粉砕して用いる。単にカルシウム剤として用いる場合は
焼成する場合もあるが、本発明の場合は単にカルシウム
の効果にとどまるものではないので、焼成はしないで用
いる。これにアスコルビン酸類を加える。アスコルビン
酸類は、アスコルビン酸、アスコルビン酸ナトリウム等
の塩、アスコルビン酸ステアリン酸エステル、アスコル
ビン酸パルミチン酸エステル等を1種以上を用いる。真
珠の量は1回或いは1日で食する量やその飲食品の目的
などによって異なるが0.0001〜20.0%、アス
コルビン酸類は0.1〜20.0%の範囲で用いる。さ
らにα−ヒドロキシ酸を併用することは有効性の向上に
は優位である。α−ヒドロキシ酸は乳酸、リンゴ酸、酒
石酸、クエン酸等が例示できる。また、これらを2種以
上混合して用いることもできる。これを他の必要な原料
と配合することによって飲料や食品とできる。勿論、酢
酸等の有機酸を加えることは何ら問題はない。
