2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a conventional example of this type of switch device. As shown in FIG. 11, a case 1 having a bottom wall 1a is first, second, and first formed by insert molding. Three fixed contact members 2a, 2b, 2c are fixed, and three terminals 8 projecting downward from the case 1 are extended from each fixed contact member 2a to 2c. The fixed contact members 2a to 2c are exposed on the bottom wall 1a of the case 1, and the conductor plate 3 is swingably arranged with the central fixed contact member 2a as a fulcrum. The conductor plate 3 is a metal plate having a pair of rising portions 3b and 3c on both sides of the valley portion 3a and having a substantially M shape in a side view, and one end side in the longitudinal direction thereof is the fixed contact member 2b.
And the other end in the longitudinal direction of the fixed contact member 2c. The operating portion 4 a of the driving body 4 is arranged on the conductor plate 3. Since the driving body 4 is constantly biased toward the bottom wall 1a by the coil spring 5, the operating portion 4a is in elastic contact with the conductor plate 3. The driving body 4 and the coil spring 5 are incorporated in the housing portion 6 a of the turning lever 6. The rotation lever 6 is rotatably supported by a lid 7 attached so as to cover the case 1, and an operation knob (not shown) is attached to the rotation lever 6. The operation knob is a member that is rockably operated by the operator, and since the rotary lever 6 is rotated with the rocking of the operation knob, the driving body 4 is rotated.
The operating portion 4a of the above slides on the conductor plate 3.

FIG. 11 shows a non-operating state in which the rotary lever 6 is not rotated. The fixed contact members 2a and 2c are electrically connected through the conductor plate 3, and the fixed contact members 2a and 2b are switched off. Is kept at. When the operating knob is pressed in this state to rotate the rotary lever 6 clockwise in the drawing, the operating portion 4a slides on the rising portion 3b while compressing the coil spring 5, so that the operating portion 4a is fixed. When passing through the member 2a, the conductor plate 3 rotates counterclockwise in the drawing. As a result, the conductor plate 3 separates from the fixed contact member 2c and comes into contact with the fixed contact member 2b.
The a and 2b are electrically connected through the conductor plate 3 and switched to the switch-on state. When the pressing operation force on the rotating lever 6 is removed, the operating portion 4a slides in the opposite direction on the rising portion 3b due to the restoring force of the coil spring 5, so that the operating portion 4a passes through the fixed contact member 2a. Conductor plate 3 when
Rotates in the opposite direction and returns to the state of FIG. 11, and therefore the switch-off state is automatically restored between the fixed contact members 2a and 2b.

It is to be noted that the fixed contact members 2a to 2c are arranged in two rows on the bottom wall 1a of the case 1, and the conductor plate 3 and the operating portion 4a are arranged for each of the fixed contact members 2a to 2c. Thus, two sets of switch elements sharing the case 1 and the turning lever 6 can be arranged in parallel. Therefore, by arranging these two sets of switch elements symmetrically in a plan view, one switch element outputs the first drive signal when the operation knob is pushed in one direction, and the other when the operation knob is pushed in the other direction. A bipolar / double throw type switching device in which the switching element outputs the second drive signal can be obtained.

Such a switch device is widely used as a drive switch for a vehicle-mounted power window device. In that case, since the drive signal for opening and closing the window can be output only while the operation knob is being pushed in, a manual operation in which the window opening can be arbitrarily set can be performed.

Further, when a switch device of this type is provided with an operation function of fully opening or closing the window with one touch, a push switch (tact switch) which is pressed in conjunction with the rotation of the rotating lever 6 is added. ) Is a common configuration. For example, a pressing drive rod that penetrates through the bottom wall 1a of the case 1 and protrudes downward is provided, and when the turning lever 6 is largely rotated, the pressing drive rod is pushed and the push switch is operated. Things have been known for a long time. In such a conventional example, the operating knob is pushed to rotate the rotary lever 6 by a predetermined amount, and the conductor plate 3 is brought into contact with the fixed contact member 2b which has been separated until then, and then the operating knob is pushed further to the rotary lever. When 6 is further rotated by a certain amount, the push drive rod is pushed down by the turning lever 6 to push and drive the operation portion of the push switch, and the drive signal for performing the full opening operation and the full closing operation of the window is output. Has become.

In the conventional switch device shown in FIG. 11, if the tip of the actuating portion 4a of the driving body 4 is not moved to a large extent along the inclined surface of the conductor plate 3, the conductor plate 3 is shaken. Since it cannot be moved, the distance between the center of rotation of the rotating lever 6 and the tip of the actuating portion 4a cannot be set too small, and therefore the rotating lever 6 is largely projected above the lid 7. Forced to
There is a problem that it is difficult to reduce the thickness of the entire device. In particular, in the case of the switch device provided with the pressing drive rod for operating the push switch as described above, the pressing drive rod protruding downwardly further increases the height dimension of the entire device, and further, the case 1 and There is also the complexity of having to mount the push switch on a different circuit board.

In the switch device having such a structure, the conductor plate has a valley portion for supporting the driving body when not operated, a pair of rising portions having inclined surfaces on both sides of the valley portion, and one of the rising portions. If it has a movable contact portion that extends from the end portion on the opposite side to the valley portion side and comes into contact with and separates from any one fixed contact member, by sliding the slider in one direction, The movable portion can be brought into contact with the predetermined fixed contact member by rotating the conductor plate by sliding the operating portion on one rising portion. Also, if the operating force is removed after rotating the conductor plate in this way, the actuating portion slides in the opposite direction on the rising portion due to the restoring force of the spring member, so rotate the conductor plate in the opposite direction and set the initial position. Can be returned to. When the slider is operated to slide in the other direction, the operating part slides on the other rising part. Further, the plurality of fixed contact members include a first fixed contact member that is always in contact with the conductor plate and serves as a swing fulcrum of the conductor plate, and a second fixed contact member that is in contact with and separated from the movable contact portion. This is preferable, and in addition to this, a third fixed contact member that comes into contact with and separates from a portion of the conductor plate extending from the valley portion to the side opposite to the rising portion side may be included.

At this time, if a spring insertion portion into which the coil spring as the spring member is inserted is provided in the driving body and the spring insertion portion is arranged so as to face the bottom wall existing between the pair of conductor plates, two sets are formed. It is preferable that the coil springs that elastically bias the respective operating portions of the switch element can be arranged without impairing the thinning of the entire device. Furthermore, if two coil springs are used and two spring insertion parts for inserting both coil springs are arranged on both sides of a straight line connecting the pair of actuating parts, the pair of actuating parts of the slider can be operated. The operation knob can be engaged with a well-balanced portion located in the middle of the portion and also in the middle of the two coil springs. Therefore, even when the operation knob that is swingably supported is engaged with the slider, the slider can be slid in a stable state as the operation knob swings.

In any of the above-mentioned configurations,
If the slider is provided with a pressing drive unit that can project laterally outside the case, and a push switch that is actuated by the pressing drive unit is installed in the vicinity of the case in parallel, the slider is operated to slide the conductor plate. If the slider is slid further by a certain amount after contact with the fixed contact member that has been separated up to, the push drive unit can activate the push switch, so the case and the push switch are mounted on the same circuit board. In addition, since it is not necessary to increase the height of the entire device or complicate the structure, it is possible to easily achieve multiple functions without impairing thinning.

When the driving body is slid through the slider, the operating portion of the driving body slides on the conductor plate to rotate the conductor plate, so that the driving body is housed and rotated. Since a member and a mechanism for rotatably holding the member are not required, it is easy to reduce the height of the entire switch device and to simplify the structure, and moreover, a conductor plate and a driver are provided on the bottom wall of the case. Since the spring member and the slider can be assembled in this order, the assembling property is also excellent.

If the slider is provided with a pressing drive portion that can project laterally outside the case and a push switch operated by the pressing drive portion is provided in the vicinity of the case, the slider can be slid. Since the push switch can be operated by bringing the conductor plate into contact with the fixed contact member which has been separated so far, and further sliding the slider by a certain amount, the case and the push switch are mounted on the same circuit board. In addition, since it is not necessary to increase the height of the entire switch device or complicate the structure, it is possible to easily achieve multiple functions without impairing thinning.
