Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 一方の部分は、他方の部分に対して回転可能であり、かつ前記各部分に 少なくとも1つの磁石ユニットをそれぞれ有し、前記磁石ユニットが磁界を生成 し、その力が前記各部分同士において、特に、前記一方の部分の回転軸に対して 半径方向における平衡を保持して安定化し、好ましくは回転可能な前記一方の部 分(4)の1つ又は複数の前記磁石ユニット(2)が、好ましくは静止した前記 他方の部分(3)の1つ又は複数の前記磁石ユニット(1)に対して、2つの前 記部分の前記磁石ユニット(1、2)の力が相互に作用する場により、平衡を保 持して安定化するように半径方向に作用する力成分が生成されると共に、好まし くは回転可能な前記一方の部分(4)を、好ましくは静止した前記他方の部分( 3)に対する1つの軸方向に付勢する軸方向変位力を結果的に生じさせる力成分 が生成されるように位置決めされ且つ配置され、少なくとも1つの軸方向に作用 する機械的位置決め手段(5)が前記一方の部分を前記他方の部分に接続するよ うに取付けられ、前記位置決め手段が、回転可能な前記一方の部分を付勢する軸 方向の力成分を中和又は相殺する、軸方向の少なくとも一方向に本質的に安定し た少なくとも部分的に回転可能なコネクタを含む、特に計器等に用いられる磁石 型ベアリングデバイスにおいて、 少なくとも一方向に安定した前記コネクタが、回転する前記一方の部分に固定 され、且つその回転軸に沿って延びるねじれワイヤ又はストリング(5)のよう なねじれ手段であり、前記ねじれ手段が、少なくとも、どちらか一方の回転方向 における制限された回転運動を可能にし、少なくとも、軸方向の反発力成分に起 因する1つの軸方向における変位を防止することを特徴とするベアリングデバイ ス。 2. 一方向性安定ねじれ手段が、一方において、軸方向に外側へ向かって延 びる回転可能な前記一方の部分の各軸端部に取り付けられ、他方において、静止 した前記他方の部分の適当な固定点の間に取り付けられ、一方の前記ねじれ手段 が、他方の前記ねじれ手段の変位防止方向と反対方向における回転可能な前記一 方の部分の軸方向変位を防止することを特徴とする請求項1記載のベアリングデ バイス。 3. 機械的軸方向変位防止アバットメント部分が、前記一方の部分及び/又 は前記他方の部分に配置され、前記アバットメント部分が係合することにより、 静止した前記他方の部分に対して回転可能な前記一方の部分の最小変位を超えた 変位を防止することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のベアリングデバイス。 4. 各磁石ユニットが、好ましくは同心に配置され、且つ軸方向に磁化され た複数の磁石(2)を有することを特徴とする請求項1、2、又は3に記載のベ アリングデバイス。 5. 各磁石ユニットが、好ましくは同心に配置され、且つ半径方向に磁化さ れた複数の磁石を有することを特徴とする請求項1、2、又は3に記載のベアリ ングデバイス。 6. 前記一方の部分及び前記他方の部分(4,3)が、軸方向の両側に、両 方の軸方向において予め設定された距離を超える軸方向変位を防止する対面する アバットメント部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項1、2、又は3に記載のベ アリングデバイス。 7. 軸方向に離間した少なくとも2組の磁石又は磁石ユニット(2、1)が 、回転可能な前記一方の部分(4)及び静止した前記他方の部分(3)に配置さ れ、それらの協働する又は相殺する磁気力場が1つの方向に過剰な軸方向付勢力 を与えるように配置され、この過剰な力が前記機械的な位置決め手段(5)によ って相殺されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のベアリ ングデバイス。 8. 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のベアリングデバイスを有するこ とを特徴とする分析器。 9. 液体の流動学的性質を決定するための方法であって、請求項8記載の分 析器の容器(K)内に液体を入れる工程と、前記分析器の読取り値を記録及び分 析する工程とを含むことを特徴とする方法。 10. 分析がコンピュータプログラムによって実施されることを特徴とする 請求項9記載の方法。
