Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. トレッドの半径方向内側のラジアルアウタートレッド、少なくとも2つの コード補強層を有するトレッドの半径方向内側のベルト補強構造、および一対の 環状ビードへ延びる少なくとも1つのコード補強プライを含むカーカス補強構造 を有する空気入りランフラットタイヤであって、タイヤはデザインリム上に搭載 され正規に膨張されるが無負荷である時に断面高さHおよび断面幅Wを有し、W はHよりも大きいタイヤにおいて、 トレッドからビードコアへ向かって半径方向内向きに延びる一対のサイドウォ ールを有し、各サイドウォールがプライの半径方向内側に少なくとも1つのエラ ストマフィラーを有し、正規の負荷の元でタイヤの正規の3’膨張30PSI撓 みD30は20mmsよりも小さくかつ正規の負荷の元でゼロPSI撓みD0は4 0よりも91m小さく、正規荷重および膨張撓みD30とD0撓み間の差は実質的 に撓み量D30の量以下であることを特徴とする空気入りランフラットタイヤ。 2. さらに、アラミド補強ストリップの3層以上の螺旋巻き層で作られた織布 オーバレイがトレッドとベルト補強構造間に配置され、コードはタイヤの赤道面 に対して5°よりも小さい角度0で配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1 記載の空気入りランフラットタイヤ。 3. ストリップはタイヤ周りに螺旋状に巻かれ各螺旋状旋回は25mm以下の ピッチを有し、ストリップは十分重畳して下層ベルト層の全幅にわたって少なく とも3層のオーバレイ織布を作り出す、請求項2記載の空気入りランフラットタ イヤ。 4. ベルト補強構造は3つのベルト層を有し、各ベルト層はタイヤの赤道面に 対して18°から30°の範囲の角度で環状に配置された平行コードを有し、隣 接する各層が反対に傾斜していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の空気入りラ ンフラットタイヤ。 5. 隣接する各層が反対に傾斜している等しいコード角を有する、請求項4記 載の空気入りランフラットタイヤ。 6. 1つ以上のベルト層のコードはスチールであり0.035インチ(0.8 9mm)径および2+2構造を有する、請求項4記載の空気入りタイヤ。 7. 1つ以上のベルト層のコードはスチールであり0.056インチ(1.4 2mm)コード径を有する、請求項4記載の空気入りタイヤ。 8. さらに、アラミド補強コードの2層である織布オーバレイを特徴とする、 請求項4記載の空気入りタイヤ。 9. さらに、トレッドとベルト補強構造の半径方向内側に横方向に横切して配 置された3つ以上の環状弾性バンドを特徴とする、請求項1記載の空気入りラン フラットタイヤ。 10. さらに、ベルト補強構造周りを半径方向内側に延びる複数の螺旋巻きコ イルを特徴とする、請求項1記載の空気入りランフラットタイヤ。 11. さらに、カーカス補強構造の半径方向内側に配置された織布アンダープ ライ層を特徴とする、請求項1記載の空気入りランフラットタイヤ。 12. さらに、ベルト補強層とカーカスプライ間に配置された織布下層を特徴 とする、請求項1記載の空気入りランフラットタイヤ。 13. 断面高さHは4インチ(10cm)よりも大きい、請求項1記載の空気 入りランフラットタイヤ。 14. ラジアルアウタートレッド、トレッドの半径方向内側のベルト補強構造 および一対の環状ビードへ延びる少なくとも1つのコード補強プライおよびプラ イの半径方向内側のサイドウォールフィラーを含むカーカス補強構造を有する空 気入りランフラットタイヤであって、タイヤはデザインリム上に搭載された時に 4km/時においてダイナミックトレッドコンタクトパッチを有し、 正規の車両負荷および正規の膨張の元で先縁および後縁間で測定した時の幅W および平均円周長LNG、先縁がコンタクトパッチの周辺形状を画定する正規の車 両負荷およびゼロ膨張圧の元で長さLn+ΔLおよび幅Wnを有する実質的な矩形 を特徴とし、0PSIから正規の膨張圧までの範囲内で先縁がトレッド要素との 接触を維持する空気入りランフラットタイヤ。 15. 0PSIにおけるコンタクトパッチ長Ln+ΔLの長さLnに対する比率 は225%以下である、請求項14記載の空気入りランフラットタイヤ。 16. タイヤは正規に荷重され膨張された時の正味の接触面積が正規に荷重さ れたゼロPSI時の正味の接触面積の150%よりも小さい、請求項14記載の 空気入りランフラットタイヤ。 17. トレッド、ベルト補強構造および少なくとも1つのコード補強プライお よび1つ以上の下記のグループから選択される1つ以上のトレッド硬化部材の組 合せであって、a)トレッドとベルト補強構造間に配置された少なくとも3層の コード補強材料の織布オーバレイ、b)ベルト補強構造とカーカスプライ間にタ イヤを横切するアレイとして配置されトレッド幅の少なくとも80%の軸方向幅 を有する少なくとも3つの環状バンド、c)1層が2つのベルト層間もしくはベ ルト層とカーカスプライ間に配置された1層以上のエラストマスペーサ層、d) タイヤ赤道面に対して18°から30°の範囲で傾斜したスチールコードを有す る第3のベルト層、e)赤道面に対して50°から80°の範囲のコードを有し ベルト構造とカーカスプライ間に配置された第3のベルト層、f)ベルト補強構 造とカーカス補強構造間に配置された1つ以上の織布アンダープライ層、g)ベ ルト補強構造の半径方向内側で軸方向に横切して延びる螺旋巻きコイル、要素の 組合せは正規の車両負荷およびゼロPSIにおいてコンタクトパッチを生じる複 合構造を形成しトレッド要素は先縁およびコンタクトパッチの両方のショルダー 領域に沿ってコンタクトパッチ周りの少なくとも周辺接触を維持する、請求項1 4記載の空気入りランフラットタイヤ。
