Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a refurbished sash, and more particularly to a refurbished sash capable of mounting a sash frame of a new sash without removing the sash frame of an existing sash. . 2. Description of the Related Art When retrofitting an existing sash attached to an opening of a building to a new one, a method of removing the existing sash and then attaching the new sash has conventionally been adopted. However, this method has a problem that not only takes time to remove the existing sash, but also disassemble the exterior and interior of the sash, thereby increasing the construction period and construction cost. In order to solve such a problem, there has been proposed a sash frame for reforming in which a sash frame of a new sash can be attached without removing the sash frame of the existing sash (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-82031). reference). [0004] However, the sash frame for remodeling or the remodeled sash has a portion which is semi-externally fitted and protrudes outside of the mounting fins, and the outside protruding portion. The new sash or sash frame may fall in the outdoor direction due to the load of the outer sash etc. As a countermeasure to prevent the fall, it is conceivable to support the outdoor projecting portion of the newly-installed sash frame with an angle material. However, the installation place is limited due to the structure, and the countermeasure is insufficient. The mounting fin 15 is fixed to the mounting surface 16f of the mounting member 16 with a fixing tool, for example, a screw (text screw) 24. At this time, the fixing tool concealing cover material 27 is attached to the outdoor surface of the mounting fin 15.
A base frame 26 is attached by jointly tightening the screw 24,
Thereafter, the fixing member cover material 27 may be attached to the base frame 26. Next, the other end of the fall prevention member 21 is fixed to the lower frame 4b or the window base 1a of the existing sash frame 4 with a fixing tool, for example, a screw 22b, and the upper frame 13a and the vertical frame 13c of the new sash frame 13 are fixed. It is fixed to the upper mounting member 16a and the side mounting member 16c, respectively, with a fixing tool, for example, a screw 23. When the installation of the new sash frame 13 is completed in this way, the decorative frame 29, the wooden decorative material 30, the pressing edge 31, and the drainer cover material 28 may be mounted. Then, by mounting a shoji in the new sash frame 13, the installation of the refurbished sash 12, which is a new sash, is completed. According to the refurbished sash 12 having the above-described structure, the existing sash frame 4 is provided on the lower frame 4b with the outer rail support 10a and the inner rail support 10b higher than the outer rail support 10a. The new sash frame 13 has a mounting fin 15 at a substantially middle outer periphery in the indoor and outdoor directions, and is provided on the outer rail support portion 10a of the existing sash frame 4.
