衛生的な飲料缶用蓋発明の背景
本発明はソフトドリンク、ビール、ジュースおよびその類似物のための、上蓋
にプルオフ式のタブを設けた飲料缶に関するものである。特に、本発明は、衛生

従来技術である、Kleinによる米国特許第4,262,815号は円錐形の缶を開示し、

示する。
Mainによる米国特許第4,895,270号は、上蓋が跳ね上げ式である飲料容器のた
めの衛生カバーを開示し、このカバーは容器頭部の上および容器の側壁の部分に
沿って軸線方向に延在する弾性膜を具える。
他の形式の容器である、Pughによる米国特許第3,946,895号は、引き裂き式の

本発明は飲料缶、特に衛生的に飲むことのできる、新規かつ改良された缶に関
するものである。本発明は、容器外側の円筒形の主表面から内側に離間した蓋と
、缶外側のリムと結合した蓋の溝に直接隣接した、上向きに延在する、上昇させ

本発明のもう一つの目的は、飲料缶用の新規かつ改良された蓋を提供すること
にあり、この蓋はリムに近接した、あるいはそれよりも長い距離だけ外向きに延
在する上昇させた中央部と、前記蓋の周縁に対して小さい、リムに沿った溝とを

ここで図面を参照すると、図１は、本発明を具える蓋20を有する飲料缶10の正
面図を開示する。缶10は基部11を含み、この基部11は凹型の窪み12および、基部
