第一部材と,ディスプレイ部若しくは操作部を備えた第
二部材とを枢着し、この第一部材を第二部材に対して重
合閉塞状態から開放方向に所定角度回動せしめるヒンジ
装置であって、第一部材に連結する第一連結体に枢着軸
を設け、第二部材に連結する第二連結体に前記枢着軸を
枢支する軸受部を設け、前記第一連結体に前記枢着軸と
共に回動するカム部若しくはカム係合部を設け、前記第
一部材と前記第二部材とを重合閉塞状態とした際にこの
カム部若しくはカム係合部に係合し,前記軸受部と共に
回動するカム係合部若しくはカム部を前記第二連結体に
設け、このカム部,カム係合部の少なくとも一方を係合
離反方向にスライド移動自在に設けると共に、このカム
部,カム係合部の少なくとも一方が係脱するに際して離
反方向に移動した際係合方向に付勢する係合付勢機構を
設けて、この係合付勢機構により前記カム部とカム係合
部との係合は係脱せず回動ロック状態が保持されて前記
第一部材と前記第二部材の重合閉塞状態が保持されるよ
うに構成し、このカム部,カム係合部のいずれか一方を
前記係合付勢機構に抗して離反方向に移動させつつ回動
させることで前記カム係合部に対してカム部を係脱さ
せ、前記第一部材に対して前記第二部材を相対回動させ
るように構成したヒンジ装置において、前記枢着軸にこ
の枢着軸と共に回動する第一回動体を設けると共に、前
記軸受部にこの軸受部と共に回動する第二回動体を設
け、この第一回動体の一箇所に前記カム部若しくは前記
カム係合部を設ける一方、この第二回動体の一箇所に前
記カム係合部若しくはカム部を設けることで、このカム
係合部にカム部が係合する前記回動ロック状態から少な
くとも第一連結体が第二連結体に対し180度相対回動
しても再び係合して回動ロック状態とならないように構
成したことを特徴とするヒンジ装置。
