A liquid crystal panel for displaying display information such as characters, numerals, and figures, a fingerprint authentication sensor provided on a surface of the liquid crystal panel, and reading a fingerprint of a finger; A reading start unit, a memory in which fingerprint data of a valid user is registered in advance, and a finger placed on the fingerprint authentication sensor above the liquid crystal panel from the fingerprint authentication sensor by the reading start instruction by the reading start unit.
