As one of the surface fasteners used for the foam-molded product as described above, an engaging portion is provided on one surface of the strip-shaped base portion.
There is a thermoplastic resin surface fastener having an anchor portion on the other surface. This hook-and-loop fastener is housed in a housing recess of a mold member attached to a molding die such that the engaging portion is located on the bottom side of the housing recess and the anchor portion is located in the molding die cavity. Then, the foamed undiluted composition of polyurethane foam is injected in that state to foam-mold the foam-molded article. As a result, the anchor portion is embedded in the polyurethane foam to form a polyurethane foam foam-molded article having a surface fastener on its surface.

Such a strip-shaped surface fastener uses a thermoplastic resin and has at least one row of anchor portions formed in a rib shape for the foam molded article on one surface side of the strip-shaped base portion and on the other surface side. Has a certain degree of flexibility because it is formed integrally with the engaging portion, but due to the belt-shaped structure of the base portion and the presence of the rib-shaped anchor portion, Bending rigidity is relatively strong in both the width and thickness directions, and when pushed into the accommodating recess of a curved mold member, if the curvature is large, it follows a curved shape along the accommodating recess. It was difficult to get them to do.

The above-mentioned strip-shaped thermoplastic resin surface fastener has no problem in being linearly arranged on a flat surface. However, there are seats with a large curvature formed on the seating surface and the back surface, particularly in high-grade products, and depending on the seat structure, it may be required to dispose the surface fastener in a curved state in a flat portion. is there. In the production of foam-molded products used for such sheets, the mold member has a curved structure in an attempt to provide a continuously molded surface fastener in such a curved portion, and when the surface fastener is pushed into the housing for accommodation, the surface fastener becomes Partially lifted up, and the foaming undiluted composition invaded and contacted there, causing problems such as sinking of the surface fastener in the foamed molded product and insufficient engagement force with the skin material.

For example, as shown in FIG. 7, at the position along the shoulder 6a of the seat surface portion 6b of the seat cushion portion 6b of the seat cushion pad 6 which is a foam molded article, the portion curved in the thickness direction of the foam molded article. In the case where the surface fastener F is integrally equipped, the surface fastener cannot be completed by following the wavy curve of the seat surface, and as shown in FIG. 7B, a part of the surface fastener F from the mold member that accommodates it. Figure 7
As shown in (c), the end portion 7E in the width direction of the base portion 7 of the surface fastener floats up from the side wall of the mold member 2 and comes off to form a gap X. At the time of foam molding, the foaming undiluted composition of polyurethane foam enters into the concave portion of the mold member 2 through the gap X and foams and cures. As shown in FIG. 7D, the engaging piece 12 of the engaging portion is formed of polyurethane foam. However, there is a problem that it is covered with S and the engaging portion is clogged, resulting in insufficient engagement force with the skin material.

In the above manufacturing method, the strip-shaped surface fastener is set as a plurality of partial surface fasteners divided in the longitudinal direction, and the plurality of partial surface fasteners are
When the fastener mounting surface of the foamed molded product is curved because the foamed undiluted liquid composition that forms the flexible polyurethane foam is stored by being housed in the housing recess in the state of being aligned in the fastener longitudinal direction, and thus the foamed molded product has the fastener mounting surface curved. However, the amount of floating in the accommodation recess due to the rigidity is small.
In other words, the relative posture of the double-sided fastener can be greatly changed in the gap portion of the predetermined distance between the adjacent surface fasteners. It is possible to make it smaller than the amount of change in curvature per unit length when the surface fastener is used as it is. Therefore, the clearance due to the lifting of the surface member of the surface fastener in the accommodating concave portion does not cause a problem for liquid intrusion. be able to.

That is, even when a portion such as a cushion pad for a seat in which a surface fastener is mounted in a foam molded article is relatively large and undulates vertically or is compoundly curved up and down and left and right, it is sudden. The partial surface fastener substantially follows the bend and can be deformed, so that the surface fastener can be favorably attached to the foam-molded article without the middle portion and the end portion of the fastener rising.

The radius of curvature of the divided portion where the partial surface fastener is used varies depending on the width and thickness of the base portion and the height of the rib-shaped anchor portion. Generally used hook-and-loop fasteners have a base width of 6 to 35 mm.
In a surface fastener having a base portion with a width of about 6 mm, the curvature radius of curvature in the width direction is about 0.2 m or more, and when the curvature radius of curvature is less than about 0.2 m, the flexibility of the surface fastener is reduced. Then, it becomes impossible to follow the curve and rises. Further, in a surface fastener having a base portion having a width of 35 mm, the bending in the width direction is further difficult to occur, but the radius of curvature thereof is about 0.2 m or more. The wider the width of the base portion, the larger the radius of curvature in which the surface fastener must be divided and arranged. Regarding the thickness direction, for example, when a rib-shaped anchor portion having a height of 3 mm is provided, the radius of curvature of the curvature is about 0.3 m or more, and the surface fasteners are divided and arranged as the height and thickness of the rib increase. The radius of curvature must be increased.

(1) Anchor portion 8 of the partial surface fastener 4
The plurality of partial surface fasteners 4 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the mold member 2 such that the tip side of the mold member 2 projects from the housing recess 3 of the mold member 2 into the mold cavity. It is accommodated in the recess 3 (see FIG. 4). At this time, both ends 7E of the base member 7 are brought into contact with the inner surface of the mold member 2. By such abutment, the surface fastener 4 is fixed at a predetermined position of the mold, and in the case of a small curve, the foaming stock solution composition injected into the anchor portion 8 side is fixed in a curved state by the abutting force thereof. It prevents the action of the engaging portion 5 from being diminished by invading the joining portion 5 side and hardening. Therefore, the base portion 7
Is set to be larger than the inner surface width of the accommodation recess 3.

It is also a preferable mode to provide a temporary fixing member for more reliably fixing the surface fastener 4 on the bottom of the accommodating concave portion 3 of the mold member 2. In FIG. 4, such a temporary fixing member is J-shaped. The example in which the sheet body 11 in which the linear engagement pieces are erected is provided is shown. The J-shaped engaging piece is entwined with the mushroom-shaped engaging piece 12 of the engaging portion of the surface fastener 4 to fix the surface fastener 4 to the mold member 2.
