BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention provides a method for preventing sweat stains from adhering to the collar (or collar or collar) of shirts or blouses or cuffs (or cloth of cuffs), and this method is applied. Regarding shirts and blouses, more specifically, the fabric itself of the body and sleeves of shirts and blouses, etc. does not impair the characteristics such as water absorption and texture that the fabric originally has, and sweat stains on collars or cuffs, etc. The present invention relates to an antifouling processing method for preventing adhesion, and a shirt or blouse that has been subjected to this antifouling processing method.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, consumers are conscious of cleanliness, and collars and cuffs of shirts and blouses, especially sweat stains (or plaques) adhering to the collars of shirts are conspicuous, and sweat stains cannot be removed even after washing. The number of complaints with is rapidly increasing. BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as a method for preventing adhesion of sweat stains to a collar or cuff, a method of applying water / oil repellency to a fabric at a processing stage is known.
However, in this method, since the cloth itself is water repellent, the entire body and sleeves such as shirts and blouses are water repellent, and the water and moisture absorptivity is poor, and there is a drawback in that it does not absorb sweat and becomes uncomfortable to wear.

Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3070909 discloses a method of using a water-repellent material for a tuxedo collar in advance in order to obtain sufficient shape retention and use durability. A tuxedo collar is disclosed. However, when applying this method to shirts and blouses, at the stage of processing the fabric, the required quantity of the fabric used for the collar and the fabric used for other than the collar is predicted and calculated,
It is necessary to process the same fabric separately with and without water and oil repellency processing, and there is a problem that it is difficult to increase costs and cope with short delivery times due to an increase in the number of switching operations at the processing stage. Further, it is necessary to change the cutting pattern also in the sewing process. That is, at present, the layout drawing (cutting pattern) of each part including the collar is designed so that the material can be cut most efficiently and without waste of material, and the cutting of each part is performed according to this layout drawing. In the method of Utility Model Registration No. 3070909, the water repellent material is used only for the collar, and the non-water repellent material is used for parts other than the collar. Therefore, the water repellent material is used. Since the collar has to be excluded from the cutting pattern of the blank cloth, there are problems that the cutting pattern must be changed, the cloth loss increases, and the cutting work becomes complicated.

Further, as a method for preventing the adhesion of sweat stains, there is also a method in which after purchasing a shirt or a blouse, a commercially available water-repellent spray is sprayed and applied only on the collar and cuffs. However, since this method has no durability against washing, there is a problem in that a water-repellent spray has to be applied every time after washing, which is complicated, and the labor and cost for the consumer increase and the burden increases.

Means for Solving the Problems As a result of intensive studies for overcoming the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, the inventors of the present invention have sewn a collar or cuffs, to which sweat stains are easily attached, to a shirt or a blouse body. Then, by applying a water- and oil-repellent agent having a property of firmly adhering to the cloth by heat treatment, by spraying, dipping, or applying using a roller, a brush, a brush, etc., to the cloth of the collar or cuffs, The water- and oil-repellent agent is fixed to the cloth by heat treatment such as pressing, baking or ironing, and then the collar or cuff which has been previously heat-treated with the water- and oil-repellent agent in this manner is used for the shirt or blouse body. When sewn on, the collar or cuffs, where sweat stains tend to adhere, do not adhere to the collars or cuffs, and are wash-durable, that is, the effect of preventing sweat stains from sticking even after washing It has been found that the sustained shirt or blouse can be obtained. The present invention has been completed based on these findings.

Further, when the fabric is a mixed-spun product or a mixed woven product of cellulosic fibers and non-cellulosic fibers, the above-mentioned crosslinking agent may be used in combination with the melamine resin and the melamine resin catalyst. Since a high water and oil repellency can be obtained by using only the cross-linking agent or only the melamine resin and the catalyst for the melamine resin, these combinations can be appropriately selected depending on the material.

After applying the water- and oil-repellent agent and the cross-linking agent, they are naturally dried, and the temperature is set to 160 using a flat plate press (manufactured by Kobe Press).
Pressing was carried out under conditions of a temperature of 20 ° C., a pressing pressure of 2.0 kgf / cm 2 . A test for confirming the effect of preventing sweat stain adhesion was performed using the collar after pressing. In the confirmation test, triolein (also known as oleic acid triglyceride), which is said to be the main component of sweat stains, was used as a test reagent for sweat stain solution. The collar used was one before washing and one that was washed 5 to 20 times. The washing method is JISL0217.
It was based on method 103 (home washing, tumble drying). A drop of triolein was dropped on the surface of the collar blade and the collar stand with a pipette and dried to confirm the stain adhesion state after drying. As the evaluation results of the confirmation test, the stain adhesion state of the collar blade is shown in Table 1, and the stain stain state of the collar stand is shown in Table 2.

Regarding the stain adhering condition, when a sweat stain adheres, it becomes a blackish stain. Therefore, the difference between the color of the non-adhered cloth and the color of the adhered and stained spot is used for the color fastness determination in discoloration and fading. Judgment was made by a judgment gray scale.
In addition, the spread of stains was visually evaluated. The judgment series is 1, 1-2, 2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-4.
There are 9 levels of 5, 5; the larger the series, the smaller the color difference,
That is, it is determined that the adhesion of sweat stains is small. The rough standard is as follows. Grade 1: Very noticeable stains. 2nd grade: Conspicuous stains are noticeable. Grade 3: Some stains are noticeable. Grade 4: Slightly noticeable stains. Grade 5: No stains are visible.

[Example 2] A yarn-dyed fabric (hue: dark gray) using a polyester / cotton blended yarn (mixing ratio: T / C = 40/60) for both the warp and the weft was used, and completely different from Example 1. A collar was produced by the same method, and a test for confirming the effect of preventing sweat stain adhesion was conducted in the same manner as in Example 1. In the confirmation test, as a test reagent for the sweat stain solution, in addition to the triolein used in Example 1 (also known as oleic acid triglyceride), oil and fat components other than triolein originally prepared by the inventors were included. An artificial sweat stain solution was also used. As an evaluation result of the confirmation test,

Results of Examples and Comparative Examples (Tables 1 to 4)
Therefore, the collar subjected to the antifouling processing method of the present invention has the effect of preventing the adhesion of sweat stains to the extent that stains are slightly noticeable (evaluation: 4 or 3-4 grade) not only before washing but also after repeating washing 20 times. It was revealed that On the other hand, the untreated collar that has not been subjected to the antifouling method of the present invention has a noticeable stain or a slight stain (evaluation: 2 to 3 grade) before washing, and a commercially available water repellent spray. The collar coated with was effective in preventing sweat stains from adhering to the extent that stains were noticeable or slightly stained (evaluation: 2nd to 3rd grade) when washing was repeated 20 times. From these results, it was clarified that the antifouling treatment method for collars or cuffs of the present invention has the effect of preventing the collars or cuffs from adhering to sweat stains even after repeated washing.
