If the distance from the end of the storage portion 2 of the bottom material 1 is less than 0.5 mm, the removability is good, but
Since the sealing area between the lid material 11 inside the cut 12 and the flange portion 3 of the bottom material 1 becomes small, the improvement of the pinhole resistance, which is the object of the present invention, cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if it exceeds 10 mm, the sealing area becomes large and the pinhole resistance is improved, but the removability is deteriorated.

In order to facilitate the removal of the contents from the PTP package, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the lid base material 11a / barrier material layer 11b / bottom in the sealing / sealing portion of the PTP package. When the laminated structure of the material 1 is, for example, a paper base material 11a / aluminum foil 11b / bottom material 1, the cut 12 cuts the paper base material 11a as shown in FIG. 3 (a). In addition, the aluminum foil 11b is not cut, and the paper base 11a and the aluminum foil 11b are cut as shown in FIG. 3 (b), and the paper base 11a is cut as shown in FIG. 3 (c). Material 11a, aluminum foil 11b is cut and bottom material 1
Is preferably cut by half-cutting (for example, within 50% in the thickness direction of the bottom material 1). This is because if the half cut of the bottom material 1 exceeds 50%, the P will be reduced during transportation, carrying, or removal.
This is because the TP package may not be kept in the sealed and packaged state and may be separated.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3D, the laminated structure of the lid base material 11a / barrier material layer 11b / bottom material 1 in the sealing / sealing portion of the PTP package has a paper base material 11a / resin film 11b. / In the case of the bottom material 1, the cut 12 cuts the paper base material 11a and makes the thickness of the non-cut portion in the thickness direction of the resin film 11b easy in order to easily take out the contents 4. It is desirable that the resin film 11b is formed by cutting it so as to have a thickness of at least 10 μm or less so that the resin film 11b portion can be easily cut. Of course, in this case, the paper base material 11a and the resin film 11b are cut and the bottom material 1 is cut within 50% according to the thickness method as in the case of using the aluminum foil for the barrier material layer 11b. The cut 12 may be formed.

<Experimental Results> As is clear from the results of Experiment 1 shown in Table 1, the PTP packages according to the present invention of Examples 1 to 7 have no damage to the hermeticity such as pinholes, etc. Because of its excellent hall property, the protection of the contents is enhanced. Moreover, according to the result of Experiment 2, Examples 1-7
The PTP package according to the present invention has an opening load of 4.0 to
It showed 4.2 N, and it was found that if the opening load is within this range, the removability of the contents is better than that of the conventional PTP package. Further, it was also clarified that in the PTP package of the present invention, the removability of the PTP package using the lid member 11 made of the paper base material 11a (paper base) was good. On the other hand, the PTP package according to Comparative Example 1 showed an unsealing load of 3.8, and although the removability of the contents was good, pinholes were generated due to impact, and the PTP packages according to Comparative Examples 2 and 3 were used. Although the package does not break the sealing property such as pinholes due to impact, the opening load is 8.
0 to 9.0 N, indicating that good take-out property of the contents could not be obtained.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION The PTP package of the present invention can avoid the occurrence of pinholes due to the impact that is likely to occur at the cut (half cut) portion of the lid material in which the paper and the barrier material layer are laminated and in the vicinity thereof. It has an effect and can prevent the destruction of the hermeticity. For example, when carrying it, it is possible to avoid the drawbacks such as the occurrence of pinholes in the barrier material layer such as the aluminum foil at the cut portion, which impairs the hermeticity. While maintaining the advantages of the package, it is possible to prevent pinholes and the like from being generated due to impact in the distribution process or carrying, and to ensure the hermeticity.
