Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation feeling.
SOLUTION: Flat spring-receiving parts 24c, 24d are provided on both sides of a spring seat piece 24a at the front edge of an opening/closing piece 24. A compression coil spring whose winding end is formed into a closed end and not ground is used for an inverting spring 30. The flat spring-receiving parts 24c, 24d and the winding end of the inverting spring 30 constitute a slip- preventing means. The slip-preventing means makes the area of contact with the front edge of the opening/closing piece 24 larger than in conventional cases, and thus prevents a slip occurring between the winding end of the inverting spring 30 and the spring-receiving parts 24c, 24d when the opening/closing piece 24 is inverted. This prevents a two-stage sense of click during the operation of a piano handle 43, thus improving the operation feeling.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO

The operation of the switch body 1 will be briefly described below. FIG. 10 shows a state in which the movable contact 29 is in contact with the fixed contact 25, that is, a state in which the contact 100 is closed, and the reversing handle 31 is tilted to the right side of the drawing. At this time, the slide cam 33 is positioned at the center position of the moving range by the spring piece 33a. When a pushing force is applied to the piano handle 43 (not shown in FIG. 10) from this state, the push button handle 32 is pushed into the body 5 against the return spring 37, and together with the push button handle 32, the slide cam 33. Moves downward in FIG. At this time, the engagement cam body 38 on the left side of the slide cam 33 in the drawing abuts on the engagement protrusion 34 on the left side of the reversing handle 31 and pushes the left end portion of the reversing handle 31, so that the reversing handle 31 is centered on the front end of the fulcrum protrusion 31b. Rotate counterclockwise. The engaging cam body 38 on the left side of the slide cam 33 is the inversion handle 31.
Is located on the left side of the engagement protrusion 34 on the left side of the slide cam 33, and the slide cam 33 is pushed to the left as the reversing handle 31 rotates, so that the slide cam 33 moves to the left side in the figure as shown in FIG. To slide. Thus, as shown in FIG. 12, the reversing handle 31 is tilted to the left side of the drawing, the reversing spring 30 is reversed, the opening / closing element 24 is reversed, and the movable contact 29 is separated from the fixed contact 25, that is, the contact 10.
0 reverses to the open state. After that, the piano handle 43
When the pushing force applied to is released, the push button handle 32 is pushed back by the spring force of the return spring 37 as shown in FIG.
The piano handle 43, which is in contact with the push button handle 32, also returns to its original position. At the same time, the slide cam 33 also slides by the spring force of the spring piece 33a and returns to the central position.

Thus, when the pushing force is applied to the piano handle 43 again when the contact 100 is in the open state, the reversing handle 31 can be rotated in the same manner as the above-mentioned operation. However, when the contact 100 is in the open state, the right engaging protrusion 34 of the reversing handle 31 comes into contact with the right engaging cam body 38 of the slide cam 33, so that the reversing handle 31 rotates clockwise and the reversing spring 30.
The movable contact 29 is brought into contact with the fixed contact 25 via the. If the pressing force is released from the piano handle 43 after the contact 100 is inverted, the state shown in FIG. 10 is restored. In short, in this embodiment, the contact 100 is opened and closed each time the piano handle 43 is pushed. That is, the engaging projection 3 of the slide cam 33 and the reversing handle 31
4 and the return spring 37 constitute a reversing mechanism portion that alternately rocks the reversing handle 31 in the opposite direction each time the push button handle 33 is pressed.

Next, the structure of the opening / closing element 24 and the reversing spring 30, which is the subject matter of the present invention, will be described. In the conventional example, the contact portions of the reversing spring 30 on both sides of the spring seat piece 24a with the winding end portion are formed in a mountain shape, and the winding end portion of the reversing spring 30 is ground. When 24 was inverted, slippage occurred between the abutting portion and the winding end of the inversion spring 30. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, FIG.
As shown in FIG.
Flat spring receiving portions 24c and 24d are provided on both sides of a, and as shown in FIG. 18, a compression coil spring of a closed end whose winding end is not ground is used for the reversing spring 30. That is, the flat spring receiving portions 24c and 24d and the winding end portion of the reversing spring 30 constitute a slip prevention means, and the slip prevention means causes the switch 2 to move.
Since the contact area with the front edge of 4 becomes larger than before,
Spring receiving portions 24c and 24d when the opening / closing member 24 is reversed
And the winding end of the reversing spring 30 can be prevented from slipping, a two-step click feeling can be prevented from occurring when the piano handle 43 is operated, and the operation feeling can be improved. Moreover,
Since the slip prevention means can be configured without adding a new member to the conventional example, cost increase can be suppressed. There is also an advantage that the cost can be reduced by using a compression coil spring whose winding end is not ground as the reversing spring 30.

Here, as shown in FIG. 17, the spring receiving portion 2
4c and 24d may be provided with an inclined surface along the winding end of the reversing spring 30. However, the inclined surface of the spring receiving portion 24c and the inclined surface of the spring receiving portion 24d are surfaces inclined in opposite directions. That is, as shown in FIG. 18, when the opening / closing element 24 is tilted in the direction in which the contact 100 is closed (the state is tilted leftward in FIG. 18), the inclined surface of the outer spring receiving portion 24d and the winding end portion of the reversing spring 30. The contact area with
Since the contact area between the inclined surface of the inner spring receiving portion 24c and the winding end portion of the reversing spring 30 becomes large when the opening / closing member 24 is tilted in the direction in which the contact 100 is opened (in a state of being tilted rightward in FIG. 18). It is possible to more reliably prevent the occurrence of slippage between the spring receiving portions 24c and 24d and the winding end portion of the reversing spring 30.

By the way, in the conventional example, in order to make the height dimension of the body 5 along the pushing operation direction of the push button handle 32 as small as possible, the spring seat piece 24a for fixing the reversing spring 30 is attached to the front edge of the opening / closing element 24. Project from the position near the edge,
As the reversing spring 30, a compression coil spring whose winding end is ground is used. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 37, the winding end portion on the rear end side of the reversing spring 30 comes into contact with both sides of the spring seat piece 24a at the front edge of the opening / closing element 24 substantially evenly.
The point of action of the load applied to the support piece 15e of the second terminal plate 15 by the rear end edge 24b of the opening / closing element 24 is also near the end of the front edge of the opening / closing element 24. As a result, the rear end edge 24 of the opening / closing member 24 during reversing
38b, a slip occurs between the support piece 15e of the second terminal plate 15 and the end portion of the support piece 15e near the point of action of the load has a larger amount of wear, as shown in FIG. 24
Then, the contact resistance of the second terminal plate 15 increases and the resistance value becomes unstable. In the conventional example, the opening / closing member 24 was plated for stabilizing the contact resistance, but this increased the cost.

Therefore, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 19, the winding end portion of the reversing spring 30 is brought into contact with the spring receiving portion 24c of the opening / closing element 24 near the center thereof. That is, if the winding end portion of the reversing spring 30 is brought into contact with only the spring receiving portion 24c near the center of the opening / closing element 24, the rear end edge 24b of the opening / closing element 24.
Is applied to the support piece 15e of the second terminal plate 15 near the center of the front end edge of the opening / closing member 24, so that the rear end edge 24b of the opening / closing member 24 and the supporting piece of the second terminal plate 15 are reversed. Slip is less likely to occur between 15e. As a result,
As shown in FIG. 0, the support piece 15e is worn substantially uniformly over the entire width direction and the wear amount is also reduced, so that the contact resistance between the opening / closing element 24 and the second terminal plate 15 can be stabilized. . Moreover, since the contact resistance between the two is stable, there is an advantage that the plating of the opening / closing element 24 is unnecessary and the cost can be reduced. As shown in FIG. 21, the spring receiving portion 24c near the center is projected toward the reversing spring 30 (frontward) with respect to the outer spring receiving portion 24d, so that the winding end portion of the reversing spring 30 moves toward the opening / closing member 24. The same effect can be obtained by contacting only the spring bearing portion 24c near the center. However, in this case, as the reversing spring 30, a compression coil spring of the type in which the winding end is ground can be used as in the conventional example.

By the way, in the conventional example, the fixed contact 25
The contact holding piece 18d for holding is formed at one end of the first terminal plate 18, the contact piece 18c 2 of one from the side edge is extended at the proximal end of the contact holding piece 18d to. Also,
The first terminal plate 18 is formed by bending a plate material X ′ having conductivity such as a metal plate, and is a plan view of the plate material X ′ before the bending process (first terminal plate). FIG. 39 is a developed view of 18). Conventionally, one contact piece 1
Since 8c 2 extends outward from the side edge of the contact holding piece 18d, the side edge of the abutting piece 18c 2 protrudes outside the side edge of the contact holding piece 18d after bending. Was there. Therefore, the center line based on the width dimension of the connecting piece 18a and the center line including the protruding portion of the contact piece 18c 2 are displaced from each other, which stabilizes the position of the first terminal plate 18 during manufacturing. Was difficult to manage.
Also during manufacturing, the first terminal plate 18 is a parts feeder side by side in the width direction as shown in FIG. 40 (parts feeder) is to be fed at a predetermined position, the engaging piece 18c 2 caught outside The terminal plates 18 hit the adjacent terminal plates 18 and were displaced, which was easy when the terminal plates 18 were aligned in the parts feeder. Furthermore, since the contact piece 18c 2 is extended outward, the efficiency of component removal (plate removal) of the plate material X ′ is low and the material loss is large.

Then, the contact piece 18c 2 is replaced with the contact holding piece 18c.
Since it extends inward from the side edge of d, the contact piece 18c 2 protrudes inside the contact holding piece 18d after bending, but does not protrude outside like the conventional example (see FIG. 7). ). For this reason, since the center line based on the width dimension of the first terminal plate 18 is not displaced, the positioning of the first terminal plate 18 at the time of housing in the terminal housing chamber 14 of the body 5b becomes easy. . Also, the contact piece 18c
Since the two terminal edges of the first terminal plate 18 are made substantially flat so that 2 does not protrude to the outside, the first terminal plates 18 are arranged in the width direction at the time of manufacturing and placed in the parts feeder. When set, the contact piece 18c 2 does not hit the adjacent terminal plate 18, so that the positional deviation is unlikely to occur. Moreover, in the plate material X1 of the present embodiment, since the contact piece 18c 2 does not protrude to the outside, the efficiency of component removal (plate removal) is improved as compared with the plate material X ′ in the conventional example, the material loss is reduced, and the cost is reduced. There is an advantage that you can down. Since the tip corners of the contact pieces 18c 2 are chamfered, there is also an advantage that the insertability of the terminal plate 18 into the body 5b is improved during assembly.

In this embodiment, the groove S1 into which the rear end edge 24b of the opening / closing element 24 is fitted is provided on the surface of the support piece 15e. As shown in FIG. 28A, the groove S1 has a rectangular cross section, and its width dimension is set smaller than the thickness dimension of the opening / closing element 24. Therefore, the rear edge 24b has the groove S
Since the opening / closing member 24 is inverted in the state of being fitted in 1,
It is possible to prevent the opening / closing member 24 from slipping when inverted. Therefore, the amount of wear on the surface of the support piece 15e due to the rotation of the opening / closing element 24 can be reduced as compared with the conventional example, and the contact resistance between the opening / closing element 24 and the second terminal plate 15 can be stabilized. Here, as shown in FIG. 28B, if the rear end edge 24b of the opening / closing element 24 and the groove S2 of the support piece 15e are each formed into a curved surface shape, the rear end edge 24b of the opening / closing element 24 and the second terminal plate 15 will be described. The contact area can be increased and the contact resistance can be reduced and stabilized. Further, as shown in FIG. 28C, if the groove S3 of the support piece 15e is formed in a V-shape having a larger angle than the rear end edge 24b of the opening / closing element 24, the load of the reversing spring 30 may increase the rear end of the opening / closing element 24. By concentrating on the contact portion between the edge 24b and the groove S3, the contact resistance can be further reduced and stabilized.
