By the way, as shown in the figure, there is a structural line for preventing falling off in a fence installation portion for installing and installing a protective measure. Therefore, the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open
In the conventionally known mounting method including the construction method of No. 331830, a core material such as a fixing bolt is fixedly provided on the lower surface of the fence post on the same axis as the axis of the post, and the fence installation portion is provided. Since there is a construction method of bonding and fixing to fixing holes, for example, at a construction site where a protective fence is installed vertically and extends from several meters to several tens of meters, structural bars (for fall prevention) are installed in the fence installation part where the fixing holes are drilled. When the transverse line exists, the structural line becomes an obstacle, and the fixing hole cannot be formed. For this reason, it is necessary to perform additional work that requires labor and labor, such as the fact that it is necessary to cut and remove structural bars that exist at the position where the fixing hole is drilled, which not only causes an increase in the construction period In particular, the damage to the fence installation part (concrete building) due to the cutting and removal of structural bars was considerably large.

[0004] In any of the conventional construction methods, the fixing of the core material such as the fixing bolt to the lower end of the fence post is performed by welding or screwing, and after the fixing to the fixing hole by the adhesive. Since the core and part of the core are directly exposed to the inside and outside of the fence post without being covered by the adhesive, the exposed part of the core and the weld are prolonged. There is a problem such as rusting during use, which may cause looseness of the connection between the fence post and the core material and rattling, etc., and the protective fence shakes and gives psychological uneasiness to people. I had a problem.

[0005] As a core material such as a fixing bolt for fixing the fence post to the fixing hole of the fence installation portion via an adhesive, a stainless material which is resistant to rust and excellent in corrosion resistance can be used, but the stainless material is expensive. In general, a steel material that is cheaper than a stainless steel material is used as a main material of the core material because of its high cost and high cost. For this reason, there is a problem of a service life due to rust due to intrusion of rainwater or the like. In addition, in the conventional construction method, since the connection between the fence post and the fixing bolt is performed only by welding or screwing, sufficient strength for connecting the fence post and the core material cannot be obtained. That is, the horizontal strength required for the protective fence cannot be sufficiently obtained.

In addition, in the conventional construction method, a foot cap is required to cover the base (foot) of the fence post, including the epoxy resin overflowing between the upper surface of the fence installation portion and the lower surface of the fence post. And That is, since many accessory parts are required, there is a problem that the workability is poor, such as a time-consuming installation, and the cost is high.

Further, the longer the insertion range L2 of the core material 3 to be provided inside the fence post 1, the longer the insertion range L2 from the fixing hole 2 of the fence installation portion B to the inside of the fence post 1 by injecting and filling the adhesive filler 6. It goes without saying that the connection strength between the fence installation portion B and the fence support 1 by the connection support 12 having the core material 3 formed can be further enhanced. That is, by changing the insertion range L2 of the core material 3 which is provided inside the fence support 1, the coupling strength of the fence support 1 to the fence installation portion B can be arbitrarily changed, and high strength can be realized. High strength can be maintained for a long time.

Although the thickness (outer diameter) of the core material 3 is not particularly limited, it is necessary to avoid the structural reinforcement 13 existing in the fence installation portion B as shown in FIG. In the case where the fixing hole 2 is formed so as to straddle the fixing hole 2, as shown in FIG.
If drilled, and the horizontal strength required for the installation location, for example, if the horizontal strength required for each floor is different, such as in a multi-family house, the thickness according to the required horizontal strength of those installation locations, For example, D10, D13, D16 and the like are appropriately selected. In other words, the strength of the connecting post 12 formed by the adhesive filler 5 injected and filled into the inside of the lower end side of the fence post 1 and the inside of the fixing hole 2 is adjusted according to the horizontal strength required for each floor. , D13, D16, etc., and it is sufficient that there is a thickness that can be strengthened by using one or several pieces, and is not particularly limited.

The formwork block 4 closes a gap 14 formed between the lower end opening of the fence post 1 and the fence installation section B surface.
This prevents the outflow of the adhesive filler 6 from 14. The form block 4 is made of a material having a suitable elasticity and having a wettability to which the adhesive filler 6 is hardly adhered, for example, silicon, and has an inner surface shape which substantially conforms to the cross-sectional outer peripheral shape of the fence post 1 and has an appropriate thickness. A formed inner frame 4-1 having a height, and the inner frame 4-1
Is formed in a square ring shape using an outer frame 4-2 also formed to an appropriate thickness and height by using urethane foam having appropriate elasticity so as to surround the core material 3 (see FIG. 4). After the fence post 1 is inserted into the fixing hole 2 and the fence post 1 is erected on the fence installation portion B, a rough surface (not shown) is formed so as to close the gap 14 generated between the lower end opening of the fence post 1 and the fence installation portion B. Rough fence installation section
The inner frame 4-1 made of silicon is set on the side B while being pressed against the side of the fence installation section B so as to be adapted (see an enlarged view of FIG. 3B).

The frame block 4 is opened from one of the four sides of the frame member block 4 and a frame section block is opened from this cut. May be set so as to close the gap 14 generated between them. Then, the adhesive filler 6 is injected from the injection port 5 of the fence post 1, and the filler 6 is filled into the fixing hole 2 from inside the lower end side of the fence post 1, and after the filler 5 is hardened, It is to be removed by cutting (Fig. 3

The form block 4 may be formed in a square ring shape using silicon alone or urethane foam alone. However, in order to increase the strength against a horizontal load, filling and bonding to the fence post 1 is required. When the filling level of the agent 6 (opening height L1 of the injection port 5) is to be increased, it is preferable to use silicon alone or a composite of silicon and urethane foam as described above. That is, by using silicon, it is possible to set the form block 4 so as to be adapted to the fence installation part B having a rough surface (unevenness). Prop 1
The pressure of the filling adhesive 6 in the inside becomes high,
This is because even if such a pressure change occurs, leakage of the filling adhesive 6 can be reliably prevented.

Next, claims 1 and 5 described above.
The method of mounting the protective fence A according to the present invention will be described.
First, the fixing holes 2 are formed at intervals of installation of the fence posts 1 of the fence installation section B of the concrete building that has been inked. At this time, in the case where the structural bar 13 becomes an obstacle and the fixing hole 2 of the depth range L3 corresponding to the strength requirement and the like cannot be drilled at the blackout position, the structural bar 13 stands the fence post 1 In the case where it is located almost directly below the axis to be formed, as shown in FIG. By providing a fixing hole 2 having a substantially inverted Y-shape, a core material 3 having a required length and thickness is selected and inserted so as to intersect substantially in an X-shape. In addition, when the structural bar 13 is located at a position deviated from the axis of the erecting column 1, as shown in FIG. The core material 3 having the required length and thickness is selected and inserted.

The method and apparatus for mounting the protective fence for concrete buildings according to the present invention have the following functions and effects because they are configured as described above. In the present invention, since the core material inserted into the fixing hole formed in the fence installation portion and inserted inside the fence post is free, the structural hole becomes an obstacle and the fixing hole is placed at intervals of the fence post installation. Even in the case where it is impossible to pierce perpendicularly to the blackened axis, it is possible to pierce the fixing hole avoiding the structural muscle without cutting and removing the structural muscle. In addition, by injecting and filling an adhesive filler made of, for example, non-shrink mortar having excellent fluidity from the inside of the fence post to the fixing hole, a connection having a core material rising inside the fence post integrally from the fixing hole. Since the fence post can be integrally fixed to the fence installation part by the support, the connection strength of the fence post to the fence installation part is effectively increased. Therefore, according to the present invention, since it is possible to drill a fixing hole in the fence installation portion avoiding the structural bar, it is possible to damage the concrete building by cutting and removing the structural bar as in the related art. The problem can be solved.
In addition, since the additional work for removing the structural bar becomes unnecessary, the labor and labor given to the contractor can be reduced. In addition, since the work of injecting the adhesive filler only needs to be performed once, the construction period can be shortened. Furthermore, since the fence post can be firmly fixed to the fence installation part in a state where the fence installation part is integrated with concrete, high strength of horizontal strength against a horizontal load can be expected.

Also, in the present invention, the top plate of the connecting post formed in the fence post is present at the opening position of the injection port, so that the top end opening of the fence post, etc., which is temporarily connected to the cap, is provided. In the event that rainwater or the like infiltrates into the fence post, the inlet functions as a drain. Therefore, rainwater accumulates inside the fence post,
By preventing deterioration of the connecting strut caused by soaking into the connecting strut, it is possible to maintain the bonding strength of the fence post by the connecting strut for a long time.

In the present invention, a mold block formed in a ring shape by using silicon or urethane foam or both is used.
The gap between the lower end opening and the fence installation part is closed by setting the fence installation part having the drainage gradient and the fence support that stands upright on the outer periphery of the fence support, and the flowability from inside the fence support to the fixing hole is reduced. It is possible to install a protective fence by injecting and filling the adhesive filler. That is, by the development of a mold block capable of completely closing the gap and completely preventing the flow of the adhesive filler having fluidity to the outside, as described above, the filling from the inside of the fence post to the fixing hole is performed. In this way, it is possible to attach and install a protective fence that integrally fixes the fence post to the fence installation part.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the fence post is fixed to the fence installation part in a strong state in which the fence installation part is integrated with the concrete while enabling the fixing hole to be formed while avoiding structural bars. By doing so, high strength can be expected. In addition, since there is no problem such as generation of rust or the like due to infiltration of rainwater or the like, loosening or rattling due to deterioration of concrete, the connection state of the fence posts can be maintained at high strength for a long period of time. Therefore, the protective fence does not shake and give psychological uneasiness to the people over a long period of time, and there is no accessory parts such as foot caps to hide the base of the fence support as in the past. It is possible to provide an innovative method and an apparatus for mounting a protective fence for a concrete building, which makes it possible to mount and install a protective fence with a good finish.
