を上面を上に向けて差し込むことができる組立作業性の
良好な廉価なカード用コネクタ装置を提供することがで

カードを前記複数本の端子に案内する一対のガイド部と
を有するハウジングと、 該ハウジングの上部に取り付けられた金属製のカバー
と、 前記カードの上面に設けられたグランド接点に接触する
弾性接触部とを備え、 前記一対のガイド部の前記コネクタ部と反対側に前記カ
ードを挿入する挿入口が設けられ、 前記ハウジングの上部には前記挿入口に連通する開口部
が前記一対のガイド部間に位置するように形成されて、 前記弾性接触部が前記カバーの一部に延設され、 前記カバーを取り付ける際に前記開口部を通して前記ハ

から前記コネクタ部に向かって延出されて、前記カード
の挿入を妨げない位置に配置され、 前記挿入口に前記カードを下面を前記ハウジングの上部
