Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage shelf with many stages up and down in which taking in and out of a stored article to a shelf stage at a high level can be easily performed by utilizing an attached step and the step has a simple structure, excellent working reliability and operability and good stability when it is used. SOLUTION: The step 2 consisting of a pair of top and bottom rotating sticks 20 whose ends 20a are pivoted and connected with a shelf body 10 and a supporting pole 21 being pivoted and connected with the other ends 20b is attached to the shelf body 10 with the many stages up and down to form a parallelogram by the shelf body 10, rotating sticks 20 and 20 and the supporting pole 21. The steps 2 are convertible to a drawn-out posture where the supporting pole 21 is at a separated position from the shelf body 10 and the lower end 21a is brought into contact with the ground and a folded posture where the supporting pole 21 is lifted up and piled on the shelf body 10.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, a moving rack has been adopted as a means for increasing the storage capacity of stored items in a limited space such as a storage box. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, in this movable rack, in each storage block (B), a large number of storage shelves (S) ... Which are movable in the front-rear direction via rails (R) on the floor surface are provided between the shelves. They are arranged in parallel in an overlapping state leaving a margin that can secure only one or several work passages (P).

In such a mobile rack, when a stored item is put in and out, a required storage rack (S) is moved forward and backward by a manual operation such as turning a handle or pushing and pulling, or an electric operation by a switch. A new work path (P) between the storage shelf and the adjacent storage shelf (S)
Since it is necessary to secure at least an empty space for at least one work passage for each storage block (B), the storage capacity is higher than that of a fixed rack that requires a work passage between storage shelves. Greatly increased.

However, in recent years, the upper and lower multi-tiered storage shelves including the above-mentioned movable rack are generally more than 2 m high in order to reduce the surplus space on the indoor ceiling side and further increase the storage capacity. In addition, a stepladder, a step, etc. are required to access the stored items to and from the upper shelves.

However, when using a stepladder, a step, etc., the worker who is engaged in the work of putting in and out the stored items carries it by himself or carries it on a trolley for carrying the stored items, but that is the burden on the worker. In addition, there is a concern that the storage shelves and stored items may be hit and damaged during handling. In addition, especially in mobile racks, if you forget to remove the stepladder or stepped stand after use, they will be caught between shelves and you will not be able to close the work aisle, resulting in a serious failure of the system or the aisle closing. In doing so, there was a risk of hitting the stored items on the shelves and dropping or damaging the stored items from the shelves.

In the storage rack with steps having the above-mentioned structure, when carrying out the work of putting in and out the stored products with respect to the higher shelf, the worker takes the step as the pulling-out posture and the support pole or the upper rotary rod which is grounded. With one hand, the user lifts the body by riding on the lower rotating rod with one or both feet, and stores or retrieves the stored item with one free hand. At this time, since the support pole is grounded, the step is maintained in a stable state, and the weight of the operator is supported by the pole and the shelf body in a well-balanced manner.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the storage shelf with steps according to the first or second aspect, a plurality of shelf main bodies provided with the steps are arranged in parallel in an overlapping state, and the shelf main bodies are adjacent to each other by relative movement in the front-rear direction. The work passage is opened between the pair of shelf bodies, and the step in the folded posture is accommodated between the shelf bodies that close the work passage.
This configuration is intended for mobile racks, but since the steps in the folded position are stored between the shelves that close the working aisle,
It is not necessary to secure a special space for step placement between the storage shelves.

Thus, the worker who has completed the required work returns the used step (2) to the original folding posture. However, since the spring force acts on the step (2) itself, The step (2) even if the returning operation is not performed.
Naturally returns to the folded position. Therefore, the step (2) is left carelessly by the worker in the pull-out posture, and when the work passage (P) is closed, it is caught between the shelves and the system malfunctions.

However, such step (2) is
Since it is structurally extremely simple, it can be easily manufactured and attached to the shelf body (10) at low cost, and since the posture is changed by the link mechanism, the operation reliability and operability are good, and the strength is high. It also has excellent durability. Further, since the step (2) in the folded posture is housed between the shelf main bodies (10) and (10) with the work passage (P) closed, a special space for step placement is provided between the storage shelves (1). There is no need to secure it, and there is no inconvenience that the installation of the step (2) causes an increase in the required space and a decrease in the storage capacity of the entire moving rack.

Although the moving rack is shown in the above embodiment, the present invention has a fixed rack in which fixed storage shelves are arranged with a working passage interposed therebetween, and a single storage rack has an upper shelf. It can be suitably applied to high-level workers who are hard to reach or cannot reach by workers standing in front. Also,
There are no particular restrictions on the number of mounting steps or the mounting positions of the steps on the storage shelf, and they may be appropriately set according to the size of the storage shelf so that work can be easily carried out in and out of the entire upper shelf. The rotating rod (20) in step (2) is not limited to the upper and lower two, but may be increased to three or more so that the work can be performed at a higher position by climbing like a ladder in the drawn-out posture. Good. Further, the rotating rod (20) of step (2)
The design of the cross-sectional shape of the support pole (21) and the shape of the pivotally attached portion, the mounting position of the spring member for urging the step (2) toward the folding posture, and the like can be variously modified other than the examples.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, as the upper and lower multi-tiered storage shelves, it is possible to easily perform the work of putting in and out of the stored goods with respect to the higher shelves by using the attached steps, and thus the stepladder. It is possible to save labor such as carrying or stepping on the carriage or carrying it on a trolley, etc. Also, when the step is not in use, it can be in a folding posture that overlaps the shelf body, so it does not interfere with traffic or work at a low level, Moreover, since the step is excellent in stability in the withdrawn posture during use, and the operator can easily secure his / her body on the step, the in / out work can be easily performed without difficulty, and the weight of the operator can be supported in a balanced manner. Therefore, there is no fear that the storage shelf will fall over, and the step has excellent operational reliability, operability, strength, and durability, and the structure is simple and easy to manufacture and attach to the shelf body at low cost. Those that can be performed is provided.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the above-mentioned storage rack with steps, the step is biased to the folding posture side by the spring force, and after use, it naturally returns to the folding posture, so that it is left in the pulling posture. There is no concern that it will obstruct traffic or obstruct the closing of the work passage in the moving rack.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, particularly in the storage rack of the moving rack, the steps in the folded posture are accommodated between the rack main bodies with the working passage closed, so that a special step arrangement is provided between the storage racks. There is no need to secure a space, and the installation of the steps does not cause inconveniences such as an increase in required space and a decrease in storage capacity of the entire moving rack.
