Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device of a main rope for an elevator capable of easily cleaning a stretched main rope of an elevator without complicated trouble. SOLUTION: The main rope 7 is wound around and stretched on a sheave supported on a fixing part. A cleaning tool 8 including a oil receiving box 10 facing to one side of an outer surface of the main rope 7 with an upper surface opening, and a cleaning piece 12, with one edge part attached on an edge part of an opening part 9 of the oil receiving box 10 and other edge including a recessed part 11 for engaging with the main rope, is arranged on both sides in a direction of a cross section of the main rope 7 and is temporarily provided on a fixing part 2. Then, each of cleaning tools is detachably connected by a connecting tool 13. With this structure, the main rope 7 which moves by operation of the elevator is slid on the cleaning piece 12, and foreign matter such as lubricant or dust on an outer circumference of the main rope 7 are squeezed by the cleaning piece 12, and are housed in the oil receiving box 10.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an elevator main rope cleaning device for cleaning a main rope of a stretched elevator when necessary. FIG. 3 is an elevational view conceptually showing an elevator. In the figure, 1 is a hoistway, 2 is a fixed part comprising a machine base provided on the upper part of the hoistway 1, 3 is a fixed part 2
The hoisting machine 4 is provided with a sheave 4. 5
Is a car that moves up and down a predetermined route of the hoistway 1, 6 is a counterweight that moves up and down another predetermined route of the hoistway 1, 7 is a main rope, and one end of the car 5 It is wound around a hanging wheel, rises and hangs around the sheave 4 and the deflecting wheel, and hangs down. It is wound around the hanging wheel of the counterweight 6 and rises, and the other end is connected to the fixed portion 2. . In the elevator constructed as described above, cleaning of the main rope 7 has been conventionally performed as described below. That is, the main ropes 7 in a range where the worker can get on the car 5 and can be reached by a cleaning tool (not shown) such as a rag.
Rub and clean. Next, the car 5 is moved up and down for a short distance, and the main ropes 7 within the reach of the car at the elevation position are rubbed and cleaned. By repeating such an operation, the main rope 7 is cleaned by a worker manually over the entire length. [0004] The above-described conventional cleaning work of the main rope for elevators is performed by intermittently operating the elevators by working on the car 5. For this reason,
There is a problem that a great deal of labor is required for cleaning the main rope 7 and a complicated operation is required for a long time. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator main rope cleaning device capable of easily cleaning a stretched main rope of an elevator. I do. According to the present invention, there is provided a cleaning device for a main rope for an elevator according to the present invention, wherein a sheave pivotally supported by a fixed portion and an elevator stretched over the sheave. The main rope, an opening is provided on the upper surface, and an oil receiving box arranged opposite to one side of the outer surface of the main rope and one edge is attached to the opening edge of the oil receiving box and the other edge is The cleaning tool consisting of a viscoelastic plate cleaning piece provided with a recess fitted to the main rope, and the cleaning tool temporarily arranged on the fixed part that is arranged on both sides in the cross-sectional direction of the main rope are attached and detached. A connecting tool for freely connecting is provided, and the main rope moved by the operation of the elevator is rubbed by the cleaning piece. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS First Embodiment 1 and 2
FIG. 1 is a view showing an example of an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a view corresponding to an enlarged view of a hoisting machine portion in FIG. 3 described above, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of a cleaning tool portion in FIG. In addition, the elevator other than FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 is comprised similarly to the above-mentioned FIG. In the figure, reference numeral 3 denotes a hoisting machine installed on a fixed portion 2 composed of a machine base, and a sheave 4 around which a plurality of main ropes 7 are wound is provided. Reference numeral 8 denotes a cleaning tool, which is provided with an opening 9 on the upper surface thereof and has an oil receiving box 10 which is disposed so as to face one side of the outer surface of the main rope 7.
One edge is attached to the edge of the opening 9 of the oil receiving box 10 and the main rope 7 is attached to the other edge.
Is formed by a cleaning piece 12 provided with a recess 11 that fits into the cleaning piece 12. Reference numeral 13 denotes a connecting member which is disposed on both sides of the main rope 7 in the cross-sectional direction and which is provided on both sides of the side surface of the cleaning tool 8 temporarily provided on the fixing portion 2. It is constituted by mounting screws 15 for fastening both ends to the oil receiving box 10 of the cleaning tool 8 facing each other. Using the cleaning device for the main rope for an elevator constructed as described above, the main rope 7 is cleaned as described below. That is, the cleaning tools 8 are arranged on both sides of the main rope 7 in the cross-sectional direction, respectively, and the cleaning tools 8 are connected to each other by the connecting tools 13 and are temporarily provided on the fixing portion 2 as shown in FIG. In this state, the elevator is manually operated, and the main rope 7 is driven to move at a suitable low speed in a direction of descending with respect to the cleaning tool 8. Thereby, the outer periphery of the main rope 7 is rubbed by the recess 11 in the cleaning piece 12 of the cleaning tool 8. As a result, foreign substances such as lubricating oil and dust adhering to the outer periphery of the main rope 7 are wrung out by the cleaning piece 12 and flow down to be stored in the oil receiving box 10 of the cleaning tool 8.
In this way, by continuously operating the elevator, the main cable 7 can be easily operated in a short time without any labor.
Can be cleaned. Therefore, the main rope 7
Can be cleaned, and the cost of cleaning the main cable 7 can be reduced. When the oil receiving box 10 is filled with lubricating oil or the like during the cleaning operation, the connection between the cleaning tools 8 is released by an operator, and the lubricating oil or the like in the oil receiving box 10 is transferred to another container. Moved. Next, the cleaning operation of the main rope 7 is restarted, and the entire length of the main rope 7 is cleaned. According to the present invention, as described above, the sheave pivoted on the fixed portion, the main rope of the elevator wound around the sheave, and the opening provided on the upper surface. And one end is attached to the opening edge of the oil receiving box, and the other end is fitted to the main rope. A cleaning tool comprising a cleaning piece provided with a mating recess; and a connecting tool which is disposed on both sides in the cross-sectional direction of the main rope and which detachably connects the cleaning tools temporarily provided on the fixed portion to each other. The main rope moved by the operation of the elevator is rubbed with a cleaning piece. Thus, the cleaning tools are arranged on both sides in the cross-sectional direction of the main rope, and the cleaning tools are connected to each other by the connecting tool and are temporarily provided on the fixing portion. In this state, the outer periphery of the main rope is rubbed by the cleaning piece of the cleaning tool by operating the elevator and operating the main rope so as to move in a direction of descending with respect to the cleaning tool. As a result, foreign substances such as lubricating oil and dust adhering to the outer periphery of the main rope are squeezed out by the cleaning pieces, and are accommodated in the oil receiving box of the cleaning tool. As described above, by operating the elevator, the main rope can be easily and easily cleaned in a short time without labor, and the main rope can be efficiently cleaned, thereby reducing the cost of cleaning the main rope. .
