity, deodorization, moisture absorption and the like to improve an atmosphere forming a human living environment.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Recently, the use of synthetic building materials that emit stress that increases stress without the natural scent, and that do not naturally regulate humidity, have impaired physical and mental health due to the living environment. Furthermore, pests such as mites and termites that are parasitic on houses have been actively breeding.
For example, the scent of wood such as hinoki wood (the scent of essential oil components) contains a large amount of α-pinene and β-pinene, which are known to give a feeling of exhilaration and naturalness to humans and to help relieve stress. . Also, it is known that the fragrance of wood such as hinoki, camphor and hiba deprives ticks and termites of vitality and suppresses their reproduction.
Therefore, there is a need for fittings and other building materials that contain these wood fragrant materials (aromatic materials) so that they can smell their scents, and building materials that contain materials that have adsorbing properties to absorb odors and moisture. By providing, the living environment of a person can be greatly improved.
[0003]
As a fitting having hygroscopicity, a large number of ventilation holes are formed in a vertical frame and a horizontal frame of a lattice-shaped frame, and a desiccant (silica gel) is stored in each hollow portion (each cell) of the frame. There has been proposed a fitting (a sliding door) in which a moisture-absorbing surface having air permeability is formed on one surface side and ventilation holes are formed on upper and lower portions on the other surface side (see Patent Document 1 below).
When the sliding door is installed in a state where the surface on which the moisture absorbing surface is formed faces the closet side, when air flows from the lower vent hole on the room side surface to the upper vent hole, the moisture in the closet may be reduced. Enters the sliding door through the moisture absorbing surface, is absorbed by the desiccant in the hollow portion, and the dehumidified air flows out into the room through the upper ventilation hole.
In addition, as a thing that emits fragrance, plywood in which pattern paper for sliding doors is adhered to the surface with a fragrance (essential oil) -added adhesive is adhered to both sides of the sliding door base, and the fragrance due to the fragrance is diffused around. A sliding door has been proposed (see Patent Document 2 described later).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the sliding door described in Patent Literature 1, the desiccant contained in the hollow portion communicating in the up-down direction is in an independent form, so that the desiccant easily moves each time the fitting is opened and closed. When the desiccant moves in each hollow part, a sound is generated. In addition, the desiccant and the coating material on both surfaces (base sheet and decorative material) are rubbed, so that the coating material is easily deteriorated.
In the sliding door described in Patent Literature 2, since the fragrance is added to the adhesive, the fragrance of the fragrance is not often canceled out by the odor of the adhesive, and the fragrance cannot be renewed.

[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the structure of the panel material according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First Embodiment FIG. 1 is a partial perspective view of a frame in a structure of a panel according to a first embodiment, FIG. 2 is a partially cutaway front view of a panel using the frame of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a panel of FIG. 4a, b, c, d, e, f and g are partial perspective views each showing another form of the filler.
[0014]
The panel material of this embodiment is housed inside a panel-shaped main body 1a (FIG. 2) in which a base sheet 14 and a decorative material (sheet or panel) 15 are coated on both sides of a frame 1 and a panel-shaped main body 1a. And a filler 2.
The frame 1 includes left and right vertical frames 10 and 10 and upper and lower horizontal frames 11 and 11 combined in a rectangular shape to form an outer peripheral edge, and vertical and horizontal frames 10 and 11 assembled inside the vertical and horizontal frames 10 and 11. The parts surrounded by these framing members form hollow portions 18a.
[0015]
A rectangular (slit-shaped) insertion hole 18 communicating with the adjacent hollow portion 18a is formed in each of the horizontal frame 11 and each of the horizontal mats 13 so as to overlap in the vertical direction. Filler 2 made of a thin sheet of dried hinoki is continuously inserted. In the case where the fragrance does not emit fragrance in a short period of time or the fragrance becomes weak in a short period of time, the filler 2 is permeable to the fragrance so that the fragrance is released slowly. It is preferable to wrap in a weak (sustained release) wrap or the like, or to coat a film having similar properties.
An air-permeable base sheet 14 is adhered to both sides of the frame 1, and a breathable decorative material 15 such as Japanese paper, decorative cloth or pattern paper for sliding doors is applied on the base sheet 14. The base sheet 14 is made of Japanese paper or paperboard with ventilation holes 14a formed therein to enhance air permeability.
An upper edge 17 is attached to the panel-shaped main body 1a along the upper horizontal frame 11 and a lower edge 17 'is mounted below the lower horizontal frame 11 to hold the filler 2 therein. Along the sides of each of the vertical frames 10, 10, there are attached edges 16, 16, respectively.
[0016]
In the panel material of the above embodiment, since the frame 1 is relatively lightweight, it is subjected to simple processing according to the application, or necessary fittings are attached, and used as a sliding door, a board door, a lightweight screen, or It is suitable to be used as a folding screen by connecting several pieces with hinges.
Since this panel material emits cypress fragrance from the filler 2 and diffuses into the room, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of mites and termites in the room, or to deprive the vitality of these pests that have already occurred. .
The fragrance of the essential oil of cypress gives a refreshing feeling and a natural feeling to humans, and can also reduce stress.
[0017]
Since the filler 2 having an absorptive property such as aromatic, deodorant, or moisture absorption is continuously inserted into the hole 18 formed so as to overlap the frame 1 in a certain direction, the filler 2 moves inside. It is difficult to prevent deterioration of the coating material because there is no friction between the filler 2 and the coating material such as the base sheet.
When the scent or the adsorption capacity of the filler 2 is attenuated, the filler 2 can be taken out and replaced with a new one by removing the frame member such as the upper edge 17 or the lower edge 17 '.
[0018]
In the embodiment of the present invention, as the filler 2, a material having an aromatic property or an adsorbing property such as moisture absorption and deodorization (deodorization) and other functional materials having a function of improving the surrounding atmosphere are used.
As the material having aromaticity, dry wood such as hinoki, camphor and hiba is used in order to lose the vitality of ticks and termites parasitic on the house, and to give a refreshing feeling to humans and reduce stress. Is preferred.
These woods are preferably formed in a plate shape or a band shape as shown in FIG. 1 or in a shape as shown in FIGS. 4a to 4g.
[0019]
The filling material 2 in FIG. 4a is a bag 20 in which air-permeable sheets such as wraps, cloth materials, paper, and nonwoven fabrics are sewn, and is filled with dry wood fragments, chips, sawdust, and other powdery and granular materials. Or contained. It is preferable that the bag 20 used is made of a material having a rigidity so as to form a plate having a predetermined thickness in a state in which the filler 2 is accommodated, and the fragrance component of the filler 2 is diffused slowly. It is preferable to have a sustained release property.
The filler 2 in this form can be used to effectively use branches and the like at relatively roots of wood containing a large amount of essential oil components, which are aromatic components, as debris, chips and other powdery or granular materials, or to use waste materials and the like. Suitable for use.
[0020]
The filler 2 in FIG. 4b is obtained by laminating a sheet of wood, and the filler 2 in FIG. 4c is a spirally formed sheet of wood. When these fillers 2 are inserted into the insertion holes 18 communicating with the hollow portions 18a of the frame 1, it is preferable that the fillers 2 be slightly compressed.
[0021]
The filler 2 shown in FIG. 4D is obtained by arranging and bonding wooden pieces 2a of a predetermined thickness cut in the transverse direction of the annual ring in a plate shape so that the opening of the wooden piece appears on the surface. Originally, the fragrance and other components of wood have a better divergence at the mouth of the tree than at the periphery of the tree. Therefore, the effect that the filler 2 having a large number of pieces 2a connected thereto has a stronger fragrance as described above. In the case where the essential oil component extracted from wood is re-added and impregnated, there is an advantage that the impregnation can be performed easily and in a large amount. In addition, it is preferable to use a relatively rooted branch containing more essential oil components for the wood piece 2a.
[0022]
The filler 2 in FIG. 4e is obtained by laminating a suitable number of wood slice sheets 2c on both sides of a core plate 2b, and sandwiching both sides of the elastic member 22 with a channel-like edge member 22 made of plastic or the like. Each rim 22 serves as a guide when inserting the filler 2 into the hole 18 of the frame 1. The edge member 22 may be made of aluminum, an alloy thereof, or another metal in addition to plastic.
[0023]
The filler 2 shown in FIG. 4F is formed by applying a vertical groove-like unevenness 24 to the surface of the wooden plate-like material by, for example, forming a sawtooth, so as to increase the working area of the filler and to increase the thickness of the filler. The fragrance diverges from the deep part without waste. The concavo-convex processing 24 has the same effect even if it is processed on a part of or one side of the peripheral surface of the filler 2 or is processed in the width direction (lateral direction).
As shown in FIG. 4g, the concavo-convex processing 24 applied to all or a part of the peripheral surface of the plate-like material is not a groove but a hole (or a hole), and the same applies to other concavo-convex processing. It works.
[0024]
It is preferable that the filler 2 of FIGS. 4B to 4G is also wrapped in a sheet such as a wrap having a sustained release property or coated with a film having a sustained release property in order to gradually diffuse the fragrance component.
In addition to the above-mentioned chip material and sheet material, the filler 2 is obtained by impregnating a material such as paper, cloth or non-woven fabric with an essential oil component extracted from wood as described above, or the above-described material having a reduced aromatic content. A material obtained by re-adding the essential oil component of wood to the filler 2 of the embodiment can be used.
[0025]
When using bamboo charcoal as the filler 2 having adsorptivity, for example, bamboo charcoal which has been divided into appropriate sizes and baked can be used as long as it has a suitable shape and size.
When using charcoal, bamboo charcoal crushed pieces, rice charcoal, pulverized coal, activated carbon, silica gel, or the like, these materials 2 are used in a state of being stored in a breathable bag 20 as in the case of FIG.
Regardless of whether the filler 2 has fragrance or adsorptivity, when used in a state of being stored in the bag 20 as shown in FIG. It is preferable to form perforations or other stitches (not shown) at required portions of the bag 20 after the filler is accommodated.
Powdered coal, activated carbon, silica gel and the like can be used by adding a suitable binder solution to the powder and forming the solution into a plate-like or sheet-like solid.
When the filler 2 is a material having adsorptivity, indoor odor and moisture are absorbed, which helps to keep the indoor atmosphere comfortable and suppresses the propagation of pests such as mites.
[0026]
In the embodiment, the air-permeable base sheet 14 is stuck on both sides of the frame 1, and the air-permeable makeup material 15 is stuck on the base sheet 14. Depending on the installation location, only the base sheet 14 and the decorative material 15 on one of the surfaces can be made of a material having air permeability. When the decorative material 15 has necessary and sufficient rigidity, the base sheet 14 can be omitted.

[0031]
In this embodiment, a guide groove 12b is formed on the opposing surface of each pair 12 along the length direction. The filler 2 is formed by joining wooden pieces 2a each having a predetermined size obtained by cutting a piece of wood into a plate and joining them together in the same manner as the filler of FIG. 4d. On both sides, a plate-like member guided to the guide groove 12b is provided. When the filler 2 is inserted into and held in the hollow portion 18a, the tenon 21 is slid and inserted along the guide groove 12b to stably accommodate the filler 2. are doing.
When assembling the frame 1 by combining a plurality of horizontal braids with each braid 12 for reinforcement, an insertion hole for inserting the filler 2 into each horizontal braid is formed.
[0032]
The mortise-like piece 21 is formed by inserting and bonding a plate-like thing to a groove 23 formed along the length direction on the side of the filler 2, and formed so as to be intermittent in the length direction of the filler 2. However, it can be formed so as to be continuous over the entire length of the filler 2. The width w2 of the filler 2 is smaller than the inner width (interval between the braids 12) w1 of the hollow portion 18a, and gaps are formed on both sides of the filler 2 when the filler 2 is accommodated in the hollow portion 18a. Thereby, it is configured such that air flows between both sides of the filler 2.
