めに本発明の柱と梁のコーナー連結具は、一枚板を折り
曲げて柱連結部とコーナー部と梁連結部を一体に形成し
た背板と、一枚板を折り曲げて柱連結部とコーナー部と
梁連結部を一体に形成した腹板と、柱側右側面板とコー
ナー部右側面板と梁側右側面板を溶接連結して形成した
右側面板と、柱側左側面板とコーナー部左側面板と梁側
左側面板を溶接連結して形成した左側面板と、補強部材
とを備え、背板と腹板と右側面板と左側面板は夫々の端
部を溶接連結することにより中空部を形成しており、コ
ーナー部右側面板は柱側右側面板と梁側右側面板よりも
厚肉であり、コーナー部左側面板は柱側左側面板と梁側
左側面板よりも厚肉であり、補強部材は背板側端部を背

を抑えつつ、効率良く強度アップを図ることができる。
さらに左側面板と右側面板は、応力の集中するコーナー
部の肉厚のみを厚くすることで、補強部材の作用とも相

る。背板1及び腹板2は、表面に長手方向に沿って帯鋼
23を溶接して補強されている。帯鋼23を溶接した
後、背板1と腹板2の柱連結部1a,2a及び梁連結部
1c,2cにはボルト19用のネジ穴(図示省略)が空

が集中するので、このように左右の側面板のコーナー部
の板厚を厚くして座屈を防止すれば、本連結具の変形を
効果的に防止できる。また左右の側面板3,4の、背板
1及び腹板2に接合される周縁部には、適当な間隔を置
いて突起21を設けてある。この突起21を背板及び腹
板の切り欠き22に嵌合させることで、本連結具の組み
立てが容易となり、また、精度の良い組み立てが可能と

ー部7内には、補強部材11を設けてある。補強部材1
