Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an insulated trolley line for supplying electric power or transmitting signals to a crane, a carriage, and the like, and relates to a traverser, a turntable, and the like. The present invention relates to a connecting current collector having a structure capable of connecting a place where the trolley conductor is divided. 2. Description of the Related Art In an insulated trolley line, a current collector runs while a current collector shoe is housed in an opening of the insulating trolley. If there is a traverser, a turntable, or the like in the insulated trolley line, the insulated trolley in that part moves together with the mobile device, so the fixed-side trolley and the movable-side trolley must be separated. In order to allow the current collector to easily transfer between the two trolleys, a pickup guide having a trumpet-shaped opening at the tip end is provided at the trolley-facing portion of the dividing portion. Use electrons. The connecting current collector leaves one of the insulating trolleys through the pickup guides provided at both ends of the insulating trolley dividing portion, and moves to the other insulating trolley through the opposing pickup guide. As shown in FIG. 4, a shoe 15 is attached to a tip of an arm 20 movable up, down, left and right so that the current collector can follow the insulating trolley even if the insulating trolley meanders. ing. The shoe 15 is fixed so as to be sandwiched in a groove provided in the longitudinal direction of the bottom of a plastic shoe case 16.
A lead cable 17 is tightened by screws 18 and electrically connected to the shoe 15. The shoe case 16 is supported by a support member 19, and the support member 19 is attached to a pair of arms 20 forming a parallel link. A coil spring 23 is suspended between the pair of arms 20 to push the support member 19 upward. Further, the bases of the arms 20, 20 are attached to a rotation shaft 24 rotatably mounted on the mounting part 25 fixed to a carriage or the like. In this way, the arms 20, 20 can move up, down, left, and right. In the insulating trolley dividing section, when the current collector leaves the one insulating trolley through the pickup guide and moves to the opposing pickup guide,
It is necessary to smoothly transfer the current collector to the opposing pickup guide. Therefore, it is necessary to fix the arm at a fixed position so that the arm 20 does not swing up and down and right and left while the current collector moves in the space between the two pickup guides. On the other hand, while the current collector is traveling on the insulating trolley, the arms 20, 20 can be moved up, down, left, and right so that the current collector can follow the meandering part even at the place where the insulating trolley meanders. There is a need. Therefore, the arm 20 can move up, down, left and right while the current collector is traveling on the insulating trolley, and the position of the arm 20 is fixed while the current collector is moving between both pickup guides. The connecting current collector is provided with a self-centering metal fitting 21. Self-centering bracket 21
Are attached to the attachment portion 25 by attachment bolts 22. FIG. 5 shows a conventional connecting current collector arm and a self-centering fitting. FIG.
(A) shows the positional relationship between the arm 20 and the self-centering fitting 21 when the current collecting shoe is traveling in the insulating trolley, and FIG. 5 (B) shows that the current collecting shoe moves away from the insulating trolley. Arm 20 and self-centering fitting 2 when moving through the space between pickup guides
1 shows the positional relationship with 1. The upper end of the arm receiving portion 26 of the self-centering metal fitting 21 has a U-shape corresponding to the width of the arm 20, and the lower edge thereof has an eight-shape. When the current collecting shoe is running in the insulating trolley, the shoe runs while contacting the insulating trolley.
As shown in (a), the arm 20 is separated from the upper end of the arm receiving portion 26 of the self-centering metal fitting 21, and can freely move inside the figure-shaped portion. On the other hand, when the current collecting shoe moves away from the insulating trolley in the space between the pickup guides,
Since there is no insulating trolley that presses the shoe from above,
It is pushed upward by the coil spring 23. As a result, the arm 20 enters the U-shaped portion at the upper end of the arm receiving portion 26 of the self-centering metal fitting 21, and the position is fixed. However, in the conventional connecting current collector, when the shoe is running in the insulating trolley, as shown in FIG.
Is freely limited to a relatively narrow range w inside the arm receiving portion 26 of the self-centering fitting 21.
Therefore, if the insulating trolley is meandering, or if the current collector and the current collector are largely displaced due to aging, the arm 20 will not move enough to follow the current, and the current collector will come off the insulating trolley and derail. There is a problem that there is a high possibility that The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and when the current collecting shoe moves away from the insulating trolley in the space between the pickup guides, the position of the arm is securely fixed, while the current collecting shoe is fixed. The purpose of the present invention is to allow the movable range of the arm to be wide when the vehicle is traveling in the insulating trolley. [0013] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a connecting current collector of the present invention is configured such that an upper surface of an arm to which a shoe is attached at a tip is formed to have an inverted V-shaped cross section, On the upper side, a self-centering fitting having an inverted V-shaped arm receiving portion is provided in a direction perpendicular to the arm. In this way, the position of the arm can be reliably fixed when the current collecting shoe is moving in the space between the pickup guides, and when the current collecting shoe is traveling in the insulating trolley, the arm can be moved. The range can be widened. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a connecting portion of the insulating trolley. Similar to the connecting current collector shown in FIG. 4, the shoe case 6 to which the shoe 5 is fixed is
The support member 7 is pivotally supported, and the support member 7 is attached to a pair of arms 1 and 1 forming a parallel link. A coil spring 8 is suspended between the pair of arms 1 and 1 so as to push the support member 7 upward. The arms 1 and 1 are rotatable left and right. In order to allow the shoe 5 to easily connect between the two insulating trolleys 11 and 13 facing each other at the dividing part, pickup guides 9 and 9 having trumpet-shaped open ends are provided in the insulating trolley dividing part. Provided. Guide conductors 10, 10 connected to the trolley conductors 12, 14 of both insulating trolleys 11, 13 are arranged in the pickup guides 9, 9. As shown in FIG. 3, the connecting current collector shoe 5 includes an insulating trolley 11 as shown in FIG.
2 runs in a state where it is pressed against the lower surface. In the insulating trolley dividing portion, the shoe 5 separates from the trolley conductor 12 of one of the insulating trolleys 11 through the guide conductor 10 of the pickup guide 9, passes through the guide conductor 10 of the opposing pickup guide 9, and passes through the other insulating trolley. 1
Move to the third trolley conductor 14. FIG. 1 is a view showing an example of a connecting current collector arm and a self-centering fitting of the present invention. FIG. 1A shows the positional relationship between the arm 1 and the self-centering metal fitting 2 when the shoe 5 is traveling in the insulating trolley, and FIG. 2 shows the positional relationship between the arm 1 and the self-centering metal fitting 2 when moving in the space between the pickup guides. The upper surface of the arm 1 has an inverted V-shaped cross section, and the arm receiving portion 3 of the self-centering fitting 2 has an inverted V-shaped. Since the upper surface of the arm 1 has an inverted V-shaped cross section, the inclination angle of the inverted V-shaped arm receiving portion 3 of the self-centering metal fitting 2 can be made gentle. as a result,
When the shoe 5 is traveling in the insulated trolley, FIG.
As shown in (a), the left and right movable ranges W of the arm 1 are widened. On the other hand, while the shoe 5 moves away from the insulating trolley and moves through the space between the pickup guides, the inverted V-shaped top of the arm 1 slides on the inverted V-shaped of the self-centering metal fitting 2, and FIG. It is stored in the state. When the shoe 5 is traveling in the insulating trolley, in order to secure a sufficiently wide movable range W on the left and right of the arm 1, the top angle of the arm 1 is 45 ° or more, and The top angle is desirably 30 ° or more. Since the present invention is configured as described above, it has the following effects. That is, in the connecting current collector of the present invention, a self-centering metal fitting having an inverted V-shaped cross section on the upper surface of an arm to which a shoe is attached at the tip, and an arm receiving portion having an inverted V-shaped arm is provided above the arm. And at right angles. As a result, the position of the arm can be securely fixed when the current collecting shoe is moving in the space between the pickup guides, and the movable range of the arm is fixed when the current collecting shoe is traveling in the insulating trolley. Be able to take it widely.
