Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety indication gear in view of the fact that a conventional safety indication gear with a reflector is fitted through being fastened to the body thus the movement of the reflector is scarce and there is a problem that it is difficult to catch driver's attention and therefore, it is difficult to distinguish a fixed material from a person and an effect as a safety indication gear to be fitted to the body is not fully demonstrated. SOLUTION: This safety indication gear is such that two belts are crossed at two positions excluding ends and connected with each other and each of the belts has a reflex function on at least one side.

As a conventional safety indicator, a reflector is attached to clothes, or even if it is composed of a belt, it is of a vest type and is fixedly attached to the body. It has a structure. However, although the driver's visibility can be enhanced by the light reflected by the reflector, there is a problem that the reflector is less moved because it is in close contact with the body, and it is difficult to call the driver's attention. For example,
For pedestrians, people riding bicycles, people controlling traffic, etc., their arms and legs move but their bodies do not move much, and they simply reflect light. For this reason, it is difficult to distinguish between a fixed object and a person, and the effect of the safety indicator that the presence of a person is informed by the reflected light shiningly moving cannot be sufficiently exerted.

Further, since the conventional safety indicator has a structure of being fixedly attached to the body, it is not easy to put on and take off, and there is a drawback that it is troublesome to use when going out for a while at night. Moreover, although it can be adjusted to some extent according to the size of the body, it cannot be shared by adults and children, so it is necessary to prepare a plurality of sizes of several sizes.

In the present invention, two belts are connected by intersecting at two places other than the end portions. That is, the structure is such that an opening is formed by two belts in a substantially central portion and four ends are projected on both sides of the opening. Normal,
The connection is made so that the angle on the opening side of the intersection becomes an acute angle.
The connection method is fixed by sewing, fusing, bonding, or the like, but the fixing position may be adjusted by a button, a hook, a surface fastener, or the like. Further, the other belt may be provided with a notch or a passing portion so that one belt slides with respect to the other belt.

The wearing method is such that the opening is passed through the head and the shoulder is hung on the shoulder with the intersecting part in front and back, and the four end parts are hung on the body. The four ends may also be provided with fasteners such as buttons, hooks and hook-and-loop fasteners so that their lengths can be adjusted. Further, by providing the reflecting material not only on the belt but also around the intersection, its effect can be enhanced without impairing the function of the safety indicator according to the present invention.

FIG. 1 shows a belt-shaped safety indicator 1 according to the present invention.
In this example, two belts 3 each having a reflecting material 2 provided on one surface thereof are crossed and connected at two portions other than the end portions. Therefore, two free ends 4 are formed on each side of the intersection. The reflection material 2 is a reflection tape formed by coating a transparent tape with aluminum powder, and the reflection tape 2 is sewn to the belt 3 made of cloth. Further, the intersections are also connected by sewing.

As described above, the belt-shaped safety indicator according to the present invention is formed by connecting two belts so that they intersect at two places other than the ends, and each belt reflects on at least one side. Due to the structure having the function, the free ends are formed on the sides of the respective intersections, and the fluttering of the free ends greatly enhances the visibility of the driver. The free ends move in association with slight movements of the limbs, and also move freely by the wind, so that visibility can be improved even when the body is not moved. Moreover, light from multiple directions can be reflected in multiple directions by free movement, which is extremely useful in attracting the driver's attention.
