ダー4とパンチガイド5との間のホルダー4上端を補助
プレート6にて支持している。更に、各パンチガイド5
をそれぞれパンチガイドホルダー8に保持して、この各
パンチガイドホルダー8を上下摺動自在の摺動盤7に支
持している。 【0003】更に又、補助プレート6を支持シャフト9
にて摺動盤7に支持している。そして、二分割のホルダ
ー4に対して各パンチ3を芯出しして固定する固定ボル
ト10を設け、この固定ボルト10をホルダー4の対角

助プレート6に螺着し、ホルダー4と共にパンチ3を固

の芯出しをして金型との位置決めをするには、固定ボル
トをホルダーの下側から上向きに螺着することとなるた
めに、固定ボルト用のボルト孔及び固定ボルトを目視で
きずに非常にやり難く、多くの作業時間を費やすことと
なっていた。又、特に金型に対して複数のパンチの際に
は、各ホルダーに対して対角線上のコーナーの四個所に
固定ボルトを螺着しなければならず、隣接するパンチの
固定ボルト間が密接しているために、作業者の手及び締
付工具が入り辛く、非常に煩わしい作業となっていた。 【0005】更に、各パンチの位置決めのための固定ボ
ルトを最終増し締めする際には、各パンチを金型から抜
き出さなければ固定ボルトを締め付けできない構造であ
るために、各パンチと金型との距離を大きくとらなけれ
ば作業性が悪いので、固定ボルトの増し締め時にパンチ
の芯出し位置が狂い、パンチの位置決め作業が試行錯誤
の状態となって容易にできないという問題点があった。 【0006】そこで、本発明はこのような従来のプレス
機のパンチ位置決め機構が有していた課題を解決したも
のであって、固定ボルトを目視可能で締め付けでき、煩
わしい作業もなく、極めて簡単で短時間に作業ができ、
しかもパンチの芯出し位置のズレもなく容易に行うこと
ができることを目的としたプレス機のパンチ位置決め機
構を提供するにある。 【0007】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に、本発明のプレス機のパンチ位置決め機構はプレス機
1の金型2に対して昇降するパンチ3の芯出しをしてパ
ンチ3の位置を決めるプレス機のパンチ位置決め機構に
於いて、上記パンチ3の上方にパンチ3の上部を装着す
るホルダー4を設け、このホルダー4を一体的に固定し
たパンチガイド5を設け、パンチガイド5を上下摺動自
在の摺動盤7上で支持するパンチガイドホルダー8を設
け、摺動盤7の下部にパンチガイド補助プレート11を
設け、ホルダー4とパンチガイドホルダー8とをパンチ
ガイド支持シャフト12にて支持し、パンチガイド補助
プレート11を摺動盤7にボルト止めして各パンチ3の
位置決めをサポートすると共にパンチガイド5の周りの
固定ボルト10をパンチガイドホルダー8上方より摺動
盤7に締め付けつつパンチ3の芯出しを調整しパンチを
位置決めする構成としている。 【0008】 【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施例について図
に基づき説明する。図中、図1は本発明実施例を示す概
略平面図、図2は図1のA−A断面図、図3は図1のB
−B断面図、図4は従来例を示す縦断面図である。プレ
ス機1は図2及び図3に示すように、金型2に対して複
数のパンチ3,3を設け、この各パンチ3の上部を各ホ
ルダー4に差し込んでパンチ3をホルダー4内に連結し
ている。このパンチ3は金型に対して複数でなくて一つ
であってもよい。 【0009】このパンチ3を連結したホルダー4はパン
チガイド5に一体的に固定している。7は摺動軸13に
沿って上下摺動自在な摺動盤であり、8はこの摺動盤7
を貫通し、中央にパンチガイド5を貫通したパンチガイ
ドホルダーである。このパンチガイドホルダー8によっ
て貫通したパンチガイド5を摺動盤7上方より支えてい
る。12は下端をホルダー4に固定し、上端を摺動盤7
を貫通して摺動盤7上のパンチガイドホルダー8に装着
したパンチガイド支持シャフトである。 【0010】11はパンチガイド補助サポートであっ
て、摺動盤7の下部に接当して摺動盤7より下方に垂下
したパンチガイド5と共にパンチガイドホルダー8を支
えている。このパンチガイド補助サポート11はボルト
14にて摺動盤7に螺着することにより支え持つパンチ
ガイド5と共にパンチ3の位置決めをサポートしてい
る。摺動盤7上のパンチガイドホルダー8には図1に示
すように、パンチガイド5の周りの対角線上のコーナー
の四個所に固定ボルト用の孔を設けており、この孔に固
定ボルト10を摺動盤7内まで螺着している。 【0011】次に、パンチ3の芯出し位置決めに際して
は、先ず摺動盤7を摺動軸13に沿って降下して、金型
2のパンチ孔15内にパンチ3の先端を差し入れた状態
で、パンチガイドホルダー8上よりパンチガイド5周り
の四個所の固体ボルト10を螺着、パンチガイドホルダ
ー8を摺動盤7に締め付けつつパンチ3の先端中央が金
型2のパンチ孔15内中央に位置するまで、四つの固体
ボルト10の螺着を調整する。 【0012】又、この調整後、ボルト14を螺着して、
パンチガイド補助サポート11を摺動盤7に締め付けつ
つ、摺動盤7真下のパンチガイドホルダー8と共にパン
チガイド5を保持サポートする。パンチ3の芯出し位置
決めが終了後、摺動盤7を摺動軸13に沿って上昇すれ
ば完了する。 【0013】このパンチ3の芯出し位置決めに際して、
金型2のパンチ孔15にパンチ3の先端を差し入れた状
態で調整したが、金型2より離れた上方にパンチ3の先
端が位置した状態でパンチ3の芯出し位置決めを行って
も何ら支障をきたすものではない。 【0014】以上本発明の代表例と思われる実施例につ
いて説明したが、本発明は必ずしもこれらの実施例構造
のみに限定されるものではなく、本発明にいう前記の構
成要件を備え、かつ本発明にいう目的を達成し、以下に
いう効果を有する範囲内において適宜改変して実施する
ことができるものである。 【0015】 【発明の効果】以上の説明から既に明らかなように、本
発明にいうところのプレス機のパンチ位置決め機構はプ
レス機の金型に対して昇降するパンチの芯出しをしてパ
ンチの位置を決めるプレス機のパンチ位置決め機構に於
いて、上記パンチの上方にパンチの上部を装着するホル
ダーを設け、このホルダーを一体的に固定したパンチガ
イドを設け、パンチガイドを上下摺動自在の摺動盤上で
支持するパンチガイドホルダーを設け、摺動盤の下部に
パンチガイド補助プレートを設け、ホルダーとパンチガ
イドホルダーとをパンチガイド支持シャフトにて支持
し、パンチガイド補助プレートを摺動盤にボルト止めし
て各パンチの位置決めをサポートすると共にパンチガイ
ドの周りの固定ボルトをパンチガイドホルダー上方より
摺動盤に締め付けつつパンチの芯出しを調整しパンチを
位置決めする構成としているので、固定ボルト用の孔及
び固定ボルト、締付工具を目視できるために、締付作業
が容易でしかも短時間に締付作業を行うことができる。
又、パンチガイドの周りの四個所が目視できるために、
隣接する固定ボルト間が密接していても、締付作業を煩
らわすことなく、簡単に締付作業を行うことができる。
更に、金型内にパンチを差し入れた状態でも固定ボルト
を螺着することができるために、パンチの芯出し位置を
狂わすことがなく、容易に芯出し位置決めを行うことが
できるという顕著な効果を期待することが出来るに至っ
たのである。
