However, according to the above-mentioned conventional duct mounting work, it is not only difficult to perform the lifting work inside the tunnel where the size of the space is limited, but also the hoisting machine lifts it up. At the same time, a scaffold for workers was required to attach the duct to the top of the tunnel inner surface, and the assembling work and the refilling work of the scaffold were extremely troublesome. Also, working in high places on a narrow scaffold is dangerous,
It is difficult to position the duct hoisted by the lifting machine at the mounting location, and it is not easy to fix it to the support metal fittings. Therefore, there have been problems of reduced efficiency of duct installation work and danger.

Further, when the duct mounting work is carried out in parallel with the concrete pouring of the invert (drainage), the finishing of the inner surface of the tunnel, the excavation work, etc., a material carrier truck or a railcar laid inside the tunnel is used. Sediment dump trucks often run, and battery trucks and agitator trucks also operate constantly. Under such circumstances, installing a lifting machine in the tunnel will be an obstacle and also the installation space for the above-mentioned scaffolding scaffolding. There is a problem that is difficult to secure.

Even when the duct mounting work is performed in parallel with the inner surface finishing of the tunnel 1 or the excavation work, the material carrier or the earth and sand carrier travels on the rail 6 and the space S of the work carrier 5 moves. Since it can pass through the inside, the work carriage 5 does not get in the way in the tunnel 1. Therefore, the duct installation work and the other tunnel work can be efficiently performed in parallel.

By repeating this removal work, the sleepers 3 in one section can be sequentially removed and simultaneously loaded on the carrier truck. At the time of loading, the unloading position of the sleeper 3 can be arbitrarily changed by appropriately moving the electric chain block 19 for removal along the horizontal member 18, so that the load on the carrier is concentrated in the center. You can do it in good balance.

The dedicated rail 4 removed before removing the sleepers 3
It is preferable that the rails 6 and the rails 6 are put together in one place, and are carried out of the tunnel 1 by being loaded on the above-mentioned carrier truck or another carrier truck in parallel when removing the sleepers 3. Even when these rails are carried out, the electric chain block 19 for removing the work carriage 5 can be used, and when the temporary placement duct is lowered to the side end portion in the tunnel, the duct is moved onto the rail 6. Also, the electric chain block 19 for removal can be used. Furthermore, the floorboard removed before removing the sleepers and the receiving material dismantled after removing the sleepers can be carried out in parallel with the removing work of the sleepers 3 or after the removing work.

As described above, according to the present invention,
The following excellent effects can be obtained. When a duct is attached to the top of the tunnel, the work trolley equipped with duct lifting and moving means and sleeper removing means can run on the dedicated rail laid through the sleepers, so it can be moved up and down. The duct can be attached efficiently by hoisting the duct by the means and easily positioning the duct at the attachment point. The dedicated rail on which the work trolley travels is laid wide so as to straddle the rail on which other trolleys travel, and the work trolley is configured so that other trolleys, etc. can pass through the space between the legs. Therefore, the work carriage does not get in the way in the tunnel, and it is possible to perform the duct installation work and the other tunnel work in parallel. By mounting the duct on the carrier truck and running it on the rail, the duct can be positioned on the work truck and the duct can be directly lifted from the carrier truck, so that the mounting work can be performed efficiently. In addition, lower the duct from the carrier and place it temporarily.
Since the ducts can be lifted up sequentially while moving the work cart, the installation work of the next day can be sufficiently handled and the work is not wasted. Since the work platform is provided on the upper part of the work cart, the conventional assembly type scaffolding is not required, and the space is wider than the conventional assembly type scaffolding. It is possible to improve the efficiency of duct installation work and ensure worker safety. After the duct installation is completed, the sleepers can be sequentially removed by the sleeper removing means while retreating the work trolley by a predetermined distance, and the removed sleepers can be loaded on the transport trolley and run on the rails to quickly get out of the tunnel. It can be carried out. As a result, the duct installation work and the sleeper removal work can be efficiently performed by one work carriage. Since the work trolley is driven electrically, it does not deteriorate the working environment in the tunnel, and the inverter control is used to start and stop the movement of the work trolley to keep the load swing when removing sleepers low. You can
