BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION A very wide range of DC motors is well known. Motor-driven vehicle DC motors form one large groove of them. U.S. Pat. No. 4,948,998 describes a two commutator reliable DC motor with two independent parallel windings arranged on a rotor core. The windings can be used separately or together via brush devices arranged on both sides of the motor, as well as via commutators. The rotor is cylindrical and non-self carrying, and the stator has field windings. A mechanism of an open squirrel cage DC motor having a commutator on both sides and a cylindrical iron core rotor is described in the publication of EP 0 481 774 (A2). Although it is suggested that this be used primarily as a high current railway traction motor, the description does not provide instructions for placement, practical teaching, or magnetic circuits, bearing supports, windings, etc. The 1989 product brochure of ESCAP (Switzerland) describes a DC motor with a low moment of inertia, iron-free rotor, but a self carrying cylindrical rotor is a so-called twisted (clogged) rotor. Honeycomb) It is a winding. This structure reduces the effective torque by 30%, increases the winding length, and increases the resistance proportionally. DC motors with low inertia, iron-free (hollow) self-powered rotors described in the 1989 Pocket Book of Pacific Scientific (Illinois, USA) are similar. From US-PS 4,019,075, iron-free rotor windings of small DC motors can also be learned. Multiple lap windings have a relatively large winding head, or "unused" portion. The self-powered rotors developed by them are cylindrical with a single-sided commutator. A cylindrical solution with another single-sided commutator can be learned from U.S. Pat. No. 4,181,966, in which the field magnet is arranged inside, while the soft magnetic yoke is arranged outside the rotor. Be placed. The field magnet of a DC motor with a cylindrical iron-free self-powered rotor according to the solution of U.S. Pat. No. 4,110,645 is arranged outside the rotor, while the magnetic flux transmitting yoke is arranged inside the rotor. Have been. Although a cylindrical DC motor is also described in HU-PS 189 040, the rotor shown in FIG. 2 is a disk-shaped wire having extremely parasitic winding-head wire length and mass. It is a winding. The dual rotor and commutator on the rotor of the solution shown in FIG. 3 is disk-shaped and consists of a printed circuit, but the brushes are arranged radially. A motor similar to the latter with a rotor composed of double printed circuit boards and a commutator can be seen in FIG. 1 of US Pat. No. 4,082,971, but with two rotors driving the same axis. Has a separate and independent magnet circuit because the aluminum spacer and the caulking component are located between the yokes. A need has arisen for a high efficiency low or medium current motor from the summary of the invention . The inventor has set for the purposes of the present invention to reduce the effect and mass of these components which increase losses and thus reduce efficiency, and to increase power per volume. The key to this solution is the recognition that the source of the loss is mainly the motor excitation circuit, non-uniformity and variation, while the additional resistive loss caused by the relatively long length of the rotor winding head. Given by In order to eliminate the above-mentioned deficiencies and to satisfy the demands generated, the inventors have found that a spherical structure is suitable. The solution to the optimal design of the excitation circuit is a double-sided permanent magnet made of high energy, preferably an alloy, and its direct consequences at relatively large angles (B) induction The lines are the use of radial magnetic field lines which are perpendicular to the direction of the current (I) and also to the force (F) generated. In summary, in the case of a spherical motor rotor, it is easy to understand the obvious fact that the requirement of verticality is satisfied at any point in the angular range described above. The second problem, rotor design, is a more complex task. In other words, a significant increase in efficiency can only be achieved by reducing the amount of energy that is converted to heat expressed by the power formula of I 2 R. This can be solved by using a copper shell of relatively large cross section and strength, while at the same time using a spherical shell shape suitable for transmitting torque. The object of the invention is achieved by designing a motor with a spherical DC squirrel-cage rotor, which has a spherical hollow, an inner part made of a weak magnetic yoke for magnetic flux transmission, and a split covering this inner part. The motor comprises a hollow shaft having a keyway formed through a hole in the inner portion, the outer portion comprising a spherical shell-shaped hermetically sealed outer portion made of a permanent magnet or a component. The cage rotor is a spherical surface of a rotating body that surrounds an angularly symmetric sandwich-structured ferromagnetic stator, which is a copper profile, which is aligned with the geometric axis of a hollow shaft with keyways. Bridged along parallel, the insulated hub part is fixed to the keyed hollow shaft by screw-type fixing bush, forming a disk-shaped commutator, preferably made of bronze-graphite or mercury. The ends of the copper profile, where the terminals are resiliently coupled to the commutator brushes formed in the socket sockets or setscrews, are in a plane perpendicular to the geometric axis of the keyed hollow shaft. Finished. The interior of the stator may have a meridian lattice structure. The cage rotor may take a shape different from a spherical shape, for example, an elliptical rotating body, or even a rotating body, but may have a disk shape. The equator of the cage rotor is annular and is provided with a heat-resistant plastic cured glass fiber reinforced material and is concentrically surrounded by the divided permanent magnet main poles. Shell structure of a soft magnetic yoke composed of two hemispherical bodies, for example, surrounded by a hollow casing storage opening of a light metal alloy such as aluminum, between a stator and a hollow shaft having a key groove, and between a casing and a key. A sealing element is arranged between the grooved hollow shaft bearing, preferably a roller bearing. In the hollow shaft with the keyway, a large opening is formed in the range of the geometric center of the motor, a small opening is formed in the commutator surface and a hollow intake hole forming a carburetor choke. The casing is made up of two hemispherical parts with ventilation openings, which are fixed to one another, for example by bolts, but spherical plastic nets or grid structures of suitable strength can also be used. An exhaust channel having an outlet cross-section that contacts the split surface from the outer cover of the squirrel-cage rotor is formed not only in the casing part but also in the permanent magnet main pole and in the soft magnetic yoke shell structure. An adjoining baffle is located at the outlet at this end. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The spherical DC squirrel-cage rotor motor according to the present invention will be described in more detail by way of an exemplary embodiment and with the aid of the accompanying drawings, in which FIG. , And FIG. 2 shows a more detailed cross-sectional view. Detailed description : The electric motor has a hollow shaft 1 with a keyway formed therein, the hollow shaft 1 having a spherical hollow interior 2 forming a magnetic flux transmitting soft magnetic yoke at a central portion having a larger diameter, and a divided portion. It has a stator with a permanent magnet exterior 3 which is composed of parts or cast on this hollow interior 2 and covers this hollow interior 2. The stator is covered by an angularly symmetric spherical shell surface of a rotating cage rotor 6, which preferably has a copper profile in the form of a plate or rod, and a hollow shaft 1 having a keyway. The two ends of the member are perpendicular to the geometric axis 13 of the hollow shaft 1 in which the key groove is formed, in the hollow shaft 1 in which the key groove is formed. The disk commutators 10A, 10B,... Formed in the plane are formed. In the vicinity of the commutators 10A, 10B,..., Desirably, bronze-graphite disc-shaped brushes 11A, 11B are elastically installed, and their terminals 14A, 14B are used as plug socket holders or screws. It is formed. The insulated hub portions 4A, 4B; 5A, 5B are fixed on the hollow shaft 1 having the key grooves by screw-type fixing bushes 21A, 21B. At its maximum diameter, the equator, the cage rotor 6 is reinforced by a ring 7 of insulating material, preferably a heat-resistant plastic reinforced with fiberglass, on a cage rotor 6 already installed on the stator. At the same time it is compression formed by forming air channels. The cage rotor 6 is formed as a spherical shell segment and is surrounded by a permanent magnet main pole 8 delimited by a plane parallel to the geometric axis 13 of the keyed hollow shaft 1, while the permanent magnet The magnet main pole 8 is surrounded in the shape of a spherical shell by a shell structure of a soft magnetic yoke 9 divided along a maximum diameter ("equator"). The direction of the magnetic flux developed in the space between the permanent magnet main poles 8 of the assembled motor is the radial direction. Finally, the outer part of the squirrel-cage rotor motor is constituted by casing parts 12A and 12B and has a gill opening secured by bolts at its largest diameter, preferably a spider web on its outside, for example aluminum. It is also spherical, made of a light metal alloy. Instead of casing parts 12A and 12B, spherical plastic webs or grid members can also be used. Roller bearings 16A and 16B and bearing boxes 18A and 18B having holes between the hollow inside 2 and the outside of the stator and the hollow shaft 1 having the key groove are formed with the casing portions 12A and 12B and the key groove. Roller bearings 17A, 17B and sealing elements 19A, 19B are arranged between the hollow shafts 1. An opening is formed in the range of the geometric axis of the hollow shaft in which the keyway is formed. The holes of the bearing boxes 18A and 18B hold the space of the cage rotor 6 and connect the openings. With respect to the operation of the spherical / DC / cage rotor motor according to the present invention, it enters from one (or both) of the hollow shafts 1 in which the key grooves are formed, passes through the hollow shafts 1, and in the plane of the commutators 10A and 10B. The interior of the motor passes through the opening 15 of the keyed hollow shaft 1 not only from the smaller openings 20A, 20B provided in the keyed hollow shaft 1 but also in the region of the geometric center. Although it is desirable to use compressed air, the compressed air leaves the motor via holes in bearing boxes 18A, 18B and openings (not shown) in casing portions 12A, 12B. In FIG. 2, the same elements are given the same reference numbers. Furthermore, the carburetor chokes 22A, 22B in the plane of the commutators 10A, 10B and the air channels 23A, 23B having an outlet end cross-section that abuts on the split surface from the outer mantle of the cage rotor 6 are provided only in the casing parts 12A, 12B. Instead, it is formed in the permanent magnet main pole 8 and the soft magnetic yoke shell structure 9. The operation of the spherical / DC / cage rotor motor according to the present invention is as follows. Like known motors, their operation is based on the fact that current flows and forces are exerted on conductors placed in a magnetic field. When current flows in the direction shown by the arrow in the conductor elements 6A, 6B,... Of the cage rotor 6 as shown in the figure, the force is applied upward from the sheet surface onto the conductor element 6A bridged to the left. Then, it acts downward from the sheet surface on the conductor element 6B bridged to the right side, and as a result, the cage rotor 6 tries to rotate the hollow shaft 1 in which the key groove is formed in a counterclockwise direction. If the direction of the current is reversed, the cage rotor 6 will rotate clockwise. It is easy to understand that the continuity of rotation is maintained if the direction of the current is reversed every half rotation. It is also easy to understand that, depending on the path of the air flow, the motor simultaneously acts as a double inlet turbine with centrifugal blowers or meridian baffles. All electromotive forces are the result of energy conversion E. The fact is that there is a basic and simple relationship between electricity as described above and magnetic forces that do not change according to well-known physical laws, and a new equation that gives the following relation of energy balance for a spherical motor and a generator: Can be expanded to 2πMn = EI = I 2 rω If I is amps, r is meters and ω is given in seconds −1 , the induced electromotive force E is given in volts and the magnetic torque used by the motor is Newton · Given in meters. The advantages of the spherical, DC, and cage rotor motors that form the subject of the present invention are as follows. Irrespective of its geometric size, the efficiency of all spherical, DC and squirrel-cage rotor motors is the same, exceeding 90%. The spherical shape of the rotor and the strong magnetic flux, which is actually circular over a wide range of angles, allows the unproductive length of the wire to be as short as possible, and there is no winding head. The motor is particularly suitable for high-speed (e.g. servo) driving, since the moment of inertia of the self-powered squirrel cage rotor 6 is small and there are no dead elements arising from the winding head. The high efficiency makes it possible to produce motors of smaller mass and volume, which is particularly advantageous in the case of airborne systems, for example aircraft, satellites, etc. Due to the double commutator and brush system, the motor reliability is higher and the brush life is longer. The pulsation of the shaft torque can be reduced by higher current open-cage rotors and by increasing the number of brushes and the copper members or rods constituting the cage-type rotors, i.e. the number of transmission elements, e.g. tired vehicles In the case of electric bicycles, automobiles, etc., the use of an inertial mass other than the reinforcing ring is unnecessary. -Due to the magnetic field which is actually close, the harmful parasitic radiation of the motor can be significantly reduced, which is advantageous, for example, in the case of airborne systems. -It is easy to use different types of semiconductor pulse width modulation choppers (realized by thyristors, GTO thyristors, transistors and power MOSFET devices) in connection with this motor. The iron-free cage rotor also serves as a double-sided inlet turbine with centrifugal blowers or meridian baffles. The hollow shaft with a keyway allows the motor to be used as a single-flow propeller turbine, for example in a competition aircraft.
