- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 不耐熱性の製品ないし製剤を低温保存するための装置において、 二重壁構造体、 前記二重壁構造体を密閉する蓋、 前記二重壁構造体内部の低温液体、 前記液体の上部と前記蓋との間の残存空間、 製品ないし製剤を通過して挿入するために前記装置を通過ないし貫通する出入 口、 製品ないし製剤を前記出入口から出入りさせて通過するための前装置上のロボ ットアーム手段、 前記出入口上に置かれたフリーザモジュール、 および前記二重壁構造体の内部の状態をモニタするための制御手段を組み合わ せてなる装置。 2. 前記ロボットアームを制御するための手段および前記二重壁構造体内に製 品ないし製剤を解放する手段を有するコンピュータを含む請求の範囲第1項記載 の装置。 3. 製品ないし製剤が内部にあるバッグ上の印を読み取るためのスキャナを含 む請求の範囲第2項記載の装置。 4. 前記バッグを収容するために寸法付けされた缶を含む請求の範囲第3項記 載の装置。 5. 前記バッグ上の前記印に対応する前記缶のためのラベルを作り出すための ラベルプリンタを含む請求の範囲第4項記載の装置。 6. 前記フリーザモジュールが前記缶を受容するための手段および前記ロボッ トアーム手段と協働するために前記二重壁構造体内に配置するための手段を有す る請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 7. 前記フリーザモジュールが、製品ないし製剤のその内部に配置されている 間における温度変動を制御するための冷却手段を含む請求の範囲第6項記載の装 置。 8. 前記フリーザモジュールが温度変動をモニタするための温度感知手段を含 む請求の範囲第7項記載の装置。 9. 前記缶をその上に受容するための貯蔵ラックを含む請求の範囲第8項記載 の装置。 10. 前記貯蔵ラックが、それぞれ前記缶の1つを受容するように適合された 複数の突起を含む請求の範囲第9項記載の装置。 11. 前記缶が第1の半部材および第2の半部材を含み、前記第1の半部材お よび前記第2の半部材が開閉するために一緒にヒンジ付けされており、開いたと きには製品ないし製剤およびその上にあるバッグが内部に配置され、前記缶が第 1および第2の保持手段を含み、前記第1の保持手段は前記突起と摩擦的に係合 し、前記第2の保持手段は前記ロボットアーム上の缶フックにより受容される請 求の範囲第10項記載の装置。 12. 前記ロボットアームが、前記缶上の前記ラベルを読み取ることにより、 製品の見出しに関する情報を送信することができる読取り装置を含む請求の範囲 第11項記載の装置。 13. 前記ロボットアームが、中空の細長い円筒状の内部および前記読取り装 置を作動させるために前記中空を通って投影する照明源を有する潜望鏡として形 状付けされている請求の範囲第12項記載の装置。 14. 前記缶上の前記ラベル上の情報を受け取るために前記缶フックから離れ たレンズおよびレシーバを含む請求の範囲第13項記載の装置。 15. 不耐熱性の製品ないし製剤を貯蔵するための方法において、 貯蔵される製品ないし製剤の見出しを走査するステップ、 配置モジュール内に製品ないし製剤を積荷するステップ、 モジュール内にフリーザ/貯蔵装置を挿入するステップ、 製品ないし製剤に対する熱伝達を変更することにより標本ないし典型に一致さ せて製品ないし製剤の温度プロフィールを制御するステップ、 モジュールからの製品ないし製剤の取り出しないし移動することにより製品な いし製剤を貯蔵し、また製品ないし製剤の場所を記録するステップを含む方法。 16. モジュールをフリーザ貯蔵装置内に配置した後に製品ないし製剤の温度 プロフィールの低下をモニタすることを含む請求の範囲第15項記載の方法。 17. 製品ないし製剤上に冷却ガスを循環させることにより制御された方法で 温度プロフィールを低下させることを含む請求の範囲第16項記載の方法。 18. 製品ないし製剤を移動ないし取外す前に貯蔵された製品ないし製剤上の ラベルを読み取ることを含む請求の範囲第17項記載の方法。 19. 不耐熱性製品ないし製剤を受容するための缶において、 製品ないし製剤を受け取るための受け器、 閉じられたときに製品ないし製剤を閉塞して保護するために前記受け器上にあ るドア、 ロボットアームにより解放自在に係合された取り付け手段、および 製品ないし製剤と相関するために前記ロボットアーム上の手段に読取り可能な 前記缶上の印を組み合わせてなる缶。 20. 貯蔵位置に固定して取り付けるための前記缶上の保持手段を含む請求の 範囲第19項記載の缶。
