合、混入する事で、茶葉と花の鮮度が分かり難く、又、
折角の茶花の美しいイメージを想起されない欠点を有す
る。又、沸騰した湯を注ぎ蒸らして飲用する為、一煎目
と二煎目の味香りが変化する欠点があることと茶殼の始

為に、本発明の手段は芳香のある茶花を、乾燥又は,フ
リーズドライ化し、茶液より柚出した成分をスプレード
ライ化した顆粒茶に混合させた茶花入りスプレードライ
粉体茶である。 【0005】 【作用】本発明は、茶液より抽出したスプレードライ茶
に芳香性のある茶花を混入させることで、香りと味を得
るお茶であることと、茶殼の始末の無い簡便かつ適宜の
量を均一の味で提供するものである。 【0006】 【発明の実施形態】本発明に係る茶花入りスプレードラ
イ茶の製造方法の実施例を説明する。本発明において使
用されるお茶は,ウーロン茶、焙じ茶、玄米茶、緑茶等
の茶液を抽出しスプレードライ化した顆粒茶等の慣用の
ものでその製造方法も常法によって行われる。配合する
茶花は、表1に表されている種類を乾燥、又は,フリー
ズドライ化し上記の顆粒状のお茶に配合。組合せは、ウ
ーロン茶には茶花ハーブ系4種カモミール、菊花、紫羅
欄、バラ等。焙じ茶には玄米、煎餅4種ハーブ系茶花。
玄米茶には日本茶の花,煎餅。緑茶には日本茶の花,煎
餅4種ハーブ系茶花。又、麦茶には、こんぺいとうの添
加も良い。 【0007】 【表 1】 【0008】配合は、ウーロン茶0.7g1人分に、花
茶ハーブ系花0.5g〜1gを加える。緑茶、玄米茶、
焙じ茶等に、加えるハーブ系花茶と玄米、煎餅、お茶の

く飲めることを、原則とする為、前記の様な組合せが可
