Claims (4)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 車ボディに取付けられて、前倒し可能な
可倒式車両用バックシートをヒンジ支承するヒンジブラ
ケットと、 ヒンジブラケットを貫通する軸受部及び軸受部と一体又
は別個に形成されヒンジブラケットの一方の側面に当接
する鍔部を有した軸受部材と、 ヒンジブラケットを挟んで軸受部材の鍔部の反対側に配
置され、ヒンジブラケットの他方の側面に当接するスペ
ーサと、 前記軸受部材及びスペーサを貫通し、一端をバックシー
トのバックフレームに連結されてバックシートの回転を
支持するとともに、前記軸受部材、ヒンジブラケット及
びスペーサを適宜な締付け力により締付ける軸支部材と
からなり、 前記軸受部材の鍔部又はスペーサの少なくとも片面に前
記適宜な締付け力を保持するための複数の突起部を備え
たことを特徴とする車両用バックシートのサイドヒンジ
機構。
