Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the scattering of dust when attaching and detaching or moving a filter cloth tube by avoiding adhering and accumulation of dust to and on the inner wall of a collecting equipment body surrounding the filter cloth tube and shutting collected dust inside the filter cloth tube, and make smoothly replaceable and movable the filter cloth tube in a small space. SOLUTION: A collecting device body 1 is provided with a dust-containing gas inlet 3 at the upper end and a dust collecting chamber 5 and a cleaning gas outlet 7 at the lower end. The cylindrical filter cloth tube 2 with an upper end communicated with the dust containing gas inlet 3 and a lower end communicated with the dust collecting chamber 5, exhausting dust containing gas from an inner side of filter cloth toward an outer side and collecting dust in the inner side is provided in the collecting device body 1. A dust shaking-off mechanism A is provided for shaking off dust adhered to the inside of the filter cloth tube from outside the filter cloth tube 2. A metal filter tube 6 juxtaposed with the filter cloth tube 2 is provided in the collecting device body 1 and a lower end of the metal filter tube 6 is communicated with the cleaning gas outlet 7. Each door 19 and 20 of a longitudinal direction equivalent to longitudinal directions of the filter cloth tube 2 and the metal filter tube 6 is detachably attached to a front face of the collecting device body 1.

Therefore, in the conventional nuclear fuel material-containing dust collector of this type, the dust-containing gas inlet 36 of the collector main body 31 having the plurality of filter tubes 32 built-in contains dust. Gas is introduced, and air is sucked from the outside of the filter cylinder 32 toward the inside of the filter cylinder by this collector body, dust is collected outside the filter cylinder 32 by this collector body, and inside the filter cylinder after collection. By injecting more compressed air toward the outside of the filter cylinder, the dust adhering to the outside of the filter cylinder 32 was blown off and collected in the dust collection chamber 37 at the bottom of the collection device main body. There is a problem that dust is inevitably accumulated on the inner wall of the main body. Also, when replacing the filter tube, great care should be taken not to scatter dust, but since dust was collected on the outer surface of the filter tube 32, the filter tube is not attached to the outside of the filter tube when the filter tube is attached or detached. There was a problem that dust left on the side surface was wiped off and scattered. Further, in such a nuclear fuel substance-containing dust collecting apparatus, when the filter tube was attached and detached, it was inserted and removed from above the main body of the collection apparatus, so extra space was required and the glove box was enlarged. It also had the problem that it had come.

The clean gas outlet 7 for sucking the gas in the main body 1 of the trapping device with an exhaust blower (not shown) communicates with the inside of the metal filter cylinder 6 and exhausts the gas from the inside of the metal filter cylinder at once. This metal filter cylinder 6 normally passes the clean gas in the collector body 1 that has passed through the filter cloth cylinder to the clean gas outlet 7, but when the filter cloth of the filter cloth cylinder 2 is damaged, the collector device The dust-containing gas in the main body 1 is filtered, the clean gas is passed through the clean gas outlet 7, and the dust is not attached to the exhaust blower to protect the exhaust blower. 8
Is an upper plate of the collector main body 1, and an upper casing 9 communicating with the dust-containing gas inlet 3 is attached to the upper part of the upper plate 8. The dust-containing gas from the dust-containing gas inlet 3 is once introduced into the upper casing 9, and is sucked into the filter cloth cylinder 2 from inside the upper casing 9.

As shown in FIG. 1, the dust shaking mechanism A for shaking off the dust adhering to the inside of the filter cloth cylinder 2 is achieved by backwashing nozzles 17, 17 attached to the tip of the pipe 16 with the air supplied from the air pipe 18. The structure is such that it is sprayed onto the filter cloth cylinder 2. A plurality of the backwash nozzles 17 are arranged around the upper and lower sides of the filter cloth cylinder 2 at intervals. By periodically blowing the air from the backwash nozzle 17 from the outside of the filter cloth cylinder 2, the dust attached to the inside of the filter cloth cylinder 2 is shaken off and stored in the dust collection chamber 5 via the hopper 4. It At this time, since air is blown to the filter cloth cylinder 2 to vibrate the filter cloth cylinder 2, the fall of the dust attached to the inside of the filter cloth cylinder 2 is further improved. This dust shaking mechanism A is a backwash nozzle 1
Instead of the shake-off structure by 7, a vibration drive unit for directly vibrating the filter cloth cylinder may be provided, and the filter cloth cylinder may be vibrated by driving the vibration drive unit to shake off dust adhering to the filter cloth cylinder.
