【請求項２】
アルキルアルコキシシラン（Ａ）が、ヘキシルトリメトキシシラン、ヘキシルトリエトキシシラン、オクチルトリメトキシシラン、デシルトリメトキシシランまたはオクチルトリエトキシシランである請求項１に記載の水系吸水防止材。
【請求項３】
アミノアルキル基を有するアルキルアルコキシシラン（Ｂ）が、Ｎ−（２−アミノエチル）−３−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシランまたは３−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシランである請求項１または２に記載の水系吸水防止材。
【請求項４】
界面活性剤が、ノニオン系界面活性剤である請求項１から３のいずれかに記載の水系吸水防止材。
