【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 装置本体上部に配置した画像読取部と、
上記装置本体に配置した作像部との間に排紙部空間を設
けた胴内排紙型の画像形成装置において、上記排紙部空
間への排紙口で上記排紙部空間に突出する上記装置本体
の外装部の上部を基端側受け部とし、上記装置本体の一
部で上記排紙部空間の排紙方向先側かつ上記画像読取部
下方で上記排紙部空間に突出する部位を先端側受け部と
し、板状のトレイの両端部をこれら受け部上に非固定で
載置可能としてなることを特徴とする画像形成装置。
