【発明が属する技術分野】本発明は、糊収納保存部、糊
塗布部一体型糊容器の糊収納保存部と塗布部塗布具を分
離させて配置し、設けられた空間を介して糊の移動、落
下が視覚可能とする糊容器に関する技術の分野。

【従来の技術】従来の糊保存、塗布部一体型の糊容器は
事務所や家庭などで広く使用されていて、水糊タイプな
ど、水溶性の糊は軟粘性を有し、封筒への糊付け等、貼
り付ける紙等に簡単に塗布及び接着作業が可能な為、便
利な物として制作されている。
【０００３】糊の取り出し吹き出し口に、スポンジや軟
性樹脂などの塗布部塗布具を一体化し、糊容器に圧力を
加える事により塗布部へ糊が溢れ出で、目的部材へ付着
させて使用する為、糊を手に付着させずに塗布できる
為、大変便利な存在となっている。
【０００４】特にスポンジ使用タイプは、スポンジに浸
透した糊を紙等に付着させる為、糊の浸透、塗布作業を
同時に繰り返しでき、作業効率も高く便利な糊容器とし
て、多く製造されてきた。
【０００５】又、塗布部をハケ状にしたり、ローラー形
状にしたり、軟性樹脂等を用いて作成するなど様々な塗
布部塗布具の形状も変えて作成されてきた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、糊の取り出し
吹き出し口に塗布部が一体化されている為、容器を強く
押しすぎたり、塗布している間に糊が更に吹き出すなど
の使用量に対する適当の量を使用者に判別させるには高
度の熟練が必要とされてきた。排出調整弁を容器内部に
設ける物も作成されてきたが、塗り広げる作業にも糊の
排出が続き、目的部材に多く付着した糊を拭き取るなど
不便な事となっていた。そこで糊の使用量が簡単に判断
できる糊容器の開発が必要となる。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は糊の排出口と塗
布具を分離させ、糊の繰り出し口と塗布部塗布具の間に
空間を設け、落下、移動する糊の量を視覚確認させる事
で解決できる。

【発明の実施の形態】糊の保持保存部はポリプロピレン
などの半透明の樹脂を用い、容器の先端に細い排出口を
配置する事で完成される。軟粘性を有した糊は容器内圧
が高くならないと、排出口より糊が排出する事はなく、
容器を逆さにしても、糊が吹き出し口より落下する事は
ない。排出口と塗布具を分離し、ノズル排出口と塗布具
の間に適宜、空間を設けて塗布具を差し込み式などの増
設される形態に塗布具支持部を有した塗布装置を差し込
み装着することにより完成される。
【０００９】使用する時は、糊容器の内圧を指で押すな
どして内圧を高め、容器内圧が高くなることで糊は排出
口より塗布部へ落下、移動する。その落下、移動した糊
の量を視覚することで、使用目的に合った糊量を確認で

作業に専念できる。

用している塗布具の使用作成が可能となる。又、大小の
塗布具を選択できるので、細部に塗布する作業にも、塗
布具を交換する事により簡単可能となる。更に、今まで
の容器は保管時、移動時に糊の排出が起こらない用に内
キャップに塗布具を付け、外キャップで容器より糊が不
必要に排出するのを防止していたが、バネを有した差し
込み式の塗布具を装着する事により、塗布具が排出孔に
密着し、外キャップを締める事により、排出口に栓とし
ての効果が生じ、不必要な糊の排出も防ぎ、内キャップ
作成の必要もなくなる。

しと塗布作業を分離した構造になり、塗布装置の交換が
可能になり、均一に糊を塗布する事が可能となり、細部
