吸収性パッドの後端は後方の平滑な領域（３’）に対向
しているので固定されない。よって、この間ショーツ
は、非伸縮性の吸収性パッドに邪魔されることなく自由
に伸びることができる。一方、吸収性パッドの後端は、
ショーツの伸びに応じて平滑な領域に沿って自由にすべ
ることができる（図８Ｂ）。装着が終了した時点で初め
て、吸収性パッド後端位置の雄部材（４’）は、ショー
ツ内面側の後方の面ファスナー（２’）に対向して、吸
収性パッドの後端もショーツの後方位置に固定されるこ
とになる（図８Ｃ）。したがって、本発明によると、非
伸縮性の吸収性パッドに阻害されることなくショーツが
自由に伸びることができるために、装着しやすく、吸収
性パッドのずれも生じず、且つ、装着後も違和感が生じ
ないという効果を奏することができる。このような作用
は、本発明の他の実施態様のショーツにおいても同様で
