Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin processor in which erroneous mounting of a coin housing device is prevented. SOLUTION: The coin processor where the coin housing device 20 mounted with a plurality of kinds of coin tubes 203a to 203e is fitted attachably and detachably to/from a coin processor main body 10 and a detection switch is arranged for detecting whether the device 20 is mounted to the main body 10 of the coin processor has a structure such that at least one detection switches 401 to 403 is provided so as to detect whether the specification of the device 20 corresponds to the main body 10 and a projection 204 is formed integrally with the device 20 so as to select the respective switches 401 to 403 corresponding to the specification. When the specification of the device 20 does not correspond to that of the coin processor, it is possible to prevent the coin processor from carrying out coin processing. When both of the specifications correspond to each other, coin processing is carried out.

[0003] These coin tubes are unitized in a coin storage unit and integrally mounted. When troubles such as refilling of coins into the coin tube and coin clogging are eliminated, the entire coin storage unit is mounted on the coin processing device main body. When the coin is removed from the front and the coin replenishment operation or the like is completed, the entire coin storage device is fitted into the coin processing device main body from the front side of the coin processing device main body. In addition, a detection switch is provided on the main body of the coin processing device as means for detecting the attachment / detachment of the coin storage device. When the coin storage device is detached, the coin storage process is prohibited. When mounted on the main body, it is configured to execute coin storage processing.

[0005] In recent years, the coin processing device main body has been standardized, and a coin storage device mounted therein has been described.
There are various types having different specifications, such as different types of stored coins and different types of coins. On the other hand, since the appearance of these coin storage devices is substantially similar, coin storage devices having different specifications may be mistakenly mounted. At this time, the detection switch only determines whether or not the coin storage device is attached, and does not have a structure for determining whether or not the coin storage device has a desired specification. Immediately instructed execution of coin processing, and could not avoid erroneous mounting of the coin storage device.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is directed to a coin storage device in which a plurality of types of coin tubes are mounted on a coin processing device main body in a detachable manner. In a coin processing device having a detection switch for detecting whether or not the coin storage device is mounted on the coin processing device main body, at least the detection switch is configured to detect whether or not the specification of the coin storage device corresponds to the coin processing device main body. One coin storage unit has a structure in which a member to be detected is integrally formed so that each detection switch corresponding to the specification is selected.

According to the present invention, the detected member turns on the detection switch corresponding to the specification of the coin storage device. here,
When the specification of the coin processing device does not correspond to the specification of the coin storage device, the coin processing of the coin processing device can be prevented from being executed. On the other hand, when both specifications correspond, coin processing can be executed. Further, since the detected member is provided integrally with the coin storage device, the number of components and the number of assembling steps can be reduced.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the coin processing apparatus of the first aspect, the detection switch is provided on the wiring board of the change dispensing device, so that the lead wire of the detection switch and the lead wire of the change dispensing device are provided. Are connected to the same wiring board and the wiring board is shared, so that the wiring of the electric wiring is simplified.

Further, since the respective detection switches and the detected members are disposed substantially horizontally so as to face each other, for example, the coin processing is performed by rotating the coin storage device around the lower end as an axis. When attaching to the device body, the detected member approaches and closes each detection switch equally.
As a result, the detection accuracy of each detection switch is improved.

First, an outline of a coin processing device built in a vending machine will be described with reference to FIG. The coin processing apparatus main body 10 constituting the housing of the coin processing apparatus has a coin insertion slot 101 at an upper portion thereof, and coins are introduced through the coin insertion slot 101. The authenticity and denomination of the introduced coin are determined by a coin identification unit (not shown) arranged below the coin insertion slot 101.
The coin discriminated by the coin identification unit is returned to a return port (not shown) of the vending machine through a return passage. On the other hand, coins determined to be genuine coins are guided to a coin tube, which will be described later, of the coin storage device 20 arranged below the coin identification section, and are stored while being stacked thereon. The coins stored in the coin tube are used as change coins. When dispensing change, the change dispensing device 30 (see FIG. 4) is driven, and the change in the coin tube is returned to the return port through the bottom base 102. You.

3 is disposed substantially horizontally, and the outer surface of the coin storage device 20 has a projection 204 provided with a substantially horizontal detection body 204b. Therefore, the coin storage device 20 is rotated and mounted on the coin processing device main body 10. In this case, the detection body 204b approaches and comes into contact with each of the detection switches 401, 402, and 403 equally, and the detection accuracy of each of the detection switches 401, 402, and 403 improves.

If a wrong mounting is performed, an error lamp (not shown) may be blinked or an alarm buzzer may be sounded to notify the operator of the incorrect mounting. In the embodiment, when the detection switch 401 is turned on, when the detection switches 401 and 402 are turned on, the detection switch 40 is turned on.
There are three types when all the switches 1, 402 and 403 are turned on. When the detection switches 401 and 403 are turned on, when the detection switches 402 and 403 are turned on, when only the detection switch 402 is turned on, the detection is performed. Switch 40

As described above, according to the present invention,
In addition to detecting whether or not the coin storage device is mounted, it is also possible to detect whether or not the specifications of the coin storage device correspond to the specifications of the coin processing device. Further, since the detected member is provided integrally with the coin storage device, the number of components and the number of assembling steps can be reduced.

When the detection switch is installed on the wiring board of the change dispensing device, the lead wire of the detection switch and the lead wire of the change dispensing device are connected to the same wiring substrate, and the wiring substrate is shared. Wiring can be easily routed, the number of components can be reduced, and the assemblability can be improved.

Further, since the detection switches and the detection target members are disposed substantially horizontally so as to face each other, when the detection switches are mounted on the coin storage device and the coin processing device main body, the detection target members are equally set with respect to the detection switches. As a result, the detection accuracy of each detection switch is improved.
