【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、電動機と巻上機を
有するエレベータ駆動装置から、電動機を取り外すため
の吊持治具の改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】エレベータの駆動装置は、経年変化によ
る構成部品の劣化に伴い、部品交換が必要になる。この
とき電動機を取り外して、ベアリングやオイルシール等
の取り換えを行うことも多い。電動機を取り外す場合、
従来は駆動装置の設置位置近辺に三脚を立て、この三脚
にチェーンブロックを取り付けて電動機を吊るという方
法が採られていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、このと
き使用する三脚は、大型で重いため、大きな保管スペー
スが必要で現場までの運搬にも手間がかかる。また現場
の状況によっては必ずしも安全に立てられるとは限ら
ず、更に駆動装置の近辺に十分なスペースがない場合に
は三脚が立てられないこともあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、電動機の吊持
治具を巻上機に取り付ける構成にしたものである。これ
により、吊持治具を小型化することができ、また駆動装
置の設置位置にかかわらず安全に吊持治具を設置するこ
とができる。

【発明の実施の形態】本発明の実施の形態を図1及び図
2により説明する。図において、1は巻上機2,電動機
3を備えた駆動装置である。10は吊持治具であり、1
1は中央部に断面L型の支持ブラケット12、端部に断
面L型の横材13が固定された本体、14は支持ブラケ
ット12の先端に固定された支持板である。15は断面
L型の固定ブラケットで下部には巻上機2との固定用の
複数の穴が空けられている。16は補強用プレートであ
る。
【0006】本吊持治具10を使用するときには、本体
11,固定ブラケット15,プレート16、揚重具とし
てのチェーンブロック30を搬入して、現場で横材13
に固定ブラケット15を固定し、更に横材11及び固定
ブラケット15にプレート16を固定する。そして、支
持板14を巻上機2の電動機3寄り、例えばブレーキカ
バーに載せる。次に、巻上機2のベアリングカバー2a
の一部のボルトを外し、固定ブラケット15の下部の穴
を介して、固定ブラケット15を巻上機2にボルト絞め

15の下部の穴を複数種類の巻上機に対応するように空
け、また支持ブラケット12の本体11への固定をボル
ト絞め等にして支持ブラケット12と本体11との固定
位置を調節可能とし、更にチェーンブロック30の本体
11への取り付け位置も調節可能にしておけば、一つの
吊持治具10を複数種類の駆動装置に適用することがで
きる。

をベアリングカバー2aに固定しているが、これに限る
ことはなく本体10の一端側を巻上機2に固定できれば
