According to the above-described conventional waterproof sheet installation structure, the joint portion between the rising waterproof sheet and the flat waterproof sheet is adhered over the entire surface of the base metal fitting, so that mutual integrity is established. Is high and can be firmly fixed, but on the other hand, when the base metal is deformed due to the high integration between the base metal and the waterproof sheet, the joint of the waterproof sheet is similarly affected. Will receive it. In addition, since the base metal fittings are integrally fixed over the flat base and the rising base, for example, vibration or impact is applied to the building due to an earthquake or the like, and the flat base and the rising base vibrate differently. In such a case, a separate vector force acts on the base metal from the planar base and the rising base, and a large concentrated load is likely to be applied. As a result, the base metal may be deformed, cracked or broken in some cases, and accordingly, the same stress acts on the waterproof sheet adhered to the base metal as a whole. However, similarly, there is a problem that a crack is easily generated or broken, and the waterproof effect is immediately reduced.
That is, the waterproof sheet is capable of allowing a certain degree of elongation in the normal state, but in a state where the waterproof sheet is completely adhered to the base metal, the waterproof sheet alone is not allowed to elongate because it is restrained by the base metal. When the base metal is deformed, cracked, or broken under such an environment, the waterproof sheet receives a load with an extremely small stress span, and is easily distorted or cut.

According to the characteristic structure of the first aspect of the present invention, the flat waterproof sheet is adhered and fixed to the base frame via the flat bonding portion of the base metal fitting, and the rising waterproof sheet is provided for the rising of the base metal fitting. Since each of the waterproof sheets is firmly fixed to the base body through the bonding portion, the waterproof sheet is securely fixed to the base body. Furthermore, since a non-adhesive portion is provided between the planar adhesive portion and the rising adhesive portion of the base metal, the waterproof sheet portion corresponding to the non-adhesive portion can freely expand and contract without being restricted by the base metal. Thus, stress concentration can be reduced. Therefore, for example, even if vibration or impact is applied to the building due to an earthquake or the like, and the flat ground and the rising ground vibrate in different states and the ground metal is deformed, cracked or broken, it is waterproof. The sheet is capable of dispersing stress throughout the waterproof sheet portion corresponding to the non-adhered portion, easily preventing cracks or breakage, and maintaining a waterproof effect.

According to the characteristic structure of the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect of the first aspect of the present invention, the inclination between the planar base corresponding portion and the rising base corresponding portion can be achieved. Since the surface part is interposed, it is easy to form the bending angle of each part of the base metal fitting to an obtuse angle, and it is possible to prevent the waterproof sheet disposed along it from becoming sharply bent Becomes Therefore, it is possible to install the waterproof sheet in a state in which excessive bending hardly occurs in the bent portion of the waterproof sheet, and it is possible to prevent the durability of the bent portion from lowering. Further, even in a case where, for example, a mortar soul or the like remains in the corner portion of the base body and the surface is uneven, by securing a space on the back surface of the inclined surface portion, the base metal fitting is removed except for the unevenness. Can be installed, and the mounting operation of the base metal fitting can be efficiently performed without performing a pretreatment for leveling the unevenness of the surface. On the other hand, since the waterproof sheet is in a non-adhered state on the inclined surface portion of the base metal fitting, for example, it is possible to make a cut in the non-adhesive portion of the waterproof sheet and easily remove the portion. Therefore, when performing a repair work such as installing a new waterproof sheet thereon while leaving the already installed waterproof sheet as it is, a cut is made in the old waterproof sheet on the inclined surface portion, and the inclined surface portion of the base metal fitting is cut. Is exposed, and a new waterproof sheet is fixed to the exposed portion. As a result, it is possible to install a new waterproof sheet without installing a new base metal fitting on the base body, preventing noise associated with the renovation work, reducing the amount of disposal of the old waterproof sheet, and repairing it. It is possible to shorten the construction period and reduce costs.

According to the characteristic structure of the third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect of the first or second aspect of the invention, the base metal itself is covered with the thermoplastic resin layer. The base metal can be prevented from being exposed, corrosion can be prevented, and the thermoplastic resin layer can be used as a welding (fusing) layer when bonding a waterproof sheet. The seat can be fixed. In particular, when the waterproof sheet is made of a synthetic resin such as a vinyl chloride-based resin, the integrity of the base metal fitting with the surface thermoplastic resin layer is easily improved, so that it is possible to more securely and firmly adhere.

If the waterproof sheet fixing structure as described above is adopted, for example, the slab body 1A and the parapet 1B make a unique movement by the action of an external force (for example, seismic force or wind force) on the building, and Even if the metal fitting 3 is broken (or greatly bent) as shown in FIG. 3, the waterproof layer 2 can be expanded and contracted separately from the base metal fitting 3 in a portion overlapping the non-adhesive portion 3 c, It is possible to avoid stress concentration on the waterproof layer 2 and maintain the prevention effect. In addition, on the non-adhesive portion 3c, the waterproof sheet can be removed and the surface of the base metal member 3 can be exposed by a simple operation such as cutting off the waterproof sheet. Even in such a case, it is possible to adopt a method of exposing the non-adhesive portion 3c and adhering a new waterproof layer 7 to that portion without newly installing a base metal fitting. Therefore, renovation work can be carried out speedily, and noise (noise caused by drilling or anchoring into the foundation frame) usually occurs when fittings are attached. However, there is no need to attach new foundation fittings. Noise can be reduced.

The procedure for repairing the waterproof layer 2 will be described below. [4] The waterproof layer 2 located on the non-adhesive portion 3c of the base metal member 3 is cut off to expose the non-adhesive portion 3c (see FIG. 5A). However, the other part of the waterproof layer 2 is left as it is, and a new waterproof layer 7 is formed thereon. [5] A new waterproof sheet for parapet 7B is placed along the parapet 1B, and its lower edge is adhered to the exposed non-adhesive portion 3c of the base metal fitting 3 (see FIG. 5B). [6] A new waterproof sheet for slab 7A is set along the slab 1A, and the edge of the new waterproof sheet for parapet 7B is adhered to the slab bonding portion 3a of the base metal fitting 3. (See FIG. 5C). As described above, the repair work of the waterproof layer can be performed quietly and efficiently without any trouble. In addition, when the waterproof layer is repaired once and then repaired again, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, a new base metal fitting (having the same width dimension as the inclined surface 3C of the installed base metal fitting 3) is used. The formed long flat plate 8 may be screwed on the inclined surface portion 3C, and the latest waterproof layer 9 may be fixed to the new base metal member 8. Even when the re-repair work is performed in this manner, the screws 10 for fixing the new base metal fittings 8 are not directly driven into the base frame 1 but are driven into the inclined surface 3C separated from the base frame 1. Base structure 1
Vibration is suppressed, and noise can be reduced.
