Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room luminaire capable of making the light of a night- light soft by preventing the light from directly entering into the eyes to relieve its excessive brightness, of preventing a fire or the like from being caused by accumulation of dust, of reducing trouble in replacing a main light source, and of eliminating concerns of the shade by the night-light. <P>SOLUTION: This room luminaire is provided with: a backbone 1 facing to a ceiling surface; a circuit board 2 used for mounting respective circuit components and disposed on the undersurface side of the backbone; and a light emitting diode 4 mounted on the upper surface side of the circuit board 2 and electrically connected to the circuit board 2. する。 【０００２】 【従来の技術】従来の室内用照明器具においては、常夜
灯として主に小丸電球などを器具内下面側に配設してい
る。 【０００３】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】常夜灯が器具下面側に
配設していたので、目が暗闇に馴れてくると明るすぎる
ことがある。明るさを緩和するために、天井側に小丸電
球を配設すると、ほこりが電球周囲にたまるため、火災
の原因にならない様にほこりよけのカバーを付けるなど
の対策が必要になることや、電球が器具裏面の天井側に
あるため、電球交換がやりづらいなど、不利益をともな
う。室内用照明器具が天井直付形である場合は、常夜灯
点灯時に、器具内の主光源（たとえば環状蛍光ランプ）
や他の部品により、下面側の透光カバーへ奇妙な影が映
り込む子とがある。また、主光源の灯数が多い場合、常
夜灯を備えるためのスペースが限られ、配設する場所の
検討するのに手間がかる。本発明は、常夜灯の光が直接
目に入らずソフトになり、明るすぎることが軽減され、
ほこりが積もっても火災などの原因にならず、主光源の
交換の手間も軽減され、常夜灯による影の心配のない室
内用照明器具を提供するものである。 【０００４】 【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の室内用照明器具
は天井面と向き合うバックボーンを備える。各回路部品
を搭載する基板であって前記バクボーンの下面側に配置
する回路基板を備える。前記回路基板の上面側に装着さ
れかつ該回路基板に対して配線される発光ダイオードを
備える。前記発光ダイオードは上向き光を投射する姿勢
である。前記発光ダイオードの上向き光が前記バクボー
ンに遮蔽されずに前記天井面側へ向かう。 【０００５】 【発明の実施の形態】本発明の実施形態を図１・図２を
用いて説明する。本発明に係る室内用照明器具は天井面
と向き合うバックボーン１を備える。各回路部品を搭載
する基板であってバクボーンの下面側に配置する回路基
板２を備える。回路基板２の上面側に装着されかつ該回
路基板２に対して配線される発光ダイオード４を備え
る。発光ダイオード４は上向き光を投射する姿勢であ
る。発光ダイオード４の上向き光がバクボーン１に遮蔽
されずに前記天井面側へ向かう。説明を補足する。バッ
クボーン１に、回路基板２を組み込んだ絶縁ケース３が
取り付ける。絶縁ケース２に組み込んだ回路基板３をバ
ックボーン１に取り付けると、回路基板２の上面側に搭
載された発光ダイオード４の一部が、バックボーン１に
設けたしぼり穴５から上向きに露出する。発光ダイオー
ド４を現状よりも低所に配置し、その光が５に相当する
透光孔を介して放射するようにしても、上向き透光上は
同効である。図２に発光ダイオード４の一部を上向きに
突出させるためのしぼり穴５の詳細を示す。絶縁ケース
２に組み込んだ回路基板３をバックボーン１に取り付け
る時に、発光ダイオード４の位置が決まり易くするた
め、皿形状に形成したしぼり穴５を設け、ほこりなどが
入らないように、パッキン９が穴５付近に貼り付ける。
図示の室内用照明器具は天井直付け形器具（シーリング
ライト）であるが、天井吊下げ形器具においても同効で
ある。本実施例によれば次の利点が生まれる。発光ダイ
オード（常夜灯）４の光が直接目に入らずソフトにな
り、明るすぎることが軽減される。発光ダイオード４が
低温であるために、ほこりが積もっても、火災などの原
因にならず、ランプ交換の手間も軽減される。常夜灯４
による器具内部部品の奇妙な影の心配がない。蛍光ラン
プ７などが邪魔になって常夜灯４を配置しにくいという
心配がない。回路基板３に搭載しているため、常夜灯用
ソケットなどの部品も削減できる。 【０００６】 【発明の効果】本発明によれば、常夜灯の光が直接目に
