Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid detergent composition easily moldable, having excellent foaming ability even in hard water, causing neither slimy feeling in using nor tensive feeling of the skin in rinsing, making the skin fresh after washing, finishing the skin moist after drying, wherein the solid detergent composition has luster externals of fine texture and is hardly melted down when repetitively used. SOLUTION: This solid detergent composition is characterized by containing (a) 20-60 wt.% powder of an acylamino acid-type anionic surfactant represented by formula (1): R<1> CONR<2> CH2 CH2 SO3 M, (b) 10-55 wt.% polyalkylene glycol having 200-20,000 average molecular weight, (c) 5-40 wt.% 8-24C fatty acid or 8-24C alcohol and (d) 0.01-15 wt.% polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester-type nonionic surfactant represented by formula (2): R<3> COO(CH2 CH2 O)n X, wherein a+b is 45-85 wt.% and a/b is 1/2 to 5/1.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a solid detergent composition, and more specifically, it is easy to mold, has excellent foamability even in hard water, has a good foam quality, and has a slimy feel during use and a tight feel during rinsing. In addition, the present invention relates to a solid detergent composition that gives a refreshing feel after washing and a moist feel after drying, has a fine glossy appearance, and has little dissolution collapse during repeated use.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, higher fatty acid salts have been used as a main component in solid detergent compositions typified by bath soap. However, higher fatty acid salts have a strong degreasing power and often have a tight feeling after use, and it has been pointed out that irritation to the skin is caused. Moisturizers such as polyhydric alcohols and plant extracts have been used to solve these problems, but sufficient effects have not been obtained because they run off during rinsing. Further, the higher fatty acid salt has a problem that foaming is hindered by the hardness of water or hot water used and soap residue is generated.

In order to solve these problems, studies have been made to add anionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants and the like to higher fatty acid salts. For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-155992
JP-A No. 2-155996 discloses a hypoallergenic solid detergent comprising a combination of a higher fatty acid salt and sodium lauroylmethyl taurate, and JP-A-2-155996 discloses a hypoallergenic combination of a higher fatty acid salt and a betaine-type amphoteric surfactant. Solid detergents are disclosed. However, these compositions have a tendency to dissolve rapidly after repeated use, and have insufficient foamability, a feeling of tightness during rinsing, and a feeling of moistness after drying.

Further, a solid detergent composition containing a surfactant other than higher fatty acid salts as a main component is disclosed in JP-A-59-59.
In JP-A-152999, JP-A-8-27482 and JP-A-9-125100, a solid detergent composition containing an amino acid-based detergent component such as an acylglutamate or an acyl isethionate as a main component is further disclosed in JP-A 8-2
Japanese Patent No. 45981 discloses a solid detergent composition in which an N-acyl taurine salt is combined with a higher fatty acid or a higher alcohol. However, these compositions do not have sufficient hardness at the time of molding, have a rough texture, and rapidly dissolve when repeatedly used. Further, regarding the feeling of use, there are problems that a slimy feeling remains during cleaning and that a refreshing feeling cannot be obtained after cleaning.

In the polyethylene glycol fatty acid ester type nonionic surfactant represented by the formula (2) which is the component d of the present invention, R 3 CO is an aliphatic acyl group having 8 to 22 carbon atoms, and specifically, Is an octanoyl group, a nonanoyl group, a decanoyl group, an undecanoyl group, a dodecanoyl group, a tetradecanoyl group, a hexadecanoyl group, an octadecanoyl group, an eicosanoyl group, a docosanoyl group, a saturated aliphatic acyl group such as isostearoyl group, an octadecenoyl group. Unsaturated fatty acyl groups such as and coconut oil fatty acyl groups which are mixtures thereof, beef tallow fatty acyl groups,
A mixed aliphatic acyl group such as a hardened beef tallow fatty acyl group can be mentioned, and a dodecanoyl group, a tetradecanoyl group, a hexacanoloyl group, an octadecanoyl group, an octadecenoyl group, and a coconut oil aliphatic acyl group are preferable. When the carbon number is less than 8, irritation to the skin becomes strong, and when the carbon number exceeds 22, the foaming property is lowered.

On the other hand, since the composition of Comparative Example 1 contains a large amount of the component a, sufficient hardness cannot be obtained at the time of molding and the texture is rough, and the sustainability of the foam is reduced. In addition, a slimy feeling remains after use, a refreshing feeling after washing is not obtained, and the dissolution collapses rapidly after repeated use. Since the composition of Comparative Example 2 contains a small amount of the component a, the foamability is lowered, and the composition has a tight feeling during rinsing, and a moist feeling after drying cannot be obtained. Since the composition of Comparative Example 3 contained a large amount of the component b, it had no fluidity and was difficult to mold. Further, the foaming property is lowered, and there is a feeling of tension during rinsing, and a moist feeling after drying cannot be obtained. Since the composition of Comparative Example 4 has a small content of the component b,
Not enough hardness can be obtained at the time of molding and the texture is rough,
A slimy feeling remains during use, and a refreshing feeling after washing cannot be obtained. It also dissolves quickly after repeated use. Comparative Example 5
Since the composition (1) has a large content of the component c, the foamability is lowered, and a slimy feeling during use remains, and a refreshing feeling after washing cannot be obtained. Since the composition of Comparative Example 6 has a low content of the component c, the foam quality is poor and the dissolution collapse is rapid during repeated use.
Since the composition of Comparative Example 7 contains a large amount of the component d, the foamability is lowered, the slimy feeling during use remains, and the refreshing feeling after washing cannot be obtained. Since the composition of Comparative Example 8 did not contain the component d, the preparation swelled during molding and cracked after cooling. It was also glossy and had a rough texture. Since the composition of Comparative Example 9 has a large total content of the components a and b, it retains a slimy feel during use, and disintegrates rapidly after repeated use. Since the composition of Comparative Example 10 has a small total content of the component a and the component b, a refreshing feeling after washing cannot be obtained. The composition of Comparative Example 11 had an a / b ratio of 5
Since it exceeds / 1, a slimy feeling during use remains, and a refreshing feeling after washing cannot be obtained. It also dissolves quickly after repeated use. The composition of Comparative Example 12 had an a / b ratio of 1/2.
Since it is below the range, the foamability is lowered, there is a feeling of tightness during rinsing, and a moist feeling after drying cannot be obtained. Comparative Example 13
Is a composition comprising an N-acyl taurine salt different from the component a of the present invention in which R 2 of the component a is a hydrogen atom and a higher fatty acid, but sufficient hardness cannot be obtained during molding and the texture is rough. A slimy feeling remains during use, and a refreshing feeling after washing cannot be obtained. In addition, it quickly collapses after repeated use. Comparative Example 14 is a composition in which the component a of the present invention is added to a higher fatty acid salt, but the foaming property is lowered in artificial hard water, there is a feeling of tightness during rinsing, and a moist feeling after drying cannot be obtained. ..

For the repeated use test, the face was washed with the composition and evaluated.
